Dear Blizzard Billing,
I am a World of Warcraft subscriber under this email address. My subscription is paid through November [redacted] but my computer was damaged during the PG&E power outage, making it impossible for me to play WoW. I would like to suspend my account until I can purchase a new computer, likely around Christmas, to avoid losing the playtime I have paid for. I am not seeking a refund, just a hold on my subscription. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account online as I only have access to a work computer. If needed, you can contact me at [redacted] to discuss suspending my account. Once we establish the terms, I will provide the necessary account details, including credit card information.
Please help me suspend my account until I can resume playing on a new computer.
Thank you,
Mona M R.

During ranked Copa Lucioball [redacted], my friends and I were playing when my game crashed. After restarting, I rejoined the game and helped secure the win with a winning goal in overtime. However, I received a time penalty and lost 84 rank points. This was disappointing as it affected my career-best ranking of [redacted]. I believe it was unfair considering my contribution to the victory and rejoining after the disconnect. I have a replay video showing the situation and my efforts to continue playing despite the setback.

Hello, I am Jessi Ortiz, the owner of a small esports center in South Gate. I am reaching out for assistance regarding a recent theft at our facility. The individual in question, who goes by the name Quinn Jones and has an Overwatch account, visited our center at least three times and recently stole two Xbox controllers. Despite his brief visits, suspicions were only raised today when we reviewed our security camera footage. He is associated with a GG Circuit account under the email [redacted], although its authenticity is uncertain. His Overwatch account is linked to the username "junkrat," indicating a preference for that character. Any support or further action on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I am having trouble logging into my account. I submitted my ID, but it has my old name, Manning. I changed my name to Carden. I tried to submit a ticket with documentation of the name change, but it says I have too many open tickets. I am trying to provide the correct information to verify my identity, but there doesn't seem to be a way for me to do so. I think I may need help removing or resyncing my authenticator.

I have a suggestion. Blizzard, as Amazon Web Services Middle East recently opened, could you add Middle Eastern servers to your games? This would greatly improve latency for players in the Middle East. Currently, our pings to EU are between [redacted]-[redacted], Asia [redacted]-[redacted], and USA [redacted]+. It would be fantastic if you could consider adding servers in the Middle East, particularly for Overwatch on both console and PC. Thank you very much.

I am attempting to recover an old account that is around 10+ years old. Upon logging into Blizzard online and trying to sign into the game, I am prompted to enter an authenticator code. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve the code as the authenticator app is not functioning on my iPad. When following the steps for "can't log in" on the app, it redirects me to customer service, which states I need to be logged in to use it. I have submitted a request to remove the authenticator, but it requires me to log in, which I am unable to do. I am asked to upload an ID for verification purposes, so I provided my driver's license. However, the email response indicates that the ID does not match. My old license has expired, and the new one has a different appearance and photo. Understandably, they do not match. The ticket is now closed, and I am still unable to resolve the issue.

Hello, I frequently play Starcraft 1 Broodwar Remastered online. Recently, I have been experiencing repeated denial of service attacks from a player who goes by various names, one of them being "frux." This individual has targeted me with malicious packets, causing my connection to crash while I am in lobbies and games. "Frux" is known among my friends for this behavior and has targeted numerous other players and even the server itself in the past. I am reaching out to Blizzard to address this issue promptly and take action against this disruptive player. Many long-time Starcraft players I know are considering quitting due to these hackers disrupting gameplay. Eliminating this individual would greatly benefit the entire community. Your assistance is much appreciated.

I bought Overwatch a while back at EB Games for my PS4. I created a BattleNet account (L4D2#[redacted]) and linked it to my PS4. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of using my school email, which is now inactive. As a result, I can't access any emails for password resets. I've also forgotten my password, and without access to my email or phone, I'm stuck. It's frustrating because I don't have any receipts from the store anymore since it was purchased a few years ago. I just want access to my account again, but I know it might be challenging without the necessary information.

I need assistance with Battlenet support to reset my password and remove the authenticator. Here's the situation:
1. I can't reach support because my phone number linked to the mobile authenticator has been recycled by the carrier due to inactivity for over 3 months.
2. I can't remember my password since I haven't used the account in over a year.
3. I have access to the email used for signup.
4. I still have access to the bank account associated with purchases on Battlenet and in-game.
5. Support requests an authenticator code when I try to reset the password.
6. Removing the authenticator requires logging in, creating a loop.
7. I can't recall if security questions were set up during the account creation.
8. Battlenet now asks for a government ID to submit a ticket.
9. I used an alias to create the account, different from my ID.
10. The billing details contain my real information for verification if I can contact support.
11. I'm not active on social media for contacting support. What are your suggestions?

I'm a bit confused by the SR system in this game. I recently played as Reinhardt in a duo tank setup with my friend on Zarya. We managed to win all our placement matches, with my friend getting gold in eliminations and damage, while I secured silver in both categories. After our last placement game, my friend ended up with an SR of [redacted], whereas I was placed at [redacted]. I'm baffled by this discrepancy as we performed consistently well together throughout. Can someone clarify how the ranking system works? It's frustrating to be placed so much lower, especially after putting in the effort and performing decently. This experience has left me feeling disheartened, and I even uninstalled the game due to this outcome. It's hard to understand how good performance can lead to such different rankings compared to past placements.

