Hallo, ich möchte meine Enttäuschung darüber zum Ausdruck bringen, dass ich ein Paket mit 5 Artikeln nicht erhalten habe. Obwohl in der Sendungsverfolgung angezeigt wurde, dass es nicht zugestellt werden konnte, war ich zu Hause krankgeschrieben und es hat niemand vom Lieferdienst geklingelt oder sich gemeldet. Ich habe bisher nur eine Rückerstattung erhalten, aber nicht für die anderen Artikel, die alle zusammen in einem Paket verpackt waren. My order was not delivered to the registered address because the delivery driver refused to come in. I informed them over the phone that there would be someone at home all day, but they still didn't deliver it and claimed it was an incorrect address. After following up with the company, they advised me to coordinate with you for the reshipment of the order. I would like AliExpress to resend the order through a different delivery company and notify me so I can pick it up myself to prevent it from being returned.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to report an issue with my recent order from the Five Seasons Store. I purchased a Minumx 20V cordless drill and Electric Screwdriver, but I have not received the items despite paying €18.18 for them. The seller claims the goods have been returned to them, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received a response regarding either getting a refund or having the items resent. I purchased an iPhone charger believing it was an original Apple product based on the description provided. Unfortunately, the charger has stopped working after a few weeks of use. I reached out to the seller who suggested opening a dispute. However, since I confirmed receipt of the product and it has been more than 15 days, I am unable to do so. I need a refund, but I am missing the postage paid sticker for the return and the mailing address is unclear on the package. We ordered two figures totaling about 50€ from AliExpress. Despite the tracking showing delivery and a signature, we haven't received the package. After confirming with Deutsche Post that the package wasn't delivered due to an incorrect zip code provided by the seller, we reached out to the seller. Unfortunately, they were uncooperative, insisting the package arrived. We shared evidence from Deutsche Post and tracking information indicating the package is being returned. However, the seller disregards this and claims AliExpress shows it was signed for. We are adamant about getting a refund as it's unfair for us to lose money due to the seller's error. The seller is requesting that I return it at my own expense, even though I already paid a shipping fee and it's not my fault that the item is not as described! I have attached proof of the product malfunction that I received. The smartwatch Lokmat Zeus Pro 2 started malfunctioning shortly after 15 days of receiving it. The display remains black with back-light illumination, showing nothing. Though the smartwatch can still connect to a smartphone and transfer data, the malfunction renders it unusable. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my account. I originally logged in through Facebook, but that method is no longer functioning. Upon attempting to sign in with my email and Facebook password, I received an "invalid password" message. After resetting my password to align with my Facebook account, a code was sent to my email to confirm the change. Despite successfully changing my password, I am repeatedly prompted to enter a code upon login, only to be redirected back to the initial login screen after entering it. I have come across items advertised online that turned out fake upon receiving them. The total amount for my purchase has not been refunded, even though my online transaction went through. Hello, My package contains approximately 5-7 items. DHL marked it as delivered, but it turns out the driver did not bring it to save time. She took it to the branch office, and then I inquired 10 times over a month on how to get my package. They told me I need to file a research request and then I would get a response. 1 month later (20.05.23) I am told AliExpress needs to take care of it, and as they are the sender, AliExpress will get an answer on where my package is. I know my package is somewhere in my region, but no one is giving me any information or assistance. Please, I just want to pick up my package. It was not stolen or lost. On May 9th, three unauthorized transactions were charged to my account on your website. I did not authorize these payments, and I am requesting a refund for all three charges. One transaction for 27.62 Euros was made from 11-13 Boulevard de la Foire, L-[redacted] Luxembourg, and two transactions for 70.85 USD and [redacted].75 USD were made from [redacted] El Camino South, [redacted] San Mateo USA, all occurring between 5:53 p.m. and 5:55 p.m. on the same day. El vendedor me aseguró que no habría problema, debía esperar a que concluyera la disputa y entonces me darían la opción de reembolso parcial. Sin embargo, la resolución recibida no es la acordada, ya que me han hecho un reembolso de 0. El vendedor prometió un reembolso parcial al finalizar la disputa, pero esto no se ha cumplido. Hello! I am experiencing issues with my Treant III fishing reel (order number: [redacted][redacted]). The reel is not functioning properly, possibly due to damage during delivery (as noted in a previous review mentioning a squashed box). When I retrieve the fishing line, the reel squeaks and is hard to turn, except when the anti-reverse feature is turned off. It seems there might be a problem with the anti-reverse system or bearing.
