Hello. I wanted to let you know that when I go to the Help Center, everything is in English, and I am unable to switch it to German. It would be helpful if the option to change the language to German is available for users in Germany. I have had some issues with this platform, and I don't plan to make any more purchases. I am having difficulties with the return process as there is no readable address provided, and I am being asked to cover the return shipping costs. I believe this is unfair as the sizing issue is not my fault. I am hoping to resolve this matter, ideally through a phone call. I am frustrated with the situation concerning the white shoes as well since there has been no response.

I bought a smartwatch that, within a few days, began restarting unexpectedly. I initially hoped a firmware update would fix the issue, but now the watch has completely stopped working. It doesn't respond to any commands on the screen. After contacting the seller, I was informed that as it has been 15 days, they are unable to assist further. I purchased a Toocki 67W GaN smart phone power delivery device with the order number [redacted][redacted], expecting to receive the EU model for use in Germany. However, I was surprised to find that I received the US model instead. I would like to return it for either the correct EU model or a refund. I placed an order but the address was not fully entered. After contacting the local post office, they indicated that the seller needs to change the address before the package is returned. I reached out to the seller again, but they told me to contact AliExpress. I find this situation inconvenient as it could have been easily resolved. Now I have to handle this through a different route.

However, when I went to a USPS post office, they informed me that I needed a return label or would have to pay over 90€ for shipping. I recently opened a dispute on Aliexpress because the product I received was damaged. I had the option to choose between keeping the item and receiving a partial refund of 14€ or getting a full refund of 24.77€. However, I have only received 24.27€ instead of the full amount. I don't understand why I am not getting the complete refund I am entitled to, especially when the purchase was advertised with a 15-day free return policy.

I purchased a LiFePO battery from Wulills store on the AliExpress website. Unfortunately, they informed me after payment that they are unable to deliver it to my address in Hawaii. I purchased a drone with a camera from Allesfresser, the delivery was on time. Following that, I ordered another drone labeled as new but it arrived without a camera. Despite contacting Aliexpress, I received no response. Subsequently, I tried to order a drone with a camera once more but decided to cancel. To my surprise, it was still delivered, again without a camera. I then attempted to order a drone with a dual camera, but found myself in a similar situation. I am looking to return the item without the camera but have not heard back from Aliexpress yet. As a loyal customer, I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. I am dissatisfied with order number [redacted][redacted] for 2 pairs of boots. The quality is poor, uncomfortable, cheap, and not as described. I am having a hard time seeking a refund as it is complicated and almost impossible to contact the seller through your site. Your return and refund policy is unclear. The example provided on your website to resolve issues is overly complicated and ineffective. The chat support is unhelpful with no real assistance. I recently received the headphones I ordered from Aliexpress, but unfortunately, they do not adjust the sound volume. I have been in contact with chat agents for three weeks and have also reached out to the seller, providing them with a video of the issue. The seller is asking me to cover the return shipping costs, which I cannot afford. I did not cause the problem as the headphones are defective. Additionally, upon delivery, Correos España charged me nearly seven euros in fees, which was unexpected. I attempted to use my Varo Bank account debit card through PayPal to pay for replacement nibs for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on the AliExpress app. However, after receiving an "error" message about my session timing out twice while trying to submit the payment, the order was canceled.
