To whom it may concern,
I am experiencing issues with frequent job ad posts being flagged on our business page by Facebook, despite the content complying with their policies upon review. I am seeking assistance to prevent these unnecessary post cancellations in the future as it is both time and cost-intensive to repeatedly request reviews.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a chat option on the support page to address this recurring problem with Facebook's scanning process. Additionally, missing a couple of these cancelled posts led to the temporary "blocking" of the account, further complicating matters.
I am eager to find a permanent solution to ensure our job posts remain visible without interruptions.
Thank you,
Gabor

I recently fell victim to a scam on an online marketplace. After contacting the seller to inquire about shipping the item, I agreed to a bank transfer payment of $[redacted]. The seller claimed to have shipped the item, but failed to provide tracking information or a receipt despite multiple requests. When I demanded the information, I was blocked by the seller. Seeking help to possibly recover the funds lost. Kindly respond to ([redacted]), my primary email, for further communication. Thank you.

I have a fantastic idea to enhance Messenger. What if users could create slideshows directly in the app before sharing them with friends? Currently, many third-party apps are subpar, so this feature would keep users on Messenger. It would include cool effects for sharing unforgettable moments with friends, instead of just sending regular photos. Despite Google attempting something similar, it's lacking. I believe this enhancement would benefit Messenger and WhatsApp in the future. I'm providing this idea for free, but if you're interested in discussing royalties, I would appreciate it. Thanks! I am encountering an issue logging into my new Facebook account that I created a few days ago. I uploaded a profile picture and was able to access my account via my laptop at home yesterday. However, when attempting to log in through a desktop computer, I see two accounts - one with my profile picture and one without. I am unable to access my actual account with the profile picture and keep getting directed to the account without a photo, which does not contain any of my added data. I am confused as to how two accounts were created for one email address and am feeling frustrated. Could you please assist me in accessing my real account? I eagerly await your prompt response to this matter.

I recently received a 30-day ban on my personal Facebook page, which also disabled my business page, preventing me from using messenger or replying to anything. The ban was imposed after I commented on a post where another user mentioned buying Xanax stock. My comment was in jest, following the tone set by other users, and I have screenshots to support this. It is frustrating that I received such a severe punishment while other users promoting illegal activities like marijuana grow operations have gone untouched. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

My Facebook account keeps getting disabled, and I believe someone I know is wrongfully reporting me. I've noticed other accounts with inappropriate content still active, which is confusing. Due to living in a remote area with no cell service, I struggle with receiving verification codes. I made a mistake entering a code after calling a friend for help, resulting in too many SMS attempts flagged. My account hosts family, old friends, and motorcycle groups, but my posts are family-friendly compared to others. I suspect it might be my ex's girlfriend causing these issues. I urgently need my account back as I recently shared about my mother's heart attack for family updates. Please review my account's activity and consider unblocking it, as it's genuinely mine. Kindly, Julie T. Feel free to reach me at [redacted] for further verification if needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I got logged out so a friend could share wedding photos, but couldn't log back in with my usual information. When trying to correct my email, I realized it was misspelled, which may be why I couldn't access my account. I suspect my daughter mistakenly changed it while logging in on my behalf. I've sent my driver's license for verification, but they said it was unclear. Being unwell and frequently in the hospital, this login issue is frustrating, especially for someone in their 60s trying to connect with family. I've attempted to create a new account using a different email but can't receive verification codes due to my remote location without cell service. I'm reaching out for assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Wishing everyone a happy holiday season. - R.L. McBride

I am seeking clarification on why my account was disabled. It has been 30 days since the disabling, and no explanation has been provided. I have not violated any Facebook Terms, used a fake name, impersonated anyone, or engaged in behavior that violates community standards. I believe my account was disabled in error. Please provide details on the reason for the disablement. I fail to see how my posts from September [redacted] to October [redacted], including birthday pictures and assistance with a research paper, were non-compliant. Could the issue have stemmed from entering the wrong password during a game on Messenger or downloading the Facebook app? My account holds cherished photos that I am unable to access, and retrieving them is my primary concern, even if regaining access to my Facebook account is not possible.

Dear Facebook specialists,
I am reaching out regarding my mother's Facebook account issue. Her name is Lucy Skuratovsky and her username is [redacted], with a date of birth on 5/25/[redacted].
The account was created on Sunday but was immediately blocked and subsequently disabled. We are puzzled by this action as the account did not violate any Facebook rules. I work as a Computer Science professor, and my mother is a former professor and Medical clinic manager. We are both US citizens residing in Brooklyn, NY.
I am willing to assist in creating a new account for her, but I would appreciate clarification on why her original account was disabled. Please contact me via email at [redacted]
Is there a telephone number or email address where I can speak with a representative to address this matter directly?
Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Kaujaruruamo Marshall. I made a purchase on November 14, [redacted], from a Facebook page called "Trainers Tracksuit & Home Decor." I bought a coat for £[redacted] using an Amazon e-gift card. We agreed that the coat would be shipped on November 15 and delivered to me by November 18. However, as of November 20, I still have not received it. I tried to contact the seller between November 15-18 for updates on the delivery, but I can no longer message them. The page "Karz Romany Home Bling Decor" is now selling the same coats and other items. I am concerned about losing the money I spent. I am aware the transaction was not done through a Facebook payment method, but I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Regards, Kaujaruruamo Marshall.