I have been attempting to contact Blizzard through their website to recover an old, inactive account. However, I am stuck in a loop and have not received a helpful response since my initial contact on 08/11/19. Despite following up on 08/12/19, I have not heard back from customer support. I had hoped to revisit my old account as I recently purchased a new gaming laptop specifically to play WoW again. I am attached to my old characters and would like to continue where I left off instead of starting from scratch. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Blizzard,
I am reaching out to address the absence of a griefing category in the report section of StarCraft 2, despite it being listed in the behavioral offenses section. Player Yannick (EUW) displayed very toxic behavior by holding the game hostage. Initially, they used a cheesy unit (Dark Templar) and then positioned a group of Immortals near my base when I was down to one base. Upon engaging them, Yannick spammed emotes and continued to harass by sending Stalkers to my base. Despite my retaliation, they refused to conclude the game and resorted to AFK Nexus and cannon building for 20 minutes until I researched how to report this behavior to Blizzard. Finally, after 53 minutes, Yannick sent their army to destroy my base, ending the prolonged hostage situation.

Hello, I've encountered this issue twice now and still can't seem to resolve it. The email address linked to my Blizzard account has been deleted, with no recollection of its details. My password is also forgotten, and SMS recovery was not set up. Being a minor, I lack a government-issued ID but possess an Apple store receipt from a previous account purchase. I recall using the username "your mother" on Hearthstone. It's been over a year since I last accessed the account, where I invested extensive time and around forty dollars. The Apple receipt code is MNGLBD75F0. Although I've shared all known information, I'm unable to access live support due to the grayed-out button, even within operational hours. To clarify, I don't own a phone number that I can be reached at. The previous GM requested a government ID, which I clarified is unattainable. I remain hopeful that my predicament can be addressed after multiple futile attempts to make contact. Best wishes to you.

I have an ongoing ticket with Blizzard (World of Warcraft) that has been unresolved for several days. Despite my explaining the issue, they keep closing it without fixing the problem. I have completed some quests but haven't received credit for them, and Blizzard insists that I have turned them in, which I have not. I have repeatedly asked them to contact me but have not received a response. I've waited hours in-game for a resolution, but they haven't attempted to reach out. Additionally, my character still has the "Piracy" buff that I cannot remove. I have requested for my character to be restored to a previous state, but they seem to misunderstand the request. I am willing to have the entire account reverted to that specific time and date. If this level of service persists, I may consider seeking gaming alternatives, despite having been a loyal player since the game's inception.

I signed up for my Blizzard account a while ago with the email @[redacted] and the password OrangeBird123. I recently got a new phone and didn't save the security codes for my authenticator app. Today, when I tried to play Overwatch, it asked for an authentication code which I couldn't provide as I couldn't transfer the authenticator to my new phone. I attempted to remove the authenticator through Blizzard support, but it asked for my email and authentication which I couldn't access. Can you please provide me with the serial and restore codes so I can set up my authenticator again?

I misplaced my authentication device, and everything was fine until I changed my password due to auto-login. Now, I am unable to access anything due to the authenticator locking me out. I am completely blocked from all access after changing my password. I recently made an in-game purchase with no problems, and now I'm facing this issue. I need help to regain access as I don't want to start anew, especially with Classic launching soon. Can Blizzard help me get back into my account?

I would like to deactivate my Blizzard account as I haven't used it for years and it's constantly targeted for hacking. I received multiple verification codes today, prompting me to attempt to deactivate it. Unfortunately, Blizzard's site demands a copy of a government-issued ID for deletion, which I find concerning due to privacy and security reasons. Requesting such sensitive information violates the Patriot Act of [redacted], established after 9/11 to prevent misuse of IDs by attackers.
I'm unwilling to provide my ID for safety concerns. Please deactivate my account and stop this intrusive practice to avoid potential legal consequences. The email linked to my Blizzard account is [redacted], and the battletag is GrumpyMonk#[redacted].
I await confirmation of the account's deletion.

I recently created a Blizzard account today but mistakenly entered the email address "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]". After purchasing the Destiny 2 Deluxe Edition with all the DLC and attempting to activate cross save, I realized my error. I've been unable to authenticate my Blizzard account due to this email mistake. When trying to sign in as "[redacted]," Yahoo automatically changes it to "[redacted]" and I can't modify it. I'm seeking assistance in changing the email linked to my Blizzard account to resolve this issue. Currently, I'm locked out of my "[redacted]" Blizzard account, encountering repeated "incorrect password" messages despite multiple password changes.

Dear Blizzard team,
Recently, there was a hiccup in the Blizzard shop that prevented payments from being processed. I noticed on Blizzard's Twitter that the shop issues have been fixed, which is great for most users. However, I'm still facing issues with all my payment methods as I encounter the eternal loading wheel and the message "Please wait while we take care of some business."
I have verified my PayPal and credit card multiple times, even getting a new credit card from my bank (UBS - Switzerland) to rule out any issues on my end. Both the bank and PayPal stated there are no problems on my side. I'm eager to rejoin my "classic" guild after a decade and hope this message reaches you in good health.
Best regards

I am having trouble logging into Battle.Net. I don't remember the email associated with my account and when I tried to access it, the email got blocked. As a result, I am unable to retrieve my password and access my account. I have tried a few different passwords but none seem to work. I usually had auto-login enabled, so I never kept track of the password. It seems like an update might have caused the issue. I can't reach customer support because they require a valid email, which I don't have access to since it has been blocked by Hotmail. I'm disappointed that Blizzard doesn't have a secondary method to access accounts in situations like this. This has left me feeling frustrated and unable to resolve the issue.
