I would like to request a return for an unused Sinomax Twin Mattress Topper that was inadvertently stored in [redacted] and is no longer needed. Both the topper and protective cover are still sealed in their original packaging, and I also have the warranty and care instructions.
The order for this item was placed on 4/8/21, and the order number is [redacted]07. I am looking to receive a refund back to my credit card ending in [redacted]. If a refund to the credit card is not possible, I am open to receiving store credit instead.

Last autumn, my membership was suspended due to an overpayment. I was given the choice to receive a refund or apply it to the following year since the renewal notice was due soon. I opted to apply it. However, on my subsequent visit, my membership was once again suspended. At the member services desk, they claimed no overpayment had occurred and insisted that I pay. This situation has left me doubting the information provided. The manager suggested I review all my financial records to prove the overpayment, which seems like a time-consuming task I shouldn't have to do.

I recently shopped at the Costco in Green Valley, Fairfield around 10 am today. Overall, I enjoy shopping there, but I've encountered some issues with the receipt checkers. I understand the need for checking receipts, but sometimes, like my experience today, it can feel excessive. The checker thoroughly inspected every item in my cart, making me feel uncomfortable. Despite questioning her, she insisted it was her job to do so. While I appreciate the store's commitment to preventing theft, the level of scrutiny felt unnecessary. On March 14, [redacted], my spouse and I were at the Costco store in Boca Raton, FL. While my spouse shopped inside, I waited in the car at the Handicap parking area, which was full. I possess a handicap hanging sign. As I waited, a palm frond fell onto my car's passenger side, damaging the exterior mirror. A Costco employee named Tony witnessed the incident, and photos were taken by another employee at the customer service desk, Rosine. An incident report was filed, and the cost to replace the mirror is $[redacted].46. I recently purchased three complete Simplisafe alarm systems from Costco. Costco's promotion offered 3 months of free service per system purchased. When I activated two accounts with Simplisafe, I made sure to inform the representative that I had bought three sets, entitling me to a total of 9 months of free service. The representative confirmed this. However, upon checking my Simplisafe account yesterday, I discovered that I had only been credited with 3 months of free service. When I contacted Simplisafe's billing department, I was informed that I could not receive more than three months of free service, regardless of the number of systems purchased. This contradicts Costco's offer, and I believe I should receive the full 9 months of free service. I kindly request Costco's assistance in resolving this matter with Simplisafe and confirming my entitlement to 9 months of free service.

I am reaching out with an inquiry and suggestion rather than a complaint. I reside in the swiftly expanding Hoschton/Braselton area of Georgia with the zip code [redacted]. This region is seeing significant growth, being 20 minutes from Jefferson, 30 minutes from Gainesville, and 30-45 minutes from the nearest Costco or Sam's Club located at the mall of Georgia. Considering the continuous construction of homes in our area, I believe it would be beneficial for your organization to assess the growth projections and potentially consider establishing a presence here. With several hundred new homes being built without access to Costco or Sam's Club, having a Costco in the area would be greatly appreciated. I placed an order for a Nedline Walker on 9/16/22. After a couple of days, the tracking update only showed that a shipping label had been prepared. Surprisingly, when I checked the status a month ago, it stated the walker might arrive in April [redacted]. At this point, I no longer require the walker and simply want to receive a refund to my Costco credit card. However, I am unable to request a refund for the order on the website. I attempted to contact the Costco Online phone number listed on the website, but was informed that the number had been disconnected.

