While I was completing world quests on my main character, I experienced a disconnection. After suspecting it might be an internet issue, I went through troubleshooting steps like restarting my computer. However, upon logging back in, I found myself in a strange situation. Instead of seeing my character, the view was of building tops as if I was looking down from the sky in first person. Strangely, a message saying "I can't use that item" appeared in red just before disconnecting me again. Interestingly, logging into my other characters went smoothly, indicating that the problem is specific to my main character, Ezko. This issue occurred in Highmountain while working on Legion world quests. I play in the Oceanic region on the Caelestraz server. All I want is to resolve this so I can continue my questing without any further interruptions.

Could the developers kindly consider increasing the rejoin timer in the game? It's extremely frustrating when this happens - I just experienced it again and it's driving me crazy. If this issue isn't resolved, I may have to stop playing the game altogether. It's unfair to lose placement matches because of a minor error that requires a reconnection, only to find out I can't rejoin in time and the match is already over. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

I recently reset my PC's operating system, and as a result, I lost access to my account on winauth, where my authenticator data was stored. I attempted to use SMS verification, but then I realized that I never updated my mobile number. When creating the account when I was younger, I used a different name out of fear. I started the process to change my name last year but did not complete it due to difficulties in finding the necessary steps. I am willing to provide my bank details as proof, but this has become quite a significant issue for me.

As a dedicated long-time supporter of Blizzard, I have consistently invested in various products over the years. From The Burning Crusade for $40 USD to Warlords of Draenor for $40 USD, I have shown my commitment to the company and its games. Despite not actively playing, I have maintained recurring payments to contribute to the company I admire. Recently, I noticed that the content I have financially supported now requires a monthly fee of $15, which has been challenging for me due to my limited funds and health issues related to Crohn's disease. I am reaching out in the hopes that Blizzard, as reasonable individuals, can consider offering some form of compensation or assistance by granting me access to the Battle for Azeroth expansion. Any gesture of goodwill would greatly strengthen my loyalty as a longtime fan. Thank you for your time and understanding, Blizzard.

Hello, I need help correcting a mistake with my character creation in WoW. I made a level [redacted] character when buying the new expansion, but now my friend, who got me back into the game, has stopped playing. My other friends are on a different server and faction. Can my level [redacted] character be transferred to Cho'gall server? I'd like to avoid paying another $60 to skip leveling. I'm willing to delete my alliance character for this. If my character, Solidfall in Chogall, can be leveled to [redacted], I'll continue from there. Your assistance is greatly valued. My email for the account is [redacted], but you can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, I recently relocated from Europe to Japan with my husband who serves in the U.S. military. I initially set up my Blizzard account while in Germany and now I wish to update my account and billing information to access WoW Tokens, transitioning it from Europe to the U.S. My primary form of identification from my home country of France is my passport, but my most recent ID is my military ID obtained in the U.S. I attempted to resolve this matter using the online Customer Services options but encountered difficulties. When my husband initially assisted me in creating the account, we neglected to retain the answer to the security question. Is there a solution available to help me update my account and billing details to the U.S. so I can fully utilize your services? Thank you.

I hadn't played on Battle.net for over a year until recently when my friends persuaded me to give it another try. I wanted to log in to my Battle.net account to play Overwatch with them, but I encountered an issue stating that my login couldn't be found. After checking my email, I discovered a message dated September 12, [redacted], notifying me that my account's primary email had been altered. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this change back then, and now I'm unable to undo it. I'm currently unable to access any Blizzard services since my email is unrecognized. Customer support requests my Blizzard email, which is now different due to the email change. Moreover, as a minor without an ID, I'm unable to complete the ID verification process. I'm seeking assistance to recover my account, regain access to my name change, and resolve this issue. I've invested around $[redacted] in Overwatch for Blizzard, and I hope to continue enjoying the game.

