We had a flight booked to Ireland scheduled for Sunday, June 18, [redacted], through Booking.com. Unfortunately, Leslie fell ill with shingles and we were unable to travel. I need to request a refund of approximately $[redacted] CAD. Can you please verify our reservation and confirm that the funds will be reimbursed? I believe my Visa card was used for the booking, so returning the funds to that account would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance and understanding. I landed at Bologna airport only to discover our flight had been canceled without any notification. Later, I learned the flight had been rescheduled for the morning, which led to us being marked as a no-show. Consequently, we had to secure a hotel in Bologna for €90 and buy a new €[redacted] flight to Madrid the next day. The Madrid hotel also charged us for the missed night. Hello, I made a reservation through Booking for an apartment in Istanbul, paying $[redacted], as my travel date is coming up. Hello, I recently returned the car after only 4 days due to a personal problem. At 93 years old, I had hired the car in anticipation of a visit from my daughter in the UK, who lives in Australia and who I have not seen in many years. Unfortunately, she fell ill and had to cancel the trip, which means I no longer need the car. Europcar has informed me that they cannot refund the remaining 13 days, and only you can authorize that, which I understand may not be typically done per your terms. However, in these circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in processing the refund. I need help getting a refund for canceling my booking at SMDC Field Residences in Paranque, Philippines. The property owner informed me about the 14-day cancellation policy, but I booked the unit 13 days before my check-in date, not 14 days. They initially offered a cancellation fee of AU$51.42, but they requested payment through G-cash, which I cannot use as an Australian citizen. I paid through PayPal when booking, not G-cash. Despite their mention of charging Pesos 3,[redacted] (AU$[redacted].86) if I fail to pay, it seems they agreed initially to refund AU$[redacted].87 after cancelling due to my brother's surgery. I hope they can simply deduct the previously offered cancellation fee from the refund and resolve this promptly. -Celest R.

I need help. I made a reservation for an apartment in Quebec through booking.com for 6/17/23 - 6/19/23 (confirmation # [redacted], pin # [redacted]). However, when I arrived, I was denied access. Sonder, the property's management, claims they have no record of my reservation. They also mentioned that booking.com failed to finalize the booking and should be responsible for the refund.  I spoke with Omar from booking.com on 6/17/23 at 3:00pm. He attempted to contact Sonder without success and explained that Booking's protocol is to allow the provider 30 minutes to respond. I was instructed to call back in 30 minutes for a resolution. Despite this, I couldn't reach booking.com via phone after the initial conversation as the automated system no longer accepts my confirmation & pin #'s (the same ones provided by Booking.com in an email).  I have emailed multiple times for help finding an alternative accommodation for my family of 6 and to request a refund for the unreachable property. We are stranded without a place to stay tonight and seek urgent assistance. - S. Smith

Good morning, we arrived in Frosinone on 12.06.[redacted] at 5:30 PM and no one opened up for us. The "SUPINOTRAVEL" property was empty. We had a reservation for three days, which we had paid for in advance. Therefore, we had to stay at other hotels, for which we have receipts. We kindly request a refund to be made to the following IBAN at CHE Bank in Udine, located at Via Gemona, in the name of Avanzi Alessandra Maria: IT57X[redacted][redacted]40. If this is not done, we will be forced to report booking.com for promoting fake and non-existent properties on their site - truly criminal associations.

