During my recent visit to Asda near Cribbs Causeway, I encountered an issue in the cafe regarding the availability of the Kids brunch from the breakfast menu. Despite it being on the printed menu, I was informed by two separate staff members that brunch is not considered a breakfast item, as chips are not available before 12. Even at 12, when the electronic menu switched to lunch, there was no brunch option available. The staff mentioned they would need to update the menus as they are inaccurate. I received a parking ticket on July 19th at Asda Princess Mead. I parked for 25 minutes while shopping in the store. Since I'm not from the area, I didn't realize there was a charge for parking. The car park was messy due to construction and trimming trees and bushes, making the signage confusing. I assumed that as a customer of Asda, parking would be free. Could you please clarify the parking policy at Asda Princess Mead? It would be helpful to have clear barriers at the entrance indicating the parking charges. I feel it's unfair to be fined £40.00, increasing to £70.00, especially when shopping for food at your store. Your feedback on this issue would be appreciated.

Hello, I purchased £20 worth of petrol at Asda Ayr self-service station, pump number 2, around 8:15 p.m. on 2/8/22. I paid with my debit card, but the receipt didn't print. Later, at the Asda store, my card was declined. I had enough funds in my account for both transactions. However, my online banking shows an overcharge of £53.40 for petrol, totaling £73.40 pending. This discrepancy has led to me being overdrawn. I took a photo of my mileage after returning home. Can you verify this with CCTV footage? My vehicle's registration number is AL11 ENB. Good Morning, I wanted to share my recent experience at your store. On Monday, August 1st around 6:30-7:00 PM, I visited the Garthdee store in Aberdeen to buy balloons for my daughter's 13th birthday. I got the balloons but had some issues at the customer service desk. The cashier at the checkout was friendly, but the customer service representative there was unwelcoming when I didn't have a receipt. I managed to show my Apple Pay transaction as proof. Unfortunately, they ran out of helium and could only inflate one balloon. After some back and forth, the manager, Blair, stepped in and quickly resolved the situation by arranging for the other balloon to be inflated at the Portlethen store. Blair and Brenda from Portlethen were very helpful and efficient. Overall, most staff members were friendly except for the customer service lady who lacked the expected level of service. Despite this, thanks to Blair and Brenda, the issue was resolved, and my daughter was happy with her birthday balloons. Best regards, Julie M.

Hello, today I visited your store with my grandson to buy some pizza, but found a note saying "back soon." I waited for a while, during which a gentleman working at the meat counter saw me waiting but didn't mention how long the person had been away. When I asked a passing girl, she informed me that the person had gone on a break and she didn't know for how long. The gentleman grunted saying she had been gone for 10 minutes and would be another 10 minutes. It would have been helpful if he had relayed this information to me earlier. Upon returning later, I found the young lady and another person working, who then informed me I would have to wait another 10 minutes. The lack of coverage during the break was frustrating, and I felt mistreated by the service.

Subject: Missing Parts Inquiry for Miami Garden Swing Hello, I apologize for the delay in my response as your previous email was marked as spam. I am disappointed to inform you that the missing part (Part E) for the Miami garden swing, which I purchased for £[redacted], is not available for order. Unfortunately, I no longer have a larger car to return the swing to the store due to driving a mini convertible. This leaves me with a swing that I cannot use and no feasible way to return it. I had to return a dinosaur pool today after we bought and inflated it, but found that the hose attachment was faulty. We ended up getting a pirate ship instead to accommodate my son who has SEN, as sudden changes can be challenging for him. I spent my afternoon setting up the new pool only to realize the sail won't stay up, likely due to a small hole somewhere. I haven't located it yet, and I'm disappointed as this was the last one in stock. I don't want to make another return trip and disappoint my son further. Even though it was just £20, it was meant to be a special holiday treat. I have pictures of the issue and the receipt if needed. Thank you. Lucy L.

On Wednesday, October 8th, [redacted], before shopping at the Asda store in Bootle, I visited the customer service desk to claim my £2.50 Euro Millions win. At around 12:15, the assistant tried to process it but mentioned the machine was not working. Due to the long queue, I opted to take back my ticket and proceeded with my shopping. Today, when I tried to claim my prize at a local shop, they informed me it had already been paid out. They suggested reaching out to you first, and if the issue persists, they will contact Camelot on my behalf. I am unable to return to the Bootle store, so I'm wondering if you could refund me or if I need to involve Camelot.

Hello, I recently did my monthly shopping and bought two packets of reduced-fat beef steak mince at a special price. Even though both packs were within their expiry date until the 15th of August, one of the packets has changed color and emitted a foul smell. Unfortunately, I had to discard it, and this has affected my meal planning for my family. I spent nearly £90 on this shopping trip and did not anticipate the food to spoil before the use-by date. I have taken pictures of the unopened packets with the dates clearly visible that I could share with you.

Hello, I have been monitoring the Fanta lemon cans on the website to order them for home delivery. Despite ordering them three times before and not receiving them due to being out of stock, today I am upset because I paid for same-day delivery at £5 when I saw they were in stock, only to receive an email saying they are out of stock again. I tried to cancel my order, but I was informed it's too late. I normally opt for the cheapest delivery option, as evident from my previous orders. Will I ever receive the Fanta lemon cans, or will this continue to happen? Experiencing this issue three times is frustrating. I am unable to visit the store during customer service desk hours, so I have been trying to locate an email address for customer service to send a photo of my goods. I attempted to call the store but got directed back to the website, which only allows comments about online purchases. I have purchased Asda Extra Special Apple Balsamic Vinegar Infused Beetroot twice, and both times it was moldy well before the 'use by' date. I have photos to share once I find an email address to send them to.

