Hello, my name is Caleb Sanders and I've been experiencing issues with one of my main characters, Thnitecorpse. It seems that my stealth move isn't staying in stealth mode, which is problematic because he is a rogue and this ability is crucial. I've tried scanning and repairing multiple times and even asked my dad for help since he plays too. The best suggestion I could come up with was reaching out to your team as you may have more insight into this issue. I greatly appreciate your assistance as I am unsure if this is a bug or not. Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.

Dear Overwatch Developers,
I truly enjoy playing Overwatch, particularly using the character Ashe very often. However, I have a question regarding her ultimate ability, B.O.B. I am curious as to why he charges forward, which often leads to him running off cliffs or being left in areas where enemies are no longer present. I had an idea to suggest that B.O.B. patrols alongside Ashe for the entirety of his duration. This would align with his role as Ashe's butler and could enhance gameplay. I am unsure if this suggestion is feasible, but I wanted to share it with you for consideration in a future Overwatch update. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing if this idea is viable. If this feedback does not fit standard channels, please advise on how I can submit it appropriately.
Sincerely,
M.L.

Hello,
I am trying to reach the Overwatch League shop's support team, but I am encountering difficulties. I received an All Season Pass on Twitch for the Overwatch League channel, which included a coupon for team merchandise. After purchasing three clothing items, one of them arrived in the wrong size. When I contacted support for guidance, they informed me that I had to return the incorrectly sized item instead of exchanging it for the correct size, which differs from my past online shopping experiences. I also inquired about using the coupon for the replacement item and was told it could be reset for this purpose upon return.
Subsequently, I misplaced the coupon and called back seeking assistance, but was informed that I could only retrieve the coupon by returning the entire order, even the correctly sized items. Unfortunately, the Live chat was unavailable, and the phone line had a lengthy wait time. I am struggling to find an email contact on their support page.
I would appreciate your assistance in connecting with them to address this matter and receive clear guidance on the next steps.
Kind regards,
Malin G

I couldn't find another suitable place to send my complaint, so I'm sharing it here, hoping it will reach the right destination.
I interacted with customer support today regarding an in-game issue in World of Warcraft. Unfortunately, I felt I wasn't treated respectfully. The support team seemed to disregard my problem based on information from developers, and I didn't feel valued as a customer. While I've contacted customer support before with generally satisfactory results, this time I was left disappointed. As a paying customer, I'm upset that I couldn't proceed with my planned activities after investing a lot of time. I'm frustrated, and while I don't want to dwell on negativity, I feel the need to express my disappointment. I hope my feedback will be taken constructively.

I, Kevin Suto, recently purchased three of your stocks, all that I could afford at the moment. I strongly believe in the voice of the fans, as your mission statement suggests. I urge this message to be shared with higher management. Blizzard games have always stood for quality and fulfilling fan desires. During challenging times, please consider preserving the essence of what fans cherish. The company should stay true to its roots, avoiding being acquired for mere profit by wealthy individuals. The fans are a loyal community who will support you through thick and thin if you resonate with their emotions once more. It's not just about money; it's about the excitement of the characters and content you create. Personally, I would be thrilled to see Arthus on the big screen. I have had unwavering faith in Blizzard since my childhood. Every spare penny I had was invested because I have unwavering belief in your vision. Please don't disappoint the fans; I dream of my children experiencing the same joy of true Blizzard entertainment down the line. Let justice prevail! Consider bringing Shadowmorne to light if necessary.
Signed,
KDS

I've forgotten the password to my World of Warcraft account that I last accessed before the Mists of Pandaria expansion. I think the account email was either [redacted], which is no longer active, or [redacted], for which I can't retrieve the password or sufficient recovery details. The account name could be hellfire019 or millkleen. One of my characters is Tuhktuhk, a level 80 goblin hunter on the Emerald Dream server, with a low-level undead warlock alt. My pets include a shale spider and chimera, and my bow is transmogged to Melmorta's Twilight Bow. I believe my armor is transmogged to the PvP set with glowing green balls on the shoulders, which was my favorite. I'm willing to provide more personal information if needed.

I haven't played World of Warcraft in many years, and a friend recently got me back into it. However, after redownloading the game, I found that all my characters and purchased pets (such as Lil' KT and Lil' Ragnaros) were missing. I'm wondering where they went and if they can be recovered. Since it's been so long, I'm thinking my account might be linked to another email, possibly [redacted] If that's the case, is there a way to transfer the account to my current email? I really want to retrieve all my items, especially the ones I paid for, and the mounts and pets I worked hard to earn. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Blizzard Customer Service team. I want to express my admiration for your company, which I have looked up to since childhood.
I am facing a simple issue. Recently, Blizzard Korea deemed my battletag "KimchiNyun#[redacted]" as "unsound" and changed it to "건전한배틀태그" which means "sound battletag." This battletag is a common real name for many respected professionals. I chose it to honor the dedication of medical professors.
It appears that Blizzard Korea's actions may not align with your headquarters in CA. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.
Best regards

I utilized a level boost to elevate my character from 90/91 to [redacted], only to realize that my armor had been taken off and swapped with different armor. If there had been a warning about this in the process, I would not have chosen to boost my character. Collecting armor is essential in the game, and I am eager to have my original armor restored. The specific armor I am referring to was obtained when I created my mage and boosted to level 90! I would be satisfied to know it will be returned to my collections; otherwise, I request that the boost be reversed. It is crucial for other players to be informed in the process that their armor will be substituted to avoid such disappointments. The armor had a unique and appealing appearance that is not available elsewhere. I am truly disheartened by this situation. I kindly request assistance in rectifying this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I'm Angela R. and I've been a Battlenet user for many years. Recently, my phone number was hacked, leading to my email accounts and social media accounts being compromised, including potentially my Battlenet account. Despite efforts to recover my accounts, I've faced challenges due to the 2-step verification using my phone number and email. My previous phone number linked to the account was [redacted]. The email associated may have been [redacted] or [redacted], but it's possible it was changed amidst the issues. My current email is [redacted] and my new contact number is [redacted]. Thank you for any assistance!