I believe I have two accounts on Booking.com. One is linked to ireneblossommoloney and the other to [redacted] I would like to replace the hotmail account with the gmail one and change my name to Irene Bingham, my married name. Additionally, I need to update my phone number to include my mobile number for this account, which is the same as the one registered on my hotmail account. I am having trouble booking a holiday because my debit card won't work with my Irene Moloney name. I want to make these changes without losing my Genius 1 level, as I am close to reaching level 2. I have made a booking for the hotel Anserva in Tarancon for the 5th of July. Additionally, I booked the hotel Montermoso in Aran de Duero for the 4th of July. I apologize for my mistake. Hello Booking.com, I am writing regarding my booking QERA7A under the name Clarita Johansson. I encountered an issue with Philippine Airlines on June 11 where I was denied boarding due to a short layover on my connecting flight. I followed PAL's instructions to contact Booking.com to rebook my flight, but was informed that no rebooking was possible as it was confirmed. Consequently, I was stranded in Manila Airport and not allowed to board. I am requesting a refund for my return air ticket cost. I have reserved two nights at a hotel in Saudi Arabia through booking.com. They have confirmed my booking and provided me with a confirmation number ([redacted].[redacted].[redacted]) and a password ([redacted]). However, I have been unable to reach the Zaha Taiba Hotel as they are not answering their phone. I need to ensure that my reservation is properly processed in their system before my arrival. Hello, our flight was delayed, and we boarded the plane four hours later only to be on board for an additional hour before being asked to disembark and return inside. After another hour of waiting, we were informed that our flight was completely canceled. This happened after 10 p.m. I attempted to contact the hotel to cancel but their lobby closed at 8 p.m. I am hoping to receive a refund for the charge incurred during booking since the flight cancellation was not our responsibility. Hello, My family and I made a reservation and have been staying at a place booked through booking.com for a few days. The owner encountered a problem with the details on the booking.com app, leading to financial difficulties. The owner asked me to delete the first day of our stay from the booking.com reservation to help resolve the financial issue. I am unsure about the legality of this request and concerned that it might result in my account being blocked from using booking.com for future travel.

I need to address an issue I had with BOOKING.COM. Last February [redacted], I made a reservation at B&B Cool Centre Zagreb, which was confirmed by Booking.com (#[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], PIN [redacted]) for June 2nd and 3rd, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact B&B Zagreb, I was unsuccessful. The day before my trip, I contacted Booking.com and they confirmed my reservation but couldn't reach the B&B either. Unfortunately, the property canceled on me, and I had to book a more expensive alternative in Zagreb. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me, especially since I didn't have a cell phone while in Zagreb. I ended up staying at the Frui Hotel for two nights. Even though I was charged by Booking.com for the original stay that didn't happen, they requested a review for B&B Zagreb without realizing the situation.

I have tried to reach out via email and phone to your customer service team and am feeling extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance. I tried to book two rooms at the Beau Rivage Hotel in Biloxi, MS for December 2-5 using my American Express card ending in [redacted]. My card was mistakenly charged twice on June 15 for a total of $[redacted].16, without receiving a confirmation email initially. I was given the confirmation number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] later on. However, I now have the confirmation email but not the pin, creating a cycle of unhelpfulness. Upon contacting the hotel, I was informed that only one room was booked, not two. Therefore, I am requesting that my reservation be canceled and a full refund of $[redacted].16 be issued to my credit card.

I wanted to share my experience with BOOKING.COM. Recently, I booked a room at LaQuinta in Salem, VA. However, I was surprised to be asked to pay extra for an upgraded room with an air conditioner. I find this practice to be deceiving and unacceptable. I am disappointed that LaQuinta and Booking.com are associated with such business practices. Good day. I booked a room at the hotel for the summer back in May. The booking is confirmed. The hotel owner is now calling me to cancel the reservation because they will be under renovation. Why wasn't I informed about the renovation back in May when I made the reservation? What responsibility does the hotel owner have towards me for this situation? It's difficult for me to find another good hotel now as everything is already booked in advance. What should I do and what will happen if I don't cancel the booking?

My spouse and I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn Plus in Villageville, Tennessee. We had an issue during our stay and were promised a refund of $25 for the nights of the 3rd and 4th of this month. After initial contact with one representative who assured us the money would be back on our card within 3 days, the refund did not materialize. Upon calling back and speaking to another representative, we were informed it could take 7 to 10 days. I am eager to know when my refund will be processed as it is urgently needed. I am frustrated with the delay in receiving the refund that was promised to us.
