When I requested a refund because my display wasn't working, AliExpress said it wasn't possible as I didn't have enough evidence, even though I sent a video showing the issue. I appealed the decision, and once again, they ruled in favor of the seller, who claimed (in Chinese, which was hard to translate) that I hadn't followed the installation instructions. Throughout the dispute and appeal process, the seller kept offering a return, but he never provided the instructions, purposely delaying until AliExpress claimed the protection time had passed. After that, the seller stopped responding, sending automated replies about customer service. I wish AliExpress had a way to connect with a representative to truly protect buyers. I received no support from them, enabling the seller to avoid responsibility for the faulty product. I hope to speak with a real person at AliExpress as the customer service robot was not useful to me.

Hello, I recently bought a watch on AliExpress. It was working fine initially, but after three weeks, the main button stopped functioning. I reached out to the seller, but because the 15-day period has passed, they advised me to contact AliExpress. AliExpress informed me they couldn't assist beyond this time frame and redirected me back to the seller since they don't offer warranty coverage after 15 days. I'm in need of assistance desperately! Hello, I recently received a package from Global-HK Sales Store, but unfortunately, they did not include the required "VOEC ID" on the exterior of the box. I am having an issue with an order I placed with Vondaro. I have not received any package from them, and they are requesting payment. I have informed Klarna that I have not received anything from Vondaro. I have evidence to support this. Klarna is insisting that I pay for the order, but I never received or made any orders with Vondaro. Although I visited their website, I did not proceed with any order. I placed an order for a case for my Motorola RAZR Plus, but unfortunately, I never received it. The seller informed me that it was returned due to incorrect delivery information, even though I provided my address and apartment door code clearly. We also have an Amazon hub, so I'm unsure of what went wrong. At this stage, all I'm seeking is a refund. I purchased 3 watches from seller KAVSUMI Factory Store on AliExpress. I wish to return all 3 because they are very complicated to use. I bought them for my children so they could just read messages and see who is calling, but the Bluetooth is not working properly. Also, one of the bracelets is broken.
I want to return them and buy the older version Watch 8 instead. The seller's page states they cover return costs.
Now the seller is asking me to cover half of the return shipping.
Please help me resolve this issue, as I am tired of dealing with these watches.

Good afternoon, I kindly ask for your assistance in solving my issue. My bank has ceased support for Mastercards and blocked them all. I currently only have a regular bank card, but I would like to continue making purchases on AliExpress. Is there any advice you can provide for this situation? Perhaps you could consider modifying your terms to include working with MAESTRO bank contact cards, as they function similarly to Mastercard and Visa cards in terms of account withdrawals.

For the past four months, I placed an order for a wireless WLAN Router, but due to a system error, I received two routers and was charged for both by my bank. After contacting the shop, they issued a refund for one router, but the second one never arrived at my address. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the shop and AliExpress hotline, nobody seemed to grasp that there were two routers involved. The Help Center displays a refund for the first router from three months ago, but the second router remains undelivered in Germany without a tracking number. I have been trying to purchase a portable Wi-Fi router from your store for months now. Initially, I was charged for two routers, but only one was refunded after contacting the shop. I recently received a message from AliExpress regarding a dispute I have opened. AliExpress is requesting that I provide proof of delivery of the returned item to the seller. My issue lies in the fact that I am unable to locate an address to send this documentation. The item was returned via Deutsche Post AG, but there is no update on its current whereabouts. I am seeking assistance as I am unable to find a way to contact AliExpress Customer Service to resolve this matter. I had purchased two SSD disks which turned out to be fake products with much less storage capacity than advertised. I returned the items and now seek a refund, but it appears that AliExpress is not providing adequate support. I am disappointed by the presence of counterfeit products being sold on their platform.