I queued up for a Competitive game, but my internet went down just as I was being matched. When I returned, I found out I was suspended for 10 minutes and I lost 51 skill rating points, dropping me to a bronze level. I would appreciate it if my skill rating could be restored. My username is Tophatter07, and my skill rating was [redacted] before the disconnection.

I am currently logged into my account on my phone, but when I tried to access it on my computer to play Hearthstone, I encountered an issue. I cannot remember the security question or the associated email address linked to my account because I have been locked out by Microsoft and can't recover it. I really need to access my account "wafflemegods#[redacted]" as I recently purchased card packs and a new computer specifically for this game. My previous associated email was "[redacted]," and my new one is "[redacted]" Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Blake M.

Dear Blizzard,
I want to express my deep enjoyment of Overwatch and appreciation for your team's decisions. However, I am writing to address my concern about the competitive experience. Despite a 7-3 record in my placement matches, I only received a 29 sr boost, which seems lower than expected given my performance. Also, at 1549sr, I have been matched with higher-ranked players in Quick Play, which is confusing regarding MMR. I am aware of the upcoming Competitive changes and understand the challenges you are facing. I hope this message reaches you.

I started playing World of Warcraft in the middle of Cataclysm before character boosts were introduced. I put in a lot of effort to level up my mage so I could experience Pandaria from the start. After a long grind, I finally obtained my Water Strider, a mount I have cherished and shared with my grown kids who also play WoW. However, with the recent changes, I no longer have access to water walking abilities on my mount. Despite initially getting over the frustration since I was expecting all my characters to receive the water walking capability, my excitement was dampened when I created a Zandalari alt and didn't find this ability in the mail. It's disheartening to find out that I can now only purchase the water walking feature from Nate, as I believed I had earned this mount with water walking through my hard work.
I have been a loyal player for nearly a decade, and as a casual 71-year-old grandmother who enjoys the game, I am disappointed by the decisions that are impacting players like me. I have noticed a pattern where exciting features are introduced and then subsequently removed, which has left me and other players feeling frustrated. I hope the game developers take into consideration the impact of these changes on dedicated players like myself and address the issue to ensure we can continue having an enjoyable experience in the game.

I wanted to share that I've decided to quit playing World of Warcraft after dedicating my time since [redacted]. Dealing with rude and offensive players from both the Alliance and Horde factions has become exhausting. Despite reporting them multiple times, it seems my concerns have been overlooked. Approaching my 60th birthday next month, I find it disheartening to be insulted in-game for not dealing enough damage or being quick enough, often resulting in being kicked out. This mistreatment by newer players has soured my long-standing enjoyment of the game. Unfortunately, it seems Blizzard has not addressed these issues, leading me to end my 14-year journey with the game. Thank you.

Hello,
I am writing on behalf of my son, Colby Rose, who plays Overwatch as Silvoc. Initially, he was banned for abusive chat, which he acknowledges and has since improved. Living in Manitoba, our internet connectivity issues have caused disruptions leading to further bans for alleged game sabotage and throwing. Colby's goal is to play professionally, and he ensures fair gameplay to progress. Despite his requests for case reviews, the situation persists. To provide evidence against false allegations, we attempted to record his games without success due to unreliable internet at home and impracticality at the PVP Lounge. Seeking assistance, we hope for a resolution to allow Colby to continue pursuing his aspirations. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, Bev Rose

I am interested in playing Classic WoW, but I am struggling to recall the names and passwords of my old accounts from when I last played, around the time of the Legion release. I had approximately 3-4 accounts, with possible names being Hinnoc, Connih, and Hachig. I do possess the original game boxes and associated codes. I have some relevant information from my Legion purchase, which was made on August 29, [redacted], with Order Number [redacted]99 and Invoice Number [redacted]. However, I am unable to determine which account this purchase is linked to or remember the account password. Any assistance in reactivating my old accounts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I recently updated my MSI gaming computer with a new audio update from Microsoft 10, which caused issues with logging into World of Warcraft. I managed to partly resolve this by adjusting a setting (d3d11) on the Blizzard app, but now NPCs are not loading, showing as "Unknown," or appearing but not interactable. Additionally, my right-click mouse function doesn't work for pet battles, skilling up, or looting. I have tried reinstalling, resetting my computer, and running diagnostics for viruses or malware, but the problems persist. Everything works fine except for WoW. How can I resolve these gameplay issues?

Hello Overwatch Team,
During my recent competitive match on PS4, I experienced a disconnection during the second round, causing me to briefly leave the game before rejoining immediately. Despite our team winning the overall match, I was surprised to discover a sudden drop of 50 SR from my season high of [redacted] to [redacted].
I am reaching out in the hopes that you can rectify this situation by restoring the 50 SR that was deducted and providing me with the SR that I should have rightfully earned from the victorious game. I believe this adjustment is necessary to reflect a fair outcome based on the match results.
Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
ZicoSystem

I have been wrongfully accused of making real-money transactions in-game. I have evidence of playing without spending money, and yet my account was suspended twice. This is frustrating as it led me to create a new account, spend money on it to upgrade, and level up another character to max level. Last night, I successfully completed the raid for "Ahead of the Curve" achievement, only to wake up to another suspension. I am upset that despite playing legitimately with friends on my own account, I am facing these issues. I request my accounts to be unsuspended promptly.