For the past two days, my Blizzard games have been crashing. It all began with HOTS. The loading screen appears normal, but once the game starts, I encounter flickering neon colors, black screens with game sounds still playing, heavy lag, and diagonal lines running from my character to the screen corners. Despite updating Windows and my video card, uninstalling Heroes and the Battle.net launcher, and even resetting my PC to factory settings and updating everything again, the problems persist in both Starcraft and Starcraft 2. Other non-Blizzard games work fine on my PC, leading me to believe it's not my video card causing the issue. The games freeze on a black screen, forcing me to manually restart the PC. I've attempted various fixes like adjusting display settings, V-sync, and switching between fullscreen and windowed modes. Additionally, at times, the screen returns in-game, but with transparent menus. This situation is very frustrating, and any help would be appreciated.

I have been experiencing payment issues with my World of Warcraft account for some time now. A while back, a game token I purchased seemed to have malfunctioned, and the payment didn't process as expected. I have invested a lot of time in this account over the past six years and am willing to settle any outstanding payments. I would like to pay for both the subscription and the overdue amount simultaneously. If someone could assist me in unlocking my account to make the payment and help me secure it properly afterwards, I would greatly appreciate it. My name is Kaleigh Matley, and my Battle.net account, linked to my locked WoW game, is under [redacted] My main character in the game is a blood elf hunter named Draynorah.

I submitted two support tickets earlier but did not receive any response, and now they seem to have disappeared. My concern is about azerite and upgrading my neck piece in the game. Despite collecting azerite, my level 50 neck piece with an ilvl of [redacted] is not upgrading. It seems that activities like world quests that should provide azerite are not working correctly. I have searched various websites for answers but found conflicting information. I also have a question about BattleTag and friends lists. Will there ever be a possibility of having an unlimited friends list? I pay for the game subscription and feel that it should allow unlimited friends since it is meant to be a social game. Currently, the limit on friends hinders me from playing with my real-life friends as I would need to delete some current friends. This issue is making me consider canceling my account.

Dear Blizzard team, I am a devoted Overwatch player and enthusiast. I have been a part of the Overwatch community since season 2, though I began competitive play in season 3. My main platform is PS4, where I play daily under the account kilokilo2, currently at level [redacted]. In addition to my main account, I recently acquired a new PS4 and created the account Ontwarriors2, currently at level [redacted]. On both accounts, I take pleasure in playing as Widowmaker, with whom I have accumulated significant playtime and even obtained a golden gun. However, despite my efforts, I have been unable to access Widowmaker's Noire skin, which I believed I was entitled to through my game version purchase. I have also made considerable investments in loot boxes to secure event skins. While I understand this may be a tall order, I am respectfully requesting the Noire skin as a gift for my Ontwarriors2 account. Your consideration would enhance my gaming experience, though I remain a dedicated Overwatch fan regardless. With gratitude, Ontwarriors2

During a game of Overwatch on PS4 on the map Junkertown while playing defense, I encountered a game-breaking issue. When selecting my hero, I was unable to move or use any abilities. Even after trying to switch heroes, the problem persisted. The options button did not respond to my attempts to exit the game and rejoin. Subsequently, when trying to switch characters again, the screen distorted, leaving me only able to interact with the middle touchpad, displaying only the enemy team composition and a background image without showing my team. This led to my removal for inactivity, resulting in a loss of 50 SR and a 10-minute suspension. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

This morning, I paid for a month's subscription, but I'm still being shown that my high-level players are inactive. Please assist me. Thank you. My account email is '[redacted],' but since I can't access that older 'fullrip' account, I recommend contacting me via my current email '[redacted]' I can't use my cell phone at the moment but would appreciate an online chat option with your team. Please guide me to find the online chat service. After three years, I decided to renew my account today, but most avatars are still labeled "Inactive" despite my $14.99 payment for a one-month subscription. I appreciate your continuous support. Additionally, I recall there used to be rewards for returning players to WoW after a long absence; I'd like more information on those incentives if they are still offered. Thank you for your time.

I am writing to appeal the ban on my World of Warcraft account, WOW1, under the battle.net account [redacted] I recently tried to log in after a few years and was shocked to find my account suspended. My email was also hacked, but I have since regained control of it. After scanning my computer, I found and removed 6 threats, including a RAT and Trojans/Worms that were downloaded from a battle.net phishing site without my knowledge. I have changed my passwords and scanned for threats again with no new issues. Despite receiving a ban notification for using 3rd party tools, I have never used such software and believe I was hacked. I am distressed by the situation and can provide screenshots of the virus scan results and the phishing site URL if needed. I hope for a resolution to this issue promptly.

