When using Facebook's recovery option and indicating I no longer have access to the email provided, I am caught in a loop. Adding a new email address just redirects me back to the inaccessible one. I received a receipt for a transaction I did not make and need to talk to a Facebook representative. If communication is limited to email only, it feels suspicious. Is this the extent of customer service available from such a large company for urgent issues? The lack of human contact is concerning.
