I bought a sex doll two weeks ago that was supposed to be a specific size, but it was shipped in the wrong size and it was even the wrong doll. The company is now asking me to pay a large amount to ship another doll, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. I'm curious if this business is associated with Aliexpress? How trustworthy are the sellers on your platform if mistakes like this happen for your benefit? I feel like I've been taken advantage of with no way to resolve the issue. Additionally, I find it strange that no duties or taxes were paid, even though similar dolls on eBay are subject to taxes. Can someone please explain this to me? Thank you, Doug.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my order [redacted][redacted] that has not been delivered and was returned by the post office. The seller is directing me to the post office, and the post office is advising me to contact the seller. I have successfully received deliveries from your company before. However, there seems to be a mistake in my delivery address. The address should read [redacted] North instead of [redacted] Aurich. It appears there was a system error when entering the address. I keep receiving notifications that my package couldn't be delivered, but no attempts have been made. After checking my external cameras, there is no record of anyone trying to deliver a package to me. One of my order numbers is [redacted][redacted]. This has been reported as a failed delivery twice now, causing concern. I would appreciate if you could provide the courier details and contact number. I have more deliveries scheduled soon and want to ensure they arrive without any issues. Thank you, Colin

Hello AliExpress, I am having an issue with the seller Pink Marie Store. I purchased 4 shock absorbers from them on 06/08/23, and they were delivered on 06/22/23. However, upon inspection on 6/23/23, I found that the shock absorbers were leaking and defective. I contacted the seller immediately but encountered difficulties in reaching a resolution. The seller initially offered a refund of 2 or 3€, which was unacceptable as the purchase price was 10.56. Despite numerous communications, we could not come to an agreement. On 7/14/23, the seller advised me to open a dispute, but this was not possible due to the 15-day deadline for disputes after receiving the items. It appears that the seller deliberately delayed the process to prevent me from opening a dispute in time. They also mentioned issues with sending a replacement or reimbursing the purchase price. I placed multiple orders, but my items were shipped and never arrived. The tracking showed that I received the package from Hermes, but I did not. I did not sign for anything, nobody rang my doorbell, and the package was not left with any neighbors. I had already paid for the items using Klarna. I contacted the carrier, Hermes, to inform them that my package did not arrive. But I did NOT receive any package!! Now I am being asked to pay for something I didn't receive?! This is very frustrating. I kindly request AliExpress to intervene with "Hermes" to resolve this matter. I have also contacted the sellers since there were multiple orders in this package. The sellers are not refunding me because the tracking shows that I received the package and signed for it, which is NOT true!! Here is the tracking number: H[redacted][redacted]48

I ordered two items from AliExpress, a handbag and a polishing kit. The handbag is unusable, and the seller instructed me not to return it. The issue is that both items appear together on the invoice. The return process has been challenging; only a 10 cent discount was offered. My main struggle is my lack of English proficiency. This morning, on the 13th of August, I discovered that my account was overdrawn by [redacted].20 AUD due to two unauthorized transactions on AliExpress.com Luxembourg around 6 am. I did not make these transactions because I had no funds in my account. It is alarming for me to be overdrawn, and I cannot afford any additional debt. Please refund the money promptly. I fear that with my account overdrawn, additional charges of $10 AUD per day will accumulate until this is resolved.

I am reaching out regarding a recent order I placed on AliExpress. I bought a sensor from the platform, and the seller stated they shipped it via CHRONO. Unfortunately, when I checked with CHRONO, they had no record of the package. After consulting with AMANA, the alternative shipping service, they verified they sent the package. However, because of their shipping policy, they did not notify me when delivery failed, resulting in the package being sent back to China.

I recently purchased anime figures from animefigures.de only to find out it might be a scam. They charged me a lot more for figures that seem to have been ordered from AliExpress. I tried to contact their support to cancel my order before receiving a tracking link from them, but now it seems impossible to cancel. I bought three figures for [redacted] euros, thinking they were original, but now I feel deceived. I sent a cancellation request on August 12th, but they just used my money to buy from another source (possibly AliExpress) and ship it to me. I did not intend to buy from AliExpress and I am quite upset about this situation.

Hello, I wanted to talk about my experience with my recent order. I had some issues with the seller. Firstly, I tried to cancel my order to take advantage of a discount in June, but the seller still shipped the item. Secondly, I received the wrong product. I ordered the HK8 Pro which should connect with the WearFit Pro app, but I got the Watch X Ultra + that connects with the Qifit app instead. I contacted AliExpress and they advised me to return the item for a full refund, including the shipping fee. I have already shipped the smartwatch back with tracking number RR[redacted]59DZ. I accidentally returned an unopened package containing a night time relaxation device for the ears. The total cost was $31.98, charged to my VISA ending in [redacted] on April 29, [redacted]. I returned the item too late in July and have been unsuccessful in getting a refund. Despite attempts to contact you via phone at [redacted] and email, I have not received a response. I purchased a pink dress from Diamond Rabbit Store 9 days ago, and I received an email from the seller stating that my order has been shipped. When I contacted them 2 days ago for the tracking number, they demanded additional money, claiming they had raised the price since I paid. Hello, I am currently in the process of returning an incomplete item and have received a quote for the return shipping expenses. The estimated shipping time for regular post is 23 days, and the item needs to be returned by August 27th. I am unsure if it needs to arrive at the seller's location by that date or just be in transit. Furthermore, I have informed the seller about the shipping cost but have not received a response yet. Should I wait for their acceptance before proceeding? If I do not hear back before August 27th, what should my next step be? I received a default order from AliExpress and followed their return instructions, sending it back with the provided correct address and tracking number LE[redacted]39GB. Sadly, the seller's address was no longer valid, causing the return to be unsuccessful. Despite my efforts, the seller did not reply to any messages, leaving me out of pocket for the faulty product and additional expenses totaling £39. AliExpress had assured me of a full refund, including postage costs, but I have yet to receive it. The lack of response from the seller and the invalid address have left me frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience. I am now left with a defective item that I cannot use, and I am unable to resend it due to the unresolved postage issue.
