Hello, I need assistance with an order I placed at OUTDOOR FUNNY STORE with order number [redacted][redacted]. I made a payment of [redacted],79€ through PayPal to AliExpress. Despite canceling the order on the same day of purchase, the seller claimed to have shipped it. The item was supposed to arrive by June 24th, but it has not. I suspect it was never sent. I request a refund from PayPal as I cancelled the order and have not received anything. If the tent does arrive, I will return it as I bought another one from a different seller on AliExpress that same day. Thank you for your help.

I ordered a Nokia [redacted] new full housing cover on June 3, [redacted], with order number [redacted]. I made an advance payment of US $2.98, equivalent to Rs.[redacted].19 in Pakistani currency, as requested. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account through the debit card. I recently ordered a wig from ABIJALE Official Store, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I reached out to the seller right away with a picture of the issue. They asked me to leave a positive review in exchange for a refund, so I agreed. Now, they are not responding to my messages and are accusing me of damaging the wig myself. I paid £[redacted] for it, and I just want this issue resolved.

The issue has not been resolved, I gave up with the seller who always insists he is right. I told him to forget it. Now I have another problem with Dicho SupremaStore. I purchased an electric bike, the FateBike for €[redacted].99, and I have an issue with the display, the LCD screen. The seller asked me tons of questions, for photos and videos, and for a month, we are still in the same place. I asked for an address to return the defective display, still no response. Instead of answering me, he just keeps responding off-topic. I don't know who to turn to. The bike has a warranty and was bought on May 20th. Thank you.

Seller DICHO SUPREMASTORE 2ND ISSUE, THEY SENT MY ELECTRIC BIKE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, UNACCEPTABLE. IT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO A DEPOT, 75 KM AWAY FROM THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I MANAGED TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS, THE DELIVERY PERSON HAD LEFT A CLUE IN THEIR MESSAGE, WHICH HELPED ME LOCATE IT. CALLED A NUMBER, AND YES, IT WAS AT A DEPOT, THE LADY SAID TOMORROW AFTERNOON, IT WILL BE WITH YOU. IT'S DPD THE COURIER. OTHERWISE, I WOULD HAVE WAITED A LONG TIME FOR MY BIKE. Aliexpress rejected my dispute for order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. I am confused why they are not taking responsibility.
For order number [redacted]:
I purchased a Dewalt Drill bit set of 1/2-inch Phillips silver color model DWA3PH2IRB in 5 units per pack, totaling 15 units across 3 packs. However, the seller sent a different black model (DT70567/t-QZ) with only 4 units. I provided evidence and explanations to Aliexpress, and the seller admitted their mistake in the chat. Despite this, Aliexpress did not provide a full refund, closing the process without a satisfactory resolution.
For order number [redacted]:
I ordered 8 units of the Dewalt DW2054B ¼ in. Magnetic Drive, but received other items like a drill bit step and a folding knife which I did not recognize. The seller claimed these were not their products due to a possible logistics issue. Despite clear picture evidence, Aliexpress rejected my appeal without proper investigation, leaving me unsatisfied with their decision-making process.
I have had better experiences with Amazon, Ebay, Shopee, and Lazada and find Aliexpress lacking in fairness towards customers. I hope the top management at Aliexpress will address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory explanation.

Hello, for 15 days I have been informed that my order is in Sète, but nothing has arrived. They are asking me to contact: [redacted] or call 04.68.68.09.19, but this company is in receivership, so there is no way to reach them. This is the second package I have not received; the first was a rugby jersey over a year ago, and now it's a shoe order with order number [redacted][redacted]. The seller is not understanding the situation. Many customers online are aware that Aliexpress knows about the receivership of this company. I either want another pair of shoes sent or a refund. This is becoming frustrating, and I will leave a negative review about Aliexpress and your store on the internet.

The delivery was supposed to be made in 10 days and order number [redacted][redacted] is supposedly in Sète, my city, at a company that no longer exists and is in receivership. This means it no longer exists. Please do something quickly. This is the second time I've been fooled by AliExpress. A year ago, I never received a rugby jersey from Toulouse from the same seller. Please either resend this order or I will report this issue to PHAROS, the French service for online sales abuse, and also to Signal Arnaque.

I purchased an Android Tablet with fingerprint functionality on May 14, [redacted]. The item was delivered on May 25 and returned to the seller on May 31 upon discovering that it did not have the fingerprint feature. Aliexpress acknowledged receiving the return on June 27. However, instead of receiving my full payment of [redacted].77 pounds, I only got 35 pounds back on June 30. Despite the promise to cover the return shipping cost since the vendor did not provide a return label, this has not been honored. The Aliexpress order ID associated with this is [redacted][redacted]. The seller, Trendy Tablet Store, has not cooperated in resolving this issue. I have been unable to contact Aliexpress directly regarding this matter. I am writing to address my recent orders placed on AliExpress on March 20, [redacted]. I placed two orders for evening dresses with the following order numbers:
1st: [redacted][redacted] (lilac dress)
2nd: [redacted][redacted] (yellow dress)
Subsequently, on March 30, [redacted], I placed a third order with the same supplier: [redacted][redacted] (blue dress).
The first order arrived punctually, however, the product I received did not match the description at all, as shown in the attached photo. I initiated a dispute, leading to only a partial refund as compensation.
The second order was delayed and arrived well past the delivery date with a dress that did not match the website's description, rendering it unusable to me. After reaching out to the seller for a refund due to the delayed delivery and inaccurate description, I have faced further challenges.
Despite the third order arriving on time, the dress also did not match the website's description, resulting in another complaint.
After multiple exchanges with the seller and the return of the two dresses, at my expense of €75.55, I have yet to receive a resolution after 71 days of ongoing communication. I find this delay unacceptable, especially after confirming the return delivery of the dresses.
I urge AliExpress to honor buyer protection policies and facilitate the refund of €[redacted].54 to my account, covering the costs incurred.

As a Diamond customer on Aliexpress, on 11/05/[redacted], we ordered a short-sleeve T-shirt for €7.46. Then, on 12/05/[redacted], we ordered beach slippers for €11.19. Unfortunately, these two items reached the local carrier but were never delivered to us, likely stolen. Aliexpress now demands proof that we did not receive the items. Additionally, they refuse to issue a refund. Until Aliexpress resolves this and refunds us, we won't be ordering from them again.

I need help with a dispute that AliExpress has ruled in my favor for a return and refund. The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs, and I have a shipping quote ready to send for authorization, but the seller is not able to receive my messages.
