I am experiencing unauthorized charges on my card and have been attempting to reach a representative since 12:55 am until 1:59 am with no success other than being told to wait as my debit account is being depleted. I reported fraudulent activity 3 days ago after being on hold for over 2 hours. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. This lack of response from a company handling Social Security checks is extremely disappointing. I am still waiting at 2:17 am with no solution in sight. If no one answers soon, I will have no choice but to cancel my card. This level of service is unacceptable.

I misplaced my card at a gas station and despite searching, it remains lost. I have tried contacting customer service numerous times without success. I am concerned about the possibility of unauthorized transactions if someone finds and uses the card. I urgently need to have all transactions stopped, and the card deactivated and replaced, preferably using expedited shipping. I am willing to cover the additional costs for this service. The lack of available assistance is leaving me feeling vulnerable to potential fraud. I used a Bank of America ATM to withdraw $[redacted], but the machine returned my card without dispensing the money. Although the amount was deducted from my account, Bank of America confirmed that there was an extra $[redacted] in the ATM on Gibson and next to San Pedro. I contacted Direct Express to dispute the transaction, but they have not sent me the necessary claim dispute document even after a month has passed. I am concerned with the handling of my case by the customer service claims dispute department.

A payment of $[redacted] was deducted a couple of days ago for Boost Mobile phone services, which I did not authorize. I only have home phone service through my Wi-Fi provider, Spectrum. I tried three times last night to cancel the transaction and reported my card as lost, but the call got disconnected every time I was transferred to the claims department. I tried calling to report my stolen card, but I was on hold for 2 and a half hours and got disconnected. Now, I can't reach the fraud department without a claim number. I reported my Direct Express card stolen, and Direct Express requires a police report to refund my money. The police need a bank statement from Direct Express to determine the amount stolen from my card. I am in a difficult situation as the money on my card was all I had. I was in the process of moving and now I am left without a place to live or food for the rest of the month. The stolen money was my only means of support, and I am currently left with nothing.

My name is Patricia Lee Murdock, also known as Dee. My date of birth is [redacted]. My mother's maiden name is Grindstaff or Groves. On September 4th around 1:10 p.m., my wallet was stolen from my truck while I was on my way to St. Vincent de Paul's in Eureka, California. I have been trying to report the stolen card via telephone by calling multiple times a day, but I keep getting a message about a high volume of calls and the call gets disconnected. Unfortunately, my phone is not working, so I am using a friend's phone. I reported the theft to the Eureka Police Department, but no officer responded while I was at the station. I did manage to give a verbal report over the phone. The person who stole my wallet is named Angela, but I have not seen her since. West Central Wireless of San Angelo, Texas mistakenly charged my card $73.63 even after I returned their phone and canceled my contract. When I asked about the refund, a three-way call was suggested with the cell phone company and my debit card company to verify the refund. However, the money never appeared back in my account. I am now $73.63 short and frustrated. I hope to receive a check for the amount they owe me to resolve this issue and move on from dealing with this frustrating situation with the cell phone company.

I have noticed a $15.99 charge from a company named "Furo Shopx" on 9/04/[redacted] which I did not authorize. Despite my efforts to find contact information for this company, I encountered warnings suggesting it might be a fraudulent entity with hackers accessing card information. Research on the Better Business Bureau's website confirmed this suspicion of a fraudulent website where unauthorized purchases are made without receiving any items or any means of contact available. I attempted to reach out to my card issuer, but due to high call volumes, I couldn't connect. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. When I contact Direct Express over the phone and attempt to input the last four digits of my account number, the automated system repeatedly states that it did not register the number and prompts me to enter it again. Even after re-entering it, the system still does not acknowledge it. Subsequently, when I provide my complete account number, the system claims it did not receive that information either. Additionally, it does not recognize my SSN upon entering. After numerous attempts, I am currently locked out. Furthermore, my card was declined when used, although it processed as a credit transaction. I am currently away from home, so kindly reach out to me via email at the address provided below.

On August 1, [redacted], I visited Cost-u-Less Insurance center to buy auto insurance. The evening prior, I called and spoke to the sales manager, Glenia Lopez, who provided a quote I was interested in. When I called on August 1, [redacted], to let her know I was coming in to make the purchase, I was informed she was not present, and another staff member offered to assist over the phone. After confirming the quote with him, he checked for documentation from my previous discussion with Glenia and proceeded with the standard questions about my vehicle, including the make and model, as well as the year. This is where the conversation carried on.

After clicking a link in my email, I was directed to a company that I couldn't reach by phone. Dealing with constant busy signals was incredibly frustrating. I waited a couple of weeks before contacting DE and nearly missed the deadline for my provisional credit. Due to this delay, I might now have to endure the full 45-day investigation period. This seems excessive for what was clearly a scam. Simply clicking a "more information" link shouldn't result in an unwanted purchase. The entire experience seems like a form of taking advantage of people's money unfairly. I insist on getting my $90 refunded promptly.

I experienced a home invasion where my wallet, keys, cell phone, and cash were stolen, including my Direct Express card. There were fraudulent charges made on my card, traced back to some of your coworkers. Despite not receiving a questionnaire regarding the incident, I filed a police report, wrote a letter, and faxed all details of the fraudulent charges. What should be my next step since the questionnaire was not sent within the allotted 13 days? I am in a situation where I cannot wait another month to pay my rent. I submitted a dispute on January 7, [redacted]. I was required to fax additional documentation specifying the disputed transactions, but due to illness, I sent the papers in April. I was informed this action reopened the case. Despite several escalations in June, July, and August, I did not receive any updates or refunds. In September [redacted], I was asked for medical records to substantiate my illness. The customer service representative was unhelpful, claiming there was no manager available. When I called back on September 22, the case had been closed due to conflicting details. They argued the transactions were regular monthly charges on my card and not fraudulent, which is incorrect. I have not received any written notifications and was told there's no appeal process or supervisors to speak with. I insist that these are fraudulent charges mishandled by Direct Express and demand a resolution.
