My Facebook account was hacked and later deleted. The hacker accessed my account late at night when I was not using my computer. I received three emails alerting me to the suspicious activity - an attempted login from Indiana, a changed email associated with the account, and a changed password. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue for the past three weeks, and my account does not appear when searched on Facebook. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account under the name Amit Inbar with over *,*** friends. The email linked to my account is *****@***.com. I did not provide my phone number or enable two-factor authentication on Facebook.

Help Needed with Facebook Lockout I got locked out of Facebook on 04/27/[redacted] without any clear explanation. I've resubmitted all my information but keep receiving the same message on every Facebook page, including contact forms: "We Received Your Information. Thank you for sending your information. We have fewer people available to review information due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. This means we may be unable to review your account. We apologize for any inconvenience." I also attempted to create a new account by downloading the provided file, but that also failed. When I try to log in, it prompts me to re-enter my password, which I have done to no avail. I've been a member of Facebook for over 5 years without any issues. Can someone please explain what's happening and assist me as soon as possible? Thank you, L. Earl

My Facebook Business accounts are linked to my personal Facebook email address/profile. I have three business accounts linked to my personal profile. One of them has multiple pages that I manage and would like to keep. However, I would like to delete the other two completely. I have tried to delete the two unused FB business manager accounts multiple times but I keep getting error messages saying I can't delete them. It's frustrating as one of the accounts doesn't even allow me to delete assets within it due to a lack of permission on my own account. I hope to delete one or both of the old business manager accounts in order to create a new one.

In March, my original 10-year-old account was hacked, possibly through my phone due to malware. Facebook helped me verify my account, but a day later, it was disabled. I followed their instructions to prove my identity by submitting a photo ID, but it didn't work. Since I have many important connections on Facebook, including professional ones, I created a new account using my first and middle name. Last week, this account was also disabled unexpectedly. As a mental health professional, I always adhere to Facebook's community standards. I have support groups on Facebook that are crucial to me, and losing access to my professional connections has been difficult. I need assistance with this issue.

I encountered difficulties accessing Facebook about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Initially, the platform indicated that my social issues differed from theirs, which was confusing. Shortly after, they recognized that our issues were the same and apologized. Today, coming back from a liver transplant appointment, I faced the same issue. Facebook mentioned that my community standards were different. The only recent difference was questioning if a federal agent served on Facebook's Board of Directors without disclosing his name. This person solicited money via cards and receipt images, even asking for my bank account details. As a person on disability, I inquired about this practice. Despite maintaining high community standards and religious beliefs, I have not shared these on Facebook. Assistance would be appreciated urgently.

I am Milburn R. Peach. Last week, a hacker gained control of my Facebook account. They changed my email to a fake Microsoft Hotmail account, removed my phone number, changed my password, and locked me out of my account that I've had for eleven years. I had [redacted]+ friends and an art group with [redacted]+ members. This account was very important to me. It appears to have been hidden or deleted. I need assistance in recovering it.

Hello, my name is Archana Naveen Kumar, and my username on Facebook is also Archana Naveen Kumar. I would like to share my email address - [redacted] Recently, I sought financial assistance in a Facebook group dedicated to helping the underprivileged. A person named Richard Metcalf offered to help, and after contacting him, he requested my Facebook ID and password to facilitate the transaction on Facebook Pay. Believing that the primary email address was unchangeable, I shared both my Facebook and Gmail passwords with him. This occurred on April 21 between 1 to 2 am. When I tried to access my Facebook account later, I discovered that the password had been changed to Michael Davis and my friends were blocked. My profile picture remains the same, but my account details have been altered by this person, who I believe is from New York. I seek assistance in recovering my account to prevent any misuse of my photos. Thank you for your help.