My personal Facebook and business manager ad accounts were disabled today. I have followed all Facebook policies, and all ads were approved. However, both accounts were disabled. My ad account [redacted] and its ads were disabled. Hi Juha, it seems that your ad account was used to create ads that do not comply with Facebook's Advertising Policies. Even though the ads were approved, our standards are in place to ensure a safe environment for everyone on the platform. Your ad "Ottawa Leads" for Iron Horse Security was approved and should start running soon. I am unsure why the account was disabled since the ad was approved. Please assist me in reactivating my account. Regards, Juha S.

I recently used Messenger to send money to my landlord, Mary Fortier. However, there were two identical accounts under her name, and unfortunately, the money was not received by the intended recipient. I reached out to the account that mistakenly received the funds but did not receive a response. I contacted Facebook to explain the situation and request a cancellation, but they stated they were unable to assist. They mentioned that if the payment isn't accepted within 7 days, the money would be returned to my account. My bank couldn't help since the transaction was authorized. I'm now facing the loss of $[redacted], impacting my ability to pay rent. It appears the account that received the payment was compromised. Facebook should take responsibility for these issues as they facilitate the service and are familiar with hacking activities.

Yesterday, my Facebook account got hacked, so I took extra security measures by enabling the two-factor authentication with a texted code and changing my password. Everything was working well on both my iPhone and laptop until last night when Facebook requested a photo of just me. I selected one, but it wasn't a close-up. Now, I am unable to log in as my submission is under review, and my profile seems to have disappeared. I need help in recovering my account and regaining access.

I am experiencing difficulty posting comments on the video section of Facebook and Facebook Lite. I received a message stating that I have been blocked due to posting too quickly. I kindly request to be unblocked promptly so that I can resume commenting on the video section. I have already reported this issue to the Facebook Help Center. As a longstanding user of Facebook for over 5 years, I appreciate the platform's ability to empower individuals to share their views and experiences.

After transferring my information to my new phone, I encountered an issue where my apps did not transfer over, although it seemed like all my data was intact, including Facebook. However, when I tried to access Facebook, it created a whole new account for me named Cyndi Perrin instead of my original Cynthia Perrin account. This led to confusion, with friends questioning if I had been hacked. It appears that my original account still exists, as I can see friend suggestions from it. Some friend requests I sent out were not received, and I am unsure how to resend them. I am also unsure how to recover my original account as I don't recall everyone on my friends list. This situation is causing some challenges for me, and I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve it.

The email associated with my Facebook account is **[redacted]**. While playing PUBG, I received a link from someone at pubgnews10.ga offering something special for the game. I logged into the website with my Facebook email. Later, a friend called to say my FB account had a profile picture of a naked girl. Upon trying to log in, Facebook flagged an unusual login from Bedug, Indonesia. I am Indian and currently living in India. I need my account reactivated as I did not upload any inappropriate pictures. My Facebook name is Prashanta Narah. Thank you.

Facebook recently deleted my page without providing any reason. In response, I created a new account and was browsing when suddenly I got blocked for what they claimed were suspicious activities, which I find hard to believe. After that, they asked for my phone number for safety, even though I had been using the same email for a long time without any issues. I haven't been causing any trouble on the platform, so I don't understand why I am facing this harassment. Facebook should clarify why they are targeting me with these requests. Providing a phone number should be optional, not mandatory. I've only started using Facebook actively in the last few days, and I usually don't use it much. I'm requesting Facebook to explain the reason for singling me out for what seems like baseless harassment to me.

Hello! I'm having trouble signing in to my account at [redacted] It all began when I tried to advertise on Facebook. They informed me that my page was blocked for safety reasons. Despite sending multiple pictures, I received a message stating: "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're reviewing the photo that you sent us. We're always looking out for your security, so until then, you won't be able to use Facebook."
In an attempt to resolve this, I tried creating a new account with a different email, [redacted], and submitted all the required documents (photo, ID card). Unfortunately, I received the same message: "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're reviewing the photo that you sent us." I'm unsure of what to do next. Disappointed face.

To Whom It May Concern,
Hello, I'm Katarzyna Kubas, but my Facebook account is currently under the name Katarzyna Jasinska (changed post-marriage). On November 20, [redacted], around 2:00 pm Central Time, my Facebook password was altered without my knowledge. I attempted to reset the password but encountered technical difficulties.
My Facebook account is associated with the email [redacted] and the phone number +48-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], which are outdated since I moved from Poland to the USA over 2 years ago. My new phone number is +1-[redacted], but I didn't update it on my account, preventing me from using this recovery option.
The second option via my email is also unfeasible as inactivity has led to its deactivation, and I am unable to access it. I transitioned to using a different email, [redacted], upon relocating to the US, neglecting the old one. It seems the domain of my former email deactivates inactive accounts after a period of inactivity.
I'm seeking alternative ways to verify my identity and regain access to my account since the current situation may involve the misuse of my account for fraudulent activities.
Awaiting your prompt response.
Best regards,
Katarzyna Kubas

Dear Facebook Team,
I recently received a response stating that my ad account has infringed on the intellectual property rights of others. As a new user to Facebook advertising, I am confident that I have been following the Facebook Ad Policy diligently. I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy and user-friendly environment on Facebook, and am committed to abiding by the rules.
If there are any specific ads that have led to this issue, I kindly request that you provide me with the details so I can rectify the situation promptly. I value your feedback and want to ensure that I am contributing positively to the platform.
I appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
