Hello, I recently made a purchase online, but unfortunately, the item I received did not match its description. The product cost €68.56, and after opening a dispute on AliExpress, the outcome was that the seller would cover the €84 shipping cost back to China and I would receive a refund. Feeling this was excessive for the seller, I reached out to discuss. We have now come to an agreement where I will receive a partial refund and be able to keep the product. However, as I closed the initial dispute, I cannot open a new one with this updated resolution due to the 15-day rule.

I am unable to find the option to open a dispute on the AliExpress website, despite following all the steps provided by the supplier in the chat. My dispute concerns the following issues: 1. The legs of the battery charger are broken, one leg is bent and broken, risking complete detachment. 2. The product arrived partially assembled, with a significant amount of liquid inside the motor and the battery already inserted, indicating prior use. 3. I am unwilling to spend money on returns due to logistical impossibilities and expect a replacement charger at no additional cost. I purchased the DIY Miniature Dollhouse Casa Kit - Big House Sea Villa from AliExpress with Item Number [redacted][redacted] for $32.34 Australian dollars on March 12, [redacted]. I am currently experiencing an issue with a seller regarding a product, an Android car radio, that does not meet its intended functions. After officially filing a dispute with Aliexpress, I am in the process of returning the device as per the seller's request. Unfortunately, I mistakenly sent the item to the wrong address provided by the seller. Despite contacting the recipient via phone to provide proof of shipment, I have only been able to reach a mailbox since.

I am experiencing difficulty with the seller, FLDJL Water Experience Store. On March 17, [redacted], they supposedly sent my package with tracking number FRCC[redacted]54HD via colicoli. The delivery person took a photo in front of my mailbox but did not place the package there. There was no call or doorbell ring at my home, and I did not sign for anything. Despite contacting colicoli for the delivery person's contact number, I have not received any useful information. Relying solely on a photo in front of my house is inadequate proof. I have not physically received the package or signed for it, rendering the photo meaningless. I am frustrated as the package cost me 45.82 euros. This issue has never occurred before, and I have always received my packages securely. I urge for assistance in resolving this matter.

I consistently face a problem with my AliExpress orders being undeliverable due to an address error. Even though I confirm that my address on file is correct, the packages still can't reach me, leading me to retrieve them at the post office before return. Despite contacting the sellers to verify the address accuracy, I still encounter issues like Central Ave. being mistakenly read as Spring Ave. when I collect the parcels.
