Hello, why are you closing the case mentioned below? There is still no resolution. I have contacted everyone and have been waiting for three months now; I am getting really frustrated. Just to clarify, I ordered something through Aliexpress to be delivered as part of a collective order. I was always at home, but HERMES, who was supposed to deliver the package, never came to my door or informed me about the delivery. Instead, it was simply sent back to the sender. The procedure for something like this is that if I am not there, I should be informed with a card left in the mailbox so I can arrange for delivery. I have opened disputes through all channels. It never arrived at my place, and I never received any information. They keep saying it is in Germany, and I should pick it up. I have no details except for a tracking number, which shows that it was returned to the sender and not here in Germany. Please look into this promptly.

I came across a number for AliExpress online and decided to reach out to them. I wanted to increase my earnings but unfortunately fell victim to a scam. I created an account with AliExpress, followed their instructions, and then was asked to fund the account. After placing an order and going through the process, I received a commission in the account. I deposited a total of R650, and there was someone providing guidance throughout. However, today I discovered that they have deleted their Telegram account.

On June 6th, I shipped the return package with Order ID: [redacted][redacted] back to AliExpress as agreed because it was not working. I followed all the instructions provided on how to ship it back in order to receive a refund, including the shipping costs and all the necessary documents. After more than 30 days without any response, I contacted the Italian postal service with the tracking number 5P52C[redacted]7. They informed me that the package is held at Chinese customs since June 24th due to missing invoice or other documentation (which I don't have). I am unsure what steps to take to get my refund. I have also reached out to the seller, who mentioned that the package will be returned to me. If you could assist in resolving this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

I made a purchase, but encountered an issue with the payment. Despite being assured that only one order was placed, I ended up with double the items and duplicate charges on my bank account. I am having an issue with an order marked as delivered, but it never showed up. The tracking information just states "delivered" without specifying the local delivery service used, and there is no photo proof of delivery at my address. I opened a claim for a return because the item I received is not working. Initially, the first agent assured me they would refund the return cost. However, upon visiting Canada Post, I was informed that the return would cost over $85 with tracking. After discussing this with a second agent and expressing my concern about the high cost, I was informed that my item does not qualify for a free return and that I would need to pay the $85 to receive my $24 refund for the broken lamp that was shipped to me. I recently received two sensors with order number [redacted][redacted] from March 16, [redacted]. I have installed the sensors in a water tank and a diesel tank. Unfortunately, after a week, one of the sensors (diesel) is faulty. The tank content does not update even after removing the sensor. The seller has advised me to return the sensor, but I require assistance as I do not have the address details or information regarding shipping costs. My preference is to receive a replacement sensor rather than a refund.

I purchased a vape electric pen from a seller on AliExpress. The delivery took longer than expected. Upon testing it, I discovered that the vape was defective. Despite reaching out to the seller several times, I have mostly been ignored unless I apply pressure. Initially, I opened a dispute, but the seller persuaded me to cancel it with the promise of sending a replacement. However, I was asked to pay for shipping again through a new link, which did not go through due to being blacklisted. After reopening the dispute, AliExpress now instructs me to return the item. I am willing to return it, but I have requested the seller cover the shipping costs, which they are currently refusing. AliExpress's policy states that the seller should bear the shipping fee.

I am experiencing issues with my account after attempting to contact the help center multiple times. Now, it only provides me with Hebrew or Arabic options. I did not change these settings, and I am unable to adjust them back. As a result, I cannot log in, delete my account, or create a new one. Despite trying everything, I am unable to access assistance or use the platform effectively. When attempting to start a new account, I receive a message indicating that an account already exists with my email address. I purchased a bait boat from AliExpress and paid on delivery. Unfortunately, the boat I received was faulty, so I returned it. I ordered another one from the same company, received it, and paid for it. However, this second boat is also faulty. Even though I returned the first faulty boat months ago, the company has still charged me for it. They are now ignoring my emails to resolve both of these issues. I am puzzled as to why they have taken money for goods that were returned due to being faulty. I am also unsure of what to do with two faulty products that are not fit for purpose. I have tried to contact AliExpress, but I have not received a reply from them either. This situation is very frustrating.

I purchased a satnav screen using order ID [redacted][redacted] from AliExpress. When ordering from Norway, AliExpress collects Norwegian VAT, and it is necessary for the seller to include a "VOEC-number" on the parcel for customs clearance. Unfortunately, this step was missed, resulting in me having to pay VAT again upon receipt of the parcel along with a fee to the Norwegian Postal Service totaling NOK248 (USD24.73). I believe the seller, Qianhuajin Store, or AliExpress should refund me the USD24.73 due to their error. The parcel was dispatched by Tony Zheng, a name recognized by the Norwegian Postal Service for this issue. It seems Tony Zheng has neglected to include the VOEC-number on parcels, causing inconvenience to several Norwegian customers.

I purchased a cell phone display that is not functioning properly. I reached out to the seller and provided them with photos and videos as requested. After opening a dispute on AliExpress, they claimed I couldn't prove the product was faulty. Despite appealing, they were not able to assist further. The seller agreed to accept the return of the product, but after the dispute was closed, they stopped responding to me regarding how and where to send it back. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a way to contact a real person at AliExpress as the online help only offers assistance through a non-responsive robot.
