I have been in contact with a seller regarding missing parts for an item I ordered. I have provided multiple photos of what I received and the seller has been in touch with the U.S. warehouse that shipped the item. Recently, it was mentioned that there was a second package, but I have not received any information about this and was not informed about two packages initially. Hello. I wanted to inquire about the shipment YAEX [redacted]3 that was mishandled by Cargus. The parcel was meant to be delivered via Poșta română to Postal Office nr.7 in Pitești. For instance, I bought Apple AirPods and AirPods Max. The AirPods have Apple logos on them, but upon comparison with my authentic pair, I can confirm they lack quality and are counterfeit. Despite the seller claiming authenticity, I am being denied a refund. It is concerning how these counterfeit items passed through your shipping process without proper authorization from Apple. The lack of a license from Apple to produce inferior versions raises legal issues. The item arrived completely damaged, and I immediately opened a dispute by sending videos and photos clearly showing the extent of the damage. AliExpress responded saying there was not enough evidence and I was not refunded at all. I find this absurd and unfair.