My spouse and I left your store on June 21, [redacted], around 1:35 pm at Perth Western Australia Airport Store after making purchases. When crossing the road to reach the car park, a female Costco staff member, who seemed to be a cleaner, approached us. She was gesturing and yelling as a car park cleaning vehicle was coming towards the crosswalk. Her behavior was deemed as rude and stressful. The cleaner and the person in the cleaning vehicle started yelling at us, prompting me to ask the person to stop. This experience was unpleasant, and I believe your operational procedures for such tasks need review. Safety barriers should be in place during busy times, and staff must exhibit better communication skills. I request that necessary actions be taken and staff be trained appropriately. Hello, I live in Windsor, Ontario and recently upgraded my Costco membership. I enjoy shopping there, but I have noticed an issue with members bringing in multiple guests who shop for free. I suggest implementing a policy allowing only one guest twice a year per membership account. This would help regulate the number of non-members using the facility and maintain the exclusivity for paying members. During our visit to the Costco store at Monterey Park (store number #[redacted]), we usually encounter friendly employees. However, our recent shopping trip left us quite upset. While using the EBT, we needed to subtract the food amount before swiping our Costco membership card for the remaining balance. On 07/03, Monday, we interacted with an employee named Denise who was very impatient with us. When my wife mistakenly entered the wrong password, a cashier nearby used inappropriate language with a coworker, causing further delays. Additionally, there was a mis-scanned item on our receipt for $64.99. When my wife sought assistance, Denise became agitated and did not address the issue properly. When I approached her and asked for her name, she rudely directed me to customer service. This behavior was incredibly unprofessional, and I observed her making further complaints to other staff members.

I ordered three boxes of wine. The first two arrived separately after a longer wait than usual. I received a call stating the third box was to arrive that day, but it never did. Customer service informed me that the third box was broken during transit and assured me of a refund. Subsequently, I was informed that a box had been delivered to someone named Juan at my address, which is inaccurate. Despite being the only authorized signer, I did not receive it. Now, the shipping company closes the case due to lack of evidence without my knowledge. I demand either the delivery of my order or a refund promptly.

I have been a Costco member for over three decades, and I have always enjoyed the shopping experience they offer. However, I recently had a frustrating experience trying to return a Dyson V8 Animal cordless vacuum purchased four years ago at the San Ramon branch. Despite my historic purchases being linked to my membership, the specific vacuum purchase could not be located in their system. I wanted to return the vacuum to purchase the Dyson Ball Animal 3 Extra for its improved features, but without the receipt, I faced difficulties. This morning, I tried to make a purchase at the Carolina Cotsco but my card had expired. When I mentioned I wouldn't be renewing it yet, the cashier's response was unpleasant. This situation escalated when my husband offered to pay, and the cashier rudely refused. Another cashier had to call a supervisor to intervene. While I understand there may be changes regarding shared cards, this did not apply to our situation. Our monthly spending at the store is significant. I recently visited Costco Watford, a regular shopping spot for me since [redacted]. On this particular visit, my grandson, who is autistic, accidentally opened a box containing a bicycle. To calm him down, my husband began assembling the bike in-store while my daughter supervised our grandson riding it around. Unfortunately, the security guard broadcasted over the radio about a boy taking off with a bicycle, causing an embarrassing situation. It would be beneficial for the staff to handle such incidents more tactfully, perhaps by reviewing security footage beforehand. I sincerely hope to avoid similar incidents in the future.

On June 26, [redacted], I made a $60 payment for the purchase of a membership card at Costco located on Pembroke Pines Blvd. They took the necessary information, made a copy of my ID, and informed me that, according to the current promotion, they would credit $30 back to my card and send the membership card within 2 to 3 weeks via postal mail. I visited the Manahawkin, NJ store today on 08.23.23. At the self-checkout, an employee grabbed my shoulder, insisting that I couldn't make a purchase and that my partner had to use her credit card. This was done loudly in front of other customers. Despite my partner using her card, the employee stood too close and suggested I leave and get my own membership. Although I understand Costco's policies, I feel discriminated against. Having the membership in my partner's name shouldn't lead to public embarrassment and humiliation. Costco should consider allowing one guest per member to enhance the shopping experience and possibly encourage future memberships. Today's incident was unpleasant due to the aggressive and demeaning behavior of the employee. Our membership expires in October, and sadly, we won't renew it unless Costco addresses their discriminatory practices and improves their customer interactions towards diverse family structures.
