Hello, I need assistance with cancelling a direct debit. I represent Willow Wood Hospice in Ashton Under Lyne, Manchester. Several years ago, a delivery charge direct debit was established to provide groceries to our Stalybridge shop. The shop no longer uses this service, but we have been unsuccessful in reaching you to cancel the £6.50 monthly charge. The transaction occurs on the 23rd, and the reference number is [redacted]4. Can you please cancel this for us? Thank you.

I've been patiently waiting for a refund for order [redacted][redacted]. I think I should receive a refund for everything in the order except for the cake. I ordered sushi, a cake, and flowers for my mom's birthday. Unfortunately, the flowers never showed up, and the sushi was expiring that same day, so all she got was the cake. Considering the high delivery costs, I find this situation unacceptable. I would appreciate a refund for the sushi and the delivery fees, or alternatively, I am open to having the entire order resent.

I wanted to inform Asda that I recently received a parking charge notice from Parking Eye for spending 3 hours and 7 minutes at their Barnsley store's car park. During this visit, my wife, who is wheelchair-bound, and I, a slow walker, had to shop, have lunch, and attend two optician appointments, which naturally took us longer than usual. I believe this charge is unjust and if not resolved, I will cease shopping at Asda and will raise awareness about this issue through social media, including my Facebook cookery group with 7.4K members.
I kindly request Asda to reach out to Parking Eye to retract this notice.

I am extremely upset. Our Friday night shopping delivery was incomplete with several items missing. My claim for this issue was denied. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. Apart from missing frozen items and raspberries, I also had to file a claim because the driver did not return the substituted sardines. Asda delivery is becoming more unreliable as we frequently encounter missing or damaged items.

I recently made a purchase from ASDA online, but upon delivery, there were discrepancies with the items received. They mistakenly sent me a smooth Kenco instead of the decaf Kenco I ordered. When contacting Customer Care, I was only given the option to exchange the item at a distant ASDA location, which is not convenient for me. Other shops allow exchanges at any branch, which I find frustrating. Furthermore, the proposed solution of refunding the item but requiring me to pay extra for redelivery is unacceptable. I wish to be able to buy online and only pay when I confirm that I have received the correct items from a nearby branch. The lack of viable solutions and the inconvenience of the exchange process have left me very dissatisfied.

I recently visited Asda Abbey Lane Leicester to refuel my nearly empty tank, only to find that none of the card machines were functioning. Many customers, including myself, were left in the same predicament. While card payments are typically convenient, the malfunctioning machines created a significant inconvenience. I had to depart without fuel and hastily make my way to another station, concerned whether I would even reach it. This experience left me dissatisfied and quite frustrated.

I visited the Asda Store in Watford yesterday. As a disabled driver, I was frustrated to see non-badge holders using disabled parking spaces and single drivers taking up mother and child spots. My main complaint is about the Robinson drinks offer, 3 for £3, which I purchased but was charged full price. I had to go to customer service, prove the offer with a photo, and after over an hour, I finally received a refund. This experience has left me with a negative view of Asda. The transition to self-checkouts with minimal traditional tills and the bottle leak in my car have added to my dissatisfaction. I believe Asda should prioritize customer support over increasing difficulties for shoppers. Seeking some form of compensation from Asda. Sincerely, Matthew S. at [redacted]

Good afternoon,
I hope you are well.
I'm Maryna from Ukraine, currently residing in Edinburgh with my children. I volunteer for the charitable foundation Renewal of the South of Ukraine, which supports Ukrainian military soldiers and civilians in the south. Our latest project is providing aid to children living in difficult conditions in southern Ukraine. We are in need of warm clothing for children aged 0 to 14, diapers, hygiene products like wet wipes, soap, and toys. Additionally, baby strollers, car seats, and necessities for the elderly in Nikolaev are required, such as medications and long-lasting food items.
If you can donate any of these items, I can arrange to pick them up for delivery every two weeks to Ukraine. Your help is crucial in easing the hardships faced by these children and civilians. Let's come together to make a difference in their lives during the upcoming holidays.
Looking forward to your support.
Best regards,
Marina Zvarich

Good afternoon, unfortunately, I didn’t keep my receipt but I wanted to compliment the young man named "Harvey" at the Kings Hill store in West Malling. During my visit today on my lunch break, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Harvey. Despite it being a small transaction, he greeted me warmly with a happy smile and was incredibly helpful. It was refreshing to see a young man like Harvey delivering such fantastic customer service. As a senior member of a Customer Services Team myself, I believe that Harvey deserves recognition for his outstanding service today. Thank you, Sharon Washer.

I completed the online check-in for my click and collect order, then promptly arrived at the store just 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I waited for 15 minutes without any assistance, which was quite frustrating. The phone number provided by the app was initially unreachable, creating more frustration. Eventually, after contacting customer service, someone was sent to help me promptly. It's disappointing that a phone call was necessary for staff to notice customers waiting for their orders. I specifically selected an early time slot due to work commitments, so this delay has inconvenienced me and set me back on my schedule. While I've used this service without issues in the past, this experience has left me quite irritated.

I just wanted to share my positive experience at Asda Forfar with Daniel and William on Friday evening. I had trouble using the air machine to fill up my tires, and they not only fixed the machine but also went the extra mile by filling my flat tire and checking the others for safety. Their kindness was greatly appreciated as I was alone, far from home, feeling scared and embarrassed. Thank you so much!

I visited the Penny Lane store in Liverpool to request to trim the trees between my house and the store. It has been a year since I made this request and the issue persists. My house receives no sunlight due to the overgrown trees that haven't been tended to in a decade. During the summer when the trees are in full leaf, both my neighbors and I suffer from a lack of natural light, forcing us to keep our lights on during the day. Despite multiple emails and inquiries made in-store today, there has been no progress. I would appreciate it if my request could be forwarded to the appropriate department for resolution.

I am very disappointed with my George delivery today. Two separate couriers delivered it, and item one, the basket bottom, was all smashed in. Item two, the graders and glass biscuit barrel, had glass shattered into many pieces, cutting my finger as I tried to sort it out. Due to being the sole carer for my severely disabled husband and having family who live too far away to return items for me, I cannot go back to the store. A previous order from George also arrived damaged, with the plastic storage crate being smashed, but I couldn't handle it as my husband was hospitalized. I understand you can't address the previous issue, but I cannot continue to accept damaged deliveries. I have taken pictures if you require them. Thank you.
