The introduction of a $50 pesos delivery charge for "grocery items" and the imposition of restrictions on previously verified postal codes are particularly concerning.
These modifications appear to have been poorly executed by your corporate team and programmers, failing to consider the repercussions on end users like me. Despite my adherence to a commonly used postal code in México ([redacted]) that has facilitated trouble-free deliveries for over three years, I am now experiencing issues due to errors in the programming that prevent me from receiving items, even after opting to pay the additional delivery fee for "grocery items."
Furthermore, there seems to be confusion in classifying certain items as "grocery," such as non-perishable products like laundry detergent, resulting in unnecessary fees and complications in the ordering process.
Although I comprehend the rationale behind some adjustments, such as the treatment of perishable grocery items, I am disappointed by Costco's lack of responsiveness to customer feedback. In light of this, I am contemplating seeking resolution through social media channels unless my concerns are addressed promptly.

I recently visited the Burlington, WA store and saw a resin shed display priced at $[redacted]. However, when I returned, the display was gone, and the shed was now available online for $[redacted]. Assuming it was only offered online, I purchased it on 2/16, and it is currently in transit. To my surprise, upon my return to Costco, the shed display was back, and there was one available next to it. I took it to the front, but within minutes someone else purchased it. I am hoping to receive a credit for the price difference. Alternatively, I could purchase the one in-store and return the shipped one, though it seems inconvenient. I signed up for a membership for $[redacted].00 a year ago. My spouse and I have frequented the stores in Arlington and Fort Worth, Texas. We are often frustrated by the inconsistent availability of our favorite items like yogurt and lobster bisque soup. Despite our membership not expiring until March 31st, a renewal charge has already been processed on my credit card, which I tried to stop at the Arlington warehouse. Unfortunately, I was informed that the transaction cannot be halted until it goes through, after which I can request a refund. This process leaves me questioning why this procedure is in place.

I have decided not to renew my Costco Executive Membership. My main reason for this decision is the recent news that the Government of Ontario is lifting its mask mandate effective March 21, [redacted]. Costco tends to be the busiest and most crowded place where I purchase groceries, and without people wearing masks, I no longer feel safe shopping in your stores. If Costco decides to communicate to the government of Ontario that lifting the mask mandate could impact their business negatively and convey a preference for it to remain, feel free to reference this email. I recently signed up for a Costco membership hoping for better product deals and healthy ready-made meals. However, I've found that while your bulk prices are comparable to other stores in New Jersey, the premade foods like chicken salads and pasta salads have such high sodium content that it's alarming. In November [redacted], we purchased a Lion Energy solar generator with solar panels and a 12-volt Lithium-Ion battery. After charging the generator to [redacted]% right after purchase, we checked the battery's condition before storing all items in the garage. Come early March, we tested charging the generator with one solar panel which yielded negative results after three days. Contacting the vendor, we tried various reset options to no avail, leading to them sending a box for us to ship the unit back for recalibration. Despite informing them about our upcoming two-week camping trip to use the products purchased through Costco, they assured only a day would be needed for repairs. Considering the timelines from when they received the unit, the repair time, and return shipping, we should have had the unit well before our camping trip. However, even after 10 days since returning from the trip, the replacement has yet to be received. These are just a few instances where the company has failed to meet our expectations, with numerous occasions of neglected phone calls and emails, leaving us feeling like our concerns have been ignored.

I am writing from Miami, Florida concerning an issue. I have been going to the Pembroke Pines location specifically for the Hellman's tuna salad (over 2.3 lbs) for years. Recently, I have noticed it is no longer available on the shelves, and more Kosher tuna pate is being offered at 2lbs for approximately the same price. What happened to the Hellman's tuna salad? Is this related to the Passover season or another reason? I would like to request that this longstanding product be restocked at this and other locations. I am dissatisfied with Costco's decision.

I used Klarna for an online payment, creating a one-time card for $40. However, my membership was canceled, and the $10 on hold was not released back to my account. Instead, I saw a $18.26 charge on the one-time card, leaving a balance of $8.26. Klarna investigated without evidence of the purchase, attempting to resume payments. I called again today, explaining the situation and that Costco doesn't show any related transactions. My case is open, and I hope to speak with Costco to resolve this matter.

I visited my Costco in Cranberry, Pennsylvania and inquired about getting a box of cookies with only oatmeal raisin. I was informed by a bakery employee that this could only be accommodated in Canada. Previously, in [redacted], I was able to order such a box while in Florida, so I am disappointed by this new restriction.
The oatmeal raisin cookies at Costco are our favorites, and my husband is also upset by this change. We used to email our request to the bakery manager and collect the cookies a few days later. As older individuals, adapting to new policies is challenging for us.
I kindly request that you reconsider this rule so we can enjoy a full box of oatmeal raisin cookies a few times a month and make my husband's day. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My membership entitles me to receive a $[redacted] credit. Costco issued a $[redacted].13 check, but it was sent to the wrong address in April. My membership has now expired. Leaving the store, driving in the parking lot, and getting fuel has been a frustrating experience lately. It seems like there's a sense of entitlement among some people, causing unnecessary horn honking and chaotic lines for fuel. I wonder if everyone in line at Costco is a member or if membership cards are being shared. The summer crowds are worse than the winter rush. Improvements like clear signage, enforcing rules, having employees direct traffic, and reminding customers to behave respectfully could help alleviate the issues. We all pay to shop, not to deal with aggressive behavior and disorganization.

I have been feeding my 10-year-old English Bull Terrier the Kirkland Signature Nature's Domain Canned Dog Food in Turkey & Pea Stew, 13.2 oz, 24-count, and he's been thriving on it compared to other brands. However, I recently discovered that my online order hasn't been fulfilled because the product is no longer available. I contacted several Oregon Costco locations, but they do not have it in stock or on order.
I am concerned about the sudden change in diet for my elderly dog, and I had just recommended it to my daughter for her Boxer. It's disappointing that such a beneficial product for our pets has been discontinued. Can we expect it to be restocked in the future? Many dog owners, like myself, rely on this food for our furry companions. I hope it will be available again soon.

In August, I bought frozen cod fillets for the first time. On two separate occasions, I used 4 fillets, 2 each time. I weighed the fillets both frozen and after defrosting them. Surprisingly, there was almost a 50% weight loss in both cases. I do understand that frozen products retain some moisture, but a 50% loss seems excessive to me. I might be a bit naive, but doubling in price due to such significant weight loss doesn't seem right to me. Can someone please provide some insight into this matter?

I received a food gift package from my daughter-in-law in TN, but unfortunately, it's mainly dried fruit, which I dislike. The nuts are the only items I enjoy, which make up 15% of the package. The rest is dried fruit, which I really don't like. The package is unopened and still sealed since I received it yesterday. I'm considering bringing the entire package, with the packaging, to my local Glenview Costco for a possible exchange. I'd be willing to pay any price difference for other items. I prefer not to upset my daughter-in-law by letting her know I didn't like the gift and asking for her Costco number to return it. Otherwise, I might just leave it outside for the local wildlife to enjoy.