I need assistance with an issue on Facebook. I work as a social media manager, but I have been demoted from an Admin to a Moderator on all the pages I manage. Despite multiple attempts by clients to re-add me as an Admin, I keep reverting to Moderator status. This problem has been ongoing for over a week now. My livelihood depends on managing these pages, but I am unable to post or schedule events in this capacity. While my husband can help by accessing the pages as an Admin, I need this issue resolved for my personal and business accounts. I work with 5-6 clients currently and have consultations lined up for potential new clients. However, being designated as an Admin is crucial for me to carry out my responsibilities effectively. I am also unable to access my Business Page, Lacey Shaey VA. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated as a small business owner who just launched in January. Yesterday morning, my group "Maine Coon Eestis" was unexpectedly deleted. The group had approximately [redacted] participants. Someone attempted to access my account from a different location. After changing my password, I haven't received a 6-digit SMS code to log back in. I've tried verifying through email and submitting a photo of my driver's license without success for over 36 hours. I'm unable to access my account on various devices. I need to update my account and make necessary changes. I need assistance accessing my Facebook account independently by receiving the 6-digit access code. Despite changing my password, I require the code for full access. I'm unable to access my account through various platforms and devices. Any help is welcome.

My Facebook account got hacked, and while I tried to recover it, the hacker from Vietnam changed my password and email address. Despite Facebook sending a verification code to my email, the hacker intercepted it. After attempting to change my password, the hacker ended up deleting my account entirely. I am distressed as my account of 12 years held precious memories and photos, including those of departed loved ones. I am desperate for assistance to reclaim my account.

Today, I received an email informing me that my Facebook account password was changed without my knowledge. I noticed multiple emails indicating possible unauthorized access to my account. As a result, I was logged out of both my Facebook browser and app. Despite attempting to reset my password through the recovery process, I discovered that the associated email had been altered to a Hotmail address, which is not mine. Furthermore, my attempts to use trusted friends codes proved unsuccessful. I am in urgent need of assistance to remove the hacker's email, revert it to my original email, and regain control over my account's security by setting a new password.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Facebook business page. I am the sole administrator but have lost access to it. Despite this, I can still share posts from my Instagram account to the page. I recently noticed this problem, although it seems to have been ongoing for a while given that I stopped receiving notifications for my page a few months back. Initially, I overlooked it, assuming I may have inadvertently adjusted some settings with the frequent changes on Facebook. However, when I tried to enhance my page last week, I discovered that my personal account indicates no pages are associated with it. There are no suspicious posts on the page, only those automatically shared from my Instagram. I have attempted to reach out to Facebook for assistance to no avail. Hello, I am Hope Villanueva. I can be reached at [redacted] Unfortunately, my Facebook account has been compromised. The profile picture features me in a black dress on the red carpet. A distinguishing photo folder named "Circus Adventures" includes images of me with elephants. The intrusion occurred on April 30 at 3:13 am from Michigan, a time when I was asleep. Upon awakening for work at 5:00 am, I discovered the breach when attempting to log in. An automated activity email was sent around that time. Despite my efforts, I was unable to regain access through my iPhone. It seems the account is now linked to a Hotmail address. A friend checked and noticed that my tagged photos were untagged and that the account may have been deleted. My account was disabled last October. When it happened, I was given 30 days to appeal, but every time I try, it says no one is available to review it due to Covid-19. I understand the situation with Covid, but it's unfair to disable an account without a proper chance to appeal. I don't even know why it was disabled, and I've lost valuable family photos, connections, and game progress linked to FB. I've been trying for months to get help, but it keeps saying no one is available due to Covid.

Three days ago, I was notified that my Facebook account was disabled for violating Community Standards, but the reason was unclear. Facebook requested my mobile phone number to send a 6-digit code via text message. Despite numerous attempts to submit my number, I never received the text. After reaching out for help, I was directed to a page to contact Facebook. However, each time I try to send the form, Facebook says it wasn't successful. I am concerned because I need to input the 6-digit code within the next 27 days to avoid permanent account disablement. If text messages are not working, I request the option to receive the code via email instead.
