I manage two buy and sell groups on Facebook with over 20,[redacted] members - Brian's Online Deals and Sudbury New Deals. Recently, a company accused me of infringing on their copyright by posting a product for sale, which was not true. The company retracted their complaint, but I have been blocked from marketplace and my groups for over a week, resulting in a loss of several thousand dollars and closure of my business. Facebook promised to review my case within 24 hours, but I have not heard back despite multiple attempts to contact them. I am unsure of what steps to take next and how long to wait for a resolution. This morning, I discovered that my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changed the email address associated with the account, preventing me from resetting my password. Despite my attempts to verify my identity by uploading various documents, I have been unable to regain access. I am frustrated by Facebook's lack of security measures and simply want access to my account again. Please assist in resetting my email to [redacted], which is the email I used when I opened the account in [redacted]. Despite having my phone number linked to the account, I have not been successful in receiving security codes. It is disheartening that a hacker was able to gain control of my account with more ease than me, the rightful owner.

My Facebook account got disabled. We have been selling on Facebook Marketplace since February. However, in the last four weeks, our access to Marketplace was denied four times for a few days each time. Facebook acknowledges there are many issues with their system, leading to numerous illegitimate suspensions caused by their software and algorithms. Despite being reinstated in the past, this time our account was disabled after providing verification information like email, phone, and photo. My husband and I have over [redacted] items listed on Marketplace with 45 pending orders to be marked as shipped. If not updated within three days, Facebook automatically refunds the customers, which is problematic as we have already shipped most items. This latest issue occurred last night around 11:00. I have been a longtime user of Facebook, using it mainly to stay connected with family in Zambia, Wheaton, Illinois, Bulgaria, and across the USA. Recently, I encountered an issue with my laptop where I couldn't access any of my accounts after a repair that included installing Windows 10. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't log into my email, Facebook, or online banking due to password issues. I suspect this may be related to a strange instant message I received from my sister-in-law, Carol Wenninger, which prompted me to suggest she change her password. I've always followed Facebook's community standards and feel I've done nothing wrong. I would appreciate further investigation into this matter. I have created a new Outlook address and have connections on Facebook who can vouch for my character. My Facebook account 'Zoraya Holly Tibos' has been hacked, and the email address and phone number linked to the account have been changed. As a result, I am unable to reset my password and regain access to my account. I have already checked my associated email inbox, but have not received any notifications.
I own two pages, 'Bettie Bang Bang' and 'Miss Patriotic Pinup Pageant', which were connected to my compromised 'Zoraya Holly Tibos' account. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of these pages due to the hack. Additionally, my access to Messenger for all three accounts has been lost.
I have now created a new profile under 'Zoe Tibos' but am unable to locate my old account 'Zoraya Holly Tibos' as I suspect the hacker may have blocked me. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

After purchasing a refrigerator on the marketplace, the seller tried to request additional payment after already receiving funds through PayPal. Despite explaining the situation and offering to return the refrigerator, no resolution was found. The seller reported the issue on FB Marketplace, leading to a block on the account. Requesting the block to be removed promptly as there was no fraudulent behavior involved, the user reported the problem to FB, but the account remains blocked while they investigate the matter.

I recently changed my phone number and forgot to update my Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings. Now, I am stuck because the verification code is being sent to my old number. My current phone number is xxx.xxx.[redacted], and I need the code to be sent there. The email linked to my account is [redacted] I have no issue with the password, but unfortunately, the 2FA code is going to my old number, which I no longer have. I have forgotten my password and attempted to recover my account with my trusted friends three times without success. I updated my email address to [redacted] as the old one was no longer valid. Despite this, I have not received an email at my new address to reset my password for Facebook. I have checked my spam folder already. I have been a Facebook member since [redacted] and have another account I rarely use, created in an emergency situation last year. Unfortunately, I forgot to delete it. My name is Pete Agostini. I had my Facebook account disabled last Friday. The reason provided was a photo on my page, The Fan Site of "The Asian Nightmare" Kwan Chang, was reported for "promoting suicide or self-injury." The photo in question was from May 9, [redacted], seven years ago. Unfortunately, the message does not specify which photo was offensive. I manage the page to showcase my work as a professional wrestler, and I can confirm that none of the photos promote self-harm. Any images showing injuries are from wrestling matches.
I suspect the person who reported the page has been unfairly targeting me by leaving offensive comments.
As I rely on my Facebook page for social, work, and business purposes, I kindly request its reinstatement.

I had posted some clothes for sale on Facebook. A lady contacted me, expressing interest in buying them, and mentioned sending a courier from Chronopost to collect. However, things took a turn when she requested money and disappeared after I shared my personal information like name, address, and email. Following advice from others, I tried changing my password only to get locked out as I couldn't recall the old one. Now, this scammer has taken control of my account, messaging people deceitfully. It turns out the fake account impersonates someone who urged me to buy gift vouchers for an alleged prize. Ignoring those messages seems to have led to my account being compromised through another account. All I want is to regain access to my account.

I am feeling frustrated and alone. I believed I had lost my account when my phone was reset, so I created a new one. Then, my original account reappeared with two profiles, so I deleted the second one under Barb Wendler. Now, when I try to log into my original account Barb.Wendler, it won't accept my password. I can access the account on my phone, but on my computer, it prompts me to reset the password as if someone else is using my email, which is not the case. My email is [redacted], and my new phone number is [redacted]. I do not use Yahoo or Gmail. How can I resolve this and access Facebook from my computer?

My FaceBook account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email, password, and phone number associated with the account. The only thing that remains the same is my name, which I use to look it up for recovery. I followed the recovery steps of getting 3 codes from my trustees and provided a new email for next steps, but did not receive anything. Even trying with my phone number, I got no response. At times, I'm told I don't have permission to view pages. I tried submitting my ID, but Facebook says my email or phone number isn't linked to an account. I'm stuck and unsure how to proceed. My Facebook account displays the message "Account Temporarily Unavailable" due to a site issue. Despite trying to clear cache/history/cookies as advised online, the problem persists for over a month. I mainly use the account for marketplace, and the inability to access it is troubling, especially since I discovered the issue while using the marketplace feature. Unfortunately, the suggested solutions from Facebook are of no help since I cannot access my account. I hope this issue gets resolved soon so I can regain access to my account.