The reporting system for your games is deeply flawed. I have felt such despair due to the toxicity that I once held a 9mm glock to my head. Cyberbullying is a serious issue that you consistently overlook, and you fail to take any meaningful action in response to reports. What's particularly upsetting is the lack of accountability and follow-through. The team handling reports seems detached and indifferent to the harm being done. The community's vile comments go unchecked, while you reap profits from these toxic games. It's disheartening to see the indifference from Blizzard in the face of such cruelty. Thank you for profiting off of toxicity. Perhaps I should succumb to cancer just so you can all have a good laugh.

I have a World of Warcraft account that I haven't used in years. After forgetting my password and trying to log in, I reset the password and attempted to use the authenticator, but it no longer works. I submitted a ticket to resolve this issue and included a copy of my driver's license. Blizzard responded, saying the name on the account doesn't match the license. My name is Paul Jeffrey Adelizzi, but I go by Jeff. I believe the issue might be with the first name, as the last name should be Adelizzi. I'm reaching out here for help before considering canceling my account. Thank you.

1st Issue: In India, the latency is consistently high at around 200ms, making it challenging to play Overwatch smoothly even with a strong internet connection. It seems like Blizzard prioritizes only a few countries for optimal gameplay experience. 2nd Issue: Recently, I encountered CPU throttling due to a dusty fan causing login issues with the Blizzard account. This became even more frustrating when trying to reconnect to an Overwatch competitive game within the short time window provided, especially with the high ping in India resulting in lost skill rating and warnings. Solution: Unlike Blizzard's servers, I find that playing on Dota 2 SEA servers gives a more reasonable latency of around 80ms. Other games like Dota 2 allow a longer timeframe of 5 minutes for reconnection, whereas Overwatch's quick pace doesn't cater to this need. It feels unjust that Blizzard's setup in India penalizes players unfairly, especially considering the country's significant gaming market. It would be appreciated if Blizzard addresses these connectivity issues to better serve Indian gamers and acknowledge the sizeable esports community here.

My friend and I play Overwatch together, and we've noticed that our progress in the game isn't showing up correctly on our career profiles. Even though we've been playing for a while, it seems like our levels and hero stats aren't being recorded accurately. For instance, my friend, who loves playing as Sombra, only shows one minute of playtime with her, despite just playing several games in a row with that hero. Similarly, I've spent around fifteen to thirty minutes playing as Roadhog, but it doesn't show any time logged with him on my profile. It's frustrating because it's not reflecting our actual gameplay and dedication to certain heroes.

I was recently disconnected from my World Of Warcraft account for suspicious activity. I am perplexed by this sudden occurrence, as last night, I was prompted to confirm my email on my girlfriend's laptop, which led to being locked out. However, this morning, upon returning to my desktop, I had an hour of uninterrupted playtime. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the associated email address. I can provide evidence that both the WoW and Blizzard accounts belong to me. The laptop was linked to the same wifi network I use daily on my PC. Reviewing my recent activities in WoW should confirm my identity, as I have been consistently playing on the same character, advancing in quest lines, and participating in rated PvP matches. I urge you to address this matter swiftly, as I have invested years into this account and am unwilling to start anew. Losing access would result in discontinuing my loyalty as a player of over a decade. I am willing to provide a photo of my state ID for verification purposes. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I hope to continue enjoying WoW. Goodbye.

I was a long-time World of Warcraft player from the early years until the "Panda" expansion. After closing my account, I believe I removed my authenticator. I'm looking to return for the new "Classic" version but can't log in as it requires the authenticator. Attempts to open a new account say I already have one. Since my previous account is from years ago and I'm on a new computer, it complicates things. I understand accessing my old characters may not be possible. I seek guidance on rejoining World of Warcraft. Thanks for helping. - J.D. Fusco [redacted]
