I placed an order 3 days ago, but after reading negative reviews, I decided to cancel it. I contacted the seller yesterday before the item was shipped, but they claimed it was already dispatched. However, the order status is still processing, and they haven't provided a tracking number. I feel deceived as I clearly expressed my wish to cancel. I have screenshots of our conversation and the order details. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. I'm adamant about canceling the order and receiving a refund due to the item not being shipped.

I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from AliExpress regarding my faulty Optical Pickup order. AliExpress only asked for the return tracking number to process a refund, but the return shipping costs exceed the item's value. It feels unjust, and AliExpress's customer service has been unhelpful. I doubt I will shop with AliExpress (Alibaba) in the future.

I ordered the 6.44" ORIGINAL Screen For XIAOMI Mi Max LCD Display Touch Screen mimax with Frame for Xiaomi Mi Max LCD Display Replacement #2 but have not received it (order ID: [redacted][redacted]). There have been two errors by the postal services in this matter. Firstly, they claimed to have delivered it to the caretaker, which is incorrect as they left it at the local post office instead of my postal box. Secondly, no notification was left in my postal box regarding the parcel being held at the post office. After waiting for about a month, I contacted the seller who advised me to check the post office. Upon doing so, I found out that the parcel had already been sent back. Despite explaining to the seller multiple times and providing evidence from the French post's full delivery tracking showing that I did not receive it and it was returned, they still insist it was delivered. I am requesting a refund or for the product to be resent. Thank you.

PayPal mentioned that the payment is unclaimed and needs to be linked to my AliExpress order number [redacted][redacted]. Yesterday, I placed an order and the payment was deducted from my credit card. However, today when I attempted to check on my order, it was nowhere to be found. There is no history of the order, no cancellation information, and even the messages I received from the seller regarding a tax issue in Brazil and the order placement seem to have vanished. It's as if the order never existed. Trying to track the order using my credit card details is unsuccessful, and I have a notification on my card mentioning the order price under (Ebanx-Alipay).

I have encountered payment issues on AliExpress for over a year now. Despite multiple attempts to appeal and provide necessary documents like my license, the problem persists. I have used the same card without trouble on various other platforms, making AliExpress's rejection confusing. Recently, I was directed to a payment site requesting $5 to unlock my account on AliExpress, which further adds to my confusion. Having a direct phone line for immediate assistance in resolving such matters would be helpful.

Hi, I'm John Holton and my email is [redacted] I have an account with you and am experiencing issues with the "Worth Drop Shipping Store". I purchased a set of 5 WW2 tank coins in a display box with a certificate for £9.13. Initially, they sent the coins without the box. After contacting them, they then sent the box but without the certificate. When I raised this concern, they offered to send the certificate only if I made another purchase. I clarified that I just want my original order completed with the certificate. Today, they mentioned offering me £0.50 instead. Feeling frustrated with their response, I realized my trust in AliExpress has been shaken. I fear there might be other companies engaging in similar practices on the platform. I believe I was misled in this transaction and simply want my collection to be fulfilled as agreed upon. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Good evening, I placed an order for a dress for my graduation on AliExpress on April 7, [redacted]. I opted for the HCL delivery process, which claimed delivery in 7-15 days. However, after a week, I contacted the seller to check on the dress's progress, and I was informed that the sewing alone would take 15 days before shipping for another 7 days. This extended timeline was not specified on the website. My graduation is on April 26th, and based on the initial delivery estimate of 7-15 days, the dress should have arrived by April 22nd. With the additional sewing time, it will not be here in time. I need the dress before my graduation, so this delay is disappointing and concerning.

On March 17th, I placed an order for 5 items from different stores totaling around $80. I noticed that the items have been shipped by checking the tracking information. However, I encountered issues accessing the Aliexpress app on my phone despite it being updated and functional. After reinstalling the app, I couldn't remember which email and password I used for my account. Even when I logged in with a particular email, I couldn't find any order history. I'm concerned about not being able to track my order or address any issues that may arise. I've waited a month due to known delays in Aliexpress orders but feel unsure about how to proceed if I can't access my account to verify my purchase.

I ordered an item that was shipped to me. Upon receiving a delivery notification, I contacted the supplier because I didn't receive the item. They provided me with a shipping number and advised me to reach out to Canada Post. After contacting Canada Post and learning that the package was delivered to a community mailbox without a key left in my mailbox, I was informed that the package would be returned to the depot if not retrieved within 24 hours. I received a case number and was told the supplier needed to start a claim/search. However, the supplier is refusing to do so, leaving the issue unresolved. I am attempting to resolve this matter before considering reaching out to Visa and opening a dispute.

I've been contacting live chat customer service for about 1.5 months now. Each time, the agent assures me that the issue is resolved, and a refund of $4.16 is on its way. However, upon my next follow-up, there seems to be no record of it, making me repeat everything multiple times. The last agent provided me with the reference number [redacted][redacted], but when I checked today, there was no information on compensation under this reference number. There is a seller on Aliexpress named Terry Field with a store called "Lion_Life Show." Despite ordering the Kanna Kamui costume for $53 and providing the order number, Terry Field refused to give a tracking number, claiming the order didn't exist due to an unverified account. Attempting a refund resulted in a request for $55, leaving the customer feeling scammed and frustrated. Tyler mentioned a 27-day wait time, but the lack of tracking information is unsettling. The order was placed on March 29, [redacted], and the order number is [redacted][redacted].

Hello, I recently opened a dispute regarding a returned item with Aliexpress. Despite providing evidence that I sent the item back via DHL, the seller rejected my dispute stating they are not in Hong Kong but in Shenzen, China. Aliexpress sided with the seller and did not issue me a refund. The package was sent back to the shipper as instructed on the packaging, which DHL handled for me. The tracking number for the package is [redacted], showing it was sent back to the shipper. I believe the seller had someone in Hong Kong send me the item, and when I returned it through DHL, it went back to the original sender. I have documentation including conversations with DHL, photos of the package, the shipper's address, and the tracking information as proof that I sent it back to the correct address. I recently purchased Bone Conduction Earphones from Fabulous Sound Store with Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. Despite attempting to contact them multiple times, they did not respond and even provided a false tracking number originally meant for another buyer. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, the seller failed to provide a valid tracking number and it seems my package may have been redirected to the wrong address. I suspect fraudulent activity and have opened a dispute. I urge caution when dealing with this seller and hope that appropriate action is taken regarding Fabulous Sound Store on AliExpress.

I ordered three dresses two or three months ago and after checking the tracking, I realized that I was supposed to receive them but I haven't received anything yet. I have tried contacting the seller numerous times but have not received any replies. Honestly, I feel like they charged me and left it at that. I have ordered many things in the past without issues, but this particular situation has been very frustrating for me. I tried to move on from it, but surprisingly, they keep sending me new offers, which only adds to my frustration. Hello, I ordered several items in February and received all except for one. This particular item has exceeded the delivery time frame. My order status indicates that the funds are still processing and the item is in transit. I was advised to contact customer service if I did not receive it by a specific date. However, I have been unable to do so as my account was temporarily blocked. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive a message instructing me to use a desktop to unblock the account, which I have tried unsuccessfully. I am unsure whether the item is still on its way or if I should request a refund. I had considered creating a new account but haven't completed my transactions with the current blocked account. Unfortunately, both pairs of hiking poles I purchased were defective and unstable, making them unsuitable for actual hiking due to loose stoppers and unreliable Quick Grip mechanisms.
