I recently purchased a Samsung 29 cu 4-door refrigerator online and have already made the payment, which is reflected in my credit card statement. However, I cannot locate the order in the Costco App. My wife received an email from Costco stating that the order was canceled due to a credit card issue. Initially, the transaction failed because my bank needed to verify some transactions. After confirming the transactions, I placed the order again, and the Costco app confirmed that it was successful. Could you please look into this matter for me? Thank you!

Is it possible for customer service agents to access customer information? I recently spoke with an employee in Salt Lake City who mentioned he was Palestinian. Our conversation turned into a heated debate about recent events, and he expressed disturbing opinions about incidents in Israel. He knows my name, and I fear he may try to harm me or my child due to our differing viewpoints. I feel concerned for my safety. Thank you.

This evening, my son and I visited the Costco in Katy, TX to pick up a few items. At the checkout, we found out that my son’s membership card had expired. I had to renew it at the register as we had perishables. The cashier would not allow me to go to customer service to update it with my name as the primary account holder. Now, it seems like I renewed the account for the previous primary account holder, which was not my intention. Should I stop the payment or cancel the membership to fix this problem? Please advise. I received a membership renewal notice from Costco last month. I responded and authorized payment using my credit card. However, I have not received a confirmation from Costco yet. Can I proceed with renewing online to ensure it goes through? I am concerned about being double charged if I renew online now after authorizing payment last month. Additionally, the credit card on file for my membership is no longer valid, and I need to update it with a new card. Thank you.