Asda has some issues on their website that make it difficult to contact them directly. If you encounter any problems with your food from Asda, I suggest you contact them promptly. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Asda Fosse Park. I visited the store at 10:30 am to purchase two meal deals which included two duck wraps, two bags of crisps, an orange juice, and an apple juice, totaling £8.40. Despite feeling the price was high, I was hungry and needed a meal for the next day. However, upon eating one of the duck wraps, I found it tasted strange and have since felt quite unwell. Upon checking the ingredients, I discovered that the wrap had a "best by" date of August 16th, [redacted], which is yesterday's date. Unfortunately, I live too far to return to the store and did not keep the receipt due to it being part of a meal deal. This incident has inconvenienced me greatly as a university student, especially given that this was meant to be a treat. I will not be consuming the second wrap and am now left with only a bag of crisps and an orange juice for my studies tomorrow, as I am unable to return to the store and lack the resources to purchase additional food. I am disappointed in the lack of attention to detail regarding product dates at Asda.

I am disappointed with the service I received recently. As an NHS worker, I presented my badge for a discount, but the cashier failed to apply it. When I returned with the receipt, I was informed that it was too late for a correction. Today, I used the scan and go option, and amidst a busy checkout, I forgot to request my alcohol discount. Despite approaching customer service immediately, they were unable to assist as the assistant had left already. With the amount I spend weekly, the 10% discount matters to me. I wish there was a better way, perhaps through technology, to rectify such issues. If this continues, I may consider shopping elsewhere due to the frustrations of not receiving promised benefits. This afternoon, I spoke with two of your employees on the phone regarding an online order I placed. I explained that some items, 3 pairs of trousers and 2 jumpers, were too big or not right for me. They informed me that I could only exchange them in-store for the same items, not for anything else. Upon visiting the Beddington Lane Asda store, I encountered two unhelpful ladies who were rude and refused to process the exchange, claiming I hadn't spoken to anyone on the phone. Despite my attempts to explain, they were not accommodating. I ended up returning the items for a full refund. The lack of assistance has deterred me from future purchases at George. I am very frustrated with your company. Despite not having enough money for my Asda pass, I repaid and ordered food online. However, 16 out of the 21 items I wanted were unavailable, and only 5 were subsidized. I wish I hadn't been allowed to place an order if so many items weren't in stock. As a single mother of 4, with 2 children being autistic, and dealing with chronic back pain and anxiety, it's disappointing. The prices are high, and I can barely afford essentials. I miss being able to shop in-store, but now online shopping is not meeting my needs. I hope Asda can improve their online and in-store experiences. I look forward to the day when I can comfortably shop in your store again. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

I placed an order for a week's worth of groceries for home delivery last Thursday. Unfortunately, all the fresh items had a use-by date of the 22nd, leaving me with only 4 days of food from a week's worth of shopping. As a person with a debilitating disability who lives alone, I rely on online shopping for convenience. However, this delivery caused me a lot of stress, forcing me to shop elsewhere, which defeats the purpose of using the service to aid my disability and manage my finances during tough times. I contacted customer service, and they refunded the fresh items but only offered a meager compensation of 5.00, which is less than the 4.00 delivery charge. The manager promised an additional 5.00, but this has not been received. I now request a full refund for my entire order, as the service and quality provided were unsatisfactory.

While shopping at Asda Halbeath on Saturday night for our weekly groceries, we encountered an issue at the till. Despite the regular counters being closed, we had to use self-service which took about 15 minutes. During this time, a staff member and a security guard watched us. Unfortunately, as we were almost done, the security guard abruptly removed six cans of cocktails from our cart, stating we couldn't purchase them as it was just after 10 pm. This came as a surprise since they had been there the whole time while we were scanning items. Their handling of the situation and the way they addressed us, particularly in front of other customers, was unacceptable. Due to this, we decided to abandon our entire shopping and leave. We frequent this store regularly but this experience left us dissatisfied. There was no prior indication of the alcohol sale cutoff time, causing inconvenience especially since my wife and son, both with disabilities, needed assistance to shop at that specific time. The incident led us to complete our shopping at Tesco instead.

I scheduled a click and collect slot from 6pm-6:30pm, planning to pick up birthday cards in-store. Unfortunately, upon arrival, my order wasn't ready due to delays. The staff informed me that it would take an additional 40 minutes. Despite reassurances, I didn't receive confirmation until 7:40, causing inconvenience with our dinner plans. When I arrived at 7:55, the notification app didn’t work, leading me to call the provided number for assistance. After a delay, my order was finally delivered at 8:35, resulting in frustration from the repeated trips to the store and our meal being delayed.

On 19/07/22, I received a home delivery from your company. Unfortunately, your system was down that day, so I couldn't check my order properly. Numerous items were missing, and there were cheap and tasteless substitutes that I did not approve. I was unable to request a refund, but I know I am entitled to get my money back. I have tried contacting you via email multiple times, but I keep being pushed to the back of the queue. I will not forget about this refund issue, and now I am researching where to escalate my complaint since you are not addressing it properly. What happened to "the customer is always right," right?
