We found a caregiver on Care.com for our mother the day after my father passed away. We acted quickly and didn't collect her driver's license or social security number. We have paid her over $10,[redacted] from July to early December. Now, we need this information to claim the deduction, but she won't provide it. Care.com said they screened their caregivers, so we are reaching out to them to see if we can obtain this information. We hope to resolve this without involving the authorities.

Good morning! I am looking for someone to cover my patient with Parkinson's medication needs from December 23 to January 8 while I'm on vacation. The hours are 6:00 am to 11:30 am, seven days a week, and I have Dixie cups labeled with med times and a chart for tracking. If he forgets a dose, please administer and log it. I was a member a few years ago but deleted my account. The email I used is no longer valid. When trying to create a new account, it doesn't allow me and says I can't create a new account. I tried again and now it says my SSN is in use. I contacted Care.com by phone, but they ask me to log in to my account. I messaged them, but got no response. To chat or email them, I need to be a member, which I am trying to become. It's been two years, and I haven't received any help. I just want to create an account.

I am currently undergoing a background check using my daughter's computer, and her information is automatically filled in when prompted. I just want to ensure that my information is being checked and not hers. I am unsure if my information has already been reviewed. I have reached the screen prompting me to agree to the background check or return to the previous screen. I am unable to access my profile to verify the details listed. This explains my situation to the best of my knowledge.

I have been attempting to contact customer service at Care.com to cancel my account, but every number I call disconnects and directs me to the website. I have been unable to log in for months, making it impossible to cancel my paid subscription. Despite trying to reset my password, I have been unsuccessful. I urgently need this issue resolved as I do not want to continue being charged. I am frustrated with the lack of response and do not want to resort to cancelling my credit card to stop the charges.

I attempted to create an account to hire a nanny, but the app mistakenly guided me through the process as if I were a nanny instead. There seems to be no option to backtrack and start again from the beginning to choose the correct path.
I am unable to proceed beyond my current profile without incurring charges. Creating a new profile with the same email to follow the correct path is not an option I prefer, and I do not wish to set up a new email just for this correction.
Could you please assist me in completely deleting my account from your end to address this issue?

I would like to delete my caregiver account on care.com, but I am unable to do so without first paying $20 for a background check. Access to my account is restricted until payment is made. Contacting their chatbots or help desk requires upgrading to a premium account, which is only possible if I can access my account, for the fee of $20. The provided phone number directs me to use their online chatbot from a premium account. Attempts to reach a human through Care.com's phone line have been unsuccessful. The setup seems unethical as it forces payment just to delete my account. It would be helpful if this issue could be resolved without additional charges. I tried to sign up as a caregiver on the caregiver app. I entered all my details and was asked to pay for a background check before approval. I had to wait until I was paid, then returned and paid for the annual background check they require. After inputting my information, when I entered my social security number, they couldn't process it. Their website suggested clearing cookies if it was their issue, which I did, but it still didn't work. I had just passed another background check with the same info for a different job. I am seeking a resolution or a refund.

I recently checked my care.com profile and noticed that my response rate has dropped to 60%, even though I have responded to all messages like I always do. Last week, my response rate was [redacted]%. I am unsure why it decreased suddenly when nothing has changed on my end. I also encountered an issue where some of my former clients were unable to post reviews even after multiple attempts, which is frustrating considering I pay $8.99 a month for a premium membership. When I reached out to Care.com about this problem, it took about a week to receive a response, and the blame was placed on me without any resolution. It is distressing to see a lower response rate displayed on my profile, especially when I have diligently replied to all messages. My account under A. Sedahl was denied due to a failed background check. I am confused as I only have two issues on my record, which were also present during my last account in [redacted] when I worked for a family I met through the platform. I've tried creating new accounts and paid for the background check fee three times now. Hello, I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].40 that was charged to my credit card on 2/26/23. I meet all the refund criteria:
1. I am requesting within 30 days of the latest charge, and my account has not been used since then.
2. The charges are within the 30-day limit for refunds.
3. The refund is not for a discounted monthly plan or bundled package purchase. I have already cancelled my subscription.

As a caregiver on care.com, I recently completed a background check through the platform. After undergoing this process, I have been temporarily suspended. I suspect this is because of a DUI I received last year, although the issue has since been resolved. A family I met on care.com has hired me, and I was open and honest about my past with them. They were understanding and have no concerns about my ability to care for their children. I believe that other parents should also be understanding, as my DUI does not pose a threat to the well-being of the children under my supervision.

I unknowingly signed up for an account and inadvertently made two payments to the company. However, despite the charges, an account was never created.
