Hello, I have not yet received item [redacted][redacted]. After speaking with the post office, I was informed that the courier driver mistakenly marked my address as "Undeliverable due to 'House Empty'" resulting in the item being returned and ultimately destroyed. I purchased a bag in March but wanted to cancel it before shipping. Unfortunately, the seller did not accept the cancellation, so I sent it back. The shipment got stuck in customs, I was charged for the product, and then the order was canceled. I am now without the bag and without the €20 it cost. I asked for a refund, which the seller agreed to, but the package never arrived. The seller claimed it was likely in customs. I am trying to get my €20 back. Thank you.

The seller has received the item back but is not refunding my money promptly. I am frustrated and concerned because they take a long time to process refunds. This experience is making me question their legitimacy. I feel their actions are unprofessional and it's unacceptable. I want my money back as soon as possible. I'm considering shopping more on Amazon where customer service is more reliable and efficient.

Hello, I placed an order (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]) on March 20, [redacted]. Today is April 13, [redacted], and I have not received the item yet. After contacting the post office, I was informed that the item is being returned. I did not request a refund or return, I just want to receive the item. I live in Northern Cyprus, and the package was supposed to come from Turkey but it never arrived at my address. Thank you.

I recently purchased a wig, and my delivery number is [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery as it was sent back due to no one being home to receive it. I am concerned that it might be sent back again. I had to use my friend's address on AliExpress since I couldn't select my own, and when the package arrived, my friend, Hannah Klinger, was not there, so the neighbors were not aware. The correct address is Schleswig rennkoppel 15, and I hope the package can be sent there again, as it was the intended delivery address.

The seller shipped a product that does not match the description. Initially, I trusted him when he assured me the product would be as described. During a detailed conversation, I insisted on his commitment to accuracy. After scrutinizing the product images and decoding hidden codes, I uncovered his deceit. Despite my attempts to prevent shipment upon discovering the fraud, he proceeded with the delivery. I await the subpar product, anticipating a lengthy process of disputing with the supplier and site for a refund. These are precisely the issues I sought to evade.

I placed an order with bill of lading AE[redacted]4VN. As of April 12, there have been no updates on the order status. I reached out to the local shipping unit, JTexpress, listed on Aliexpress's tracking system, but JTexpress informed me that they do not have any information on my order. I kindly request Aliexpress to verify the order information for AE[redacted]4VN and provide the accurate bill of lading number corresponding to the local shipping company handling the order.

I have not yet received my Embroidery Machine order from Ali Express for my daughter, B. Rodrigues. The company claims it was delivered on March 23, [redacted]. I contacted Royal Mail, who confirmed that the delivered item was a letterbox item, unlike the bulky £[redacted] product that requires a signature. I made a mistake by mistakenly clicking on the order as received even though the ink was missing from the packet. The order was supposed to be delivered to my family while I am traveling. My niece picked up the packet, and although she informed me that the packet was there, she has not yet sent me pictures. I assumed the ink was included in the combined package, but upon receiving the pictures today, I noticed that the ink was not included in the so-called combined package.

Due to my email being blocked, I missed the three-day deadline to contest. When I regained access to my email, it was too late to dispute. I faced various issues with the website and made errors. Eventually, I clarified the main problem: the sleeping bag was too large, so I returned it and requested a refund. I followed all the steps within the given timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

On February 19, [redacted], I placed an order for the "Electric branch saw" (Order: [redacted][redacted]) from the seller, Practical Tool World Store. Upon receiving the item, I discovered that one of the batteries was defective. I promptly contacted the seller on February 28th to address the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups on March 2nd, 5th, 6th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, and 23rd, all I received was the same message requesting a 5-star rating in exchange for a new battery, which I have not received. I am deeply disappointed by the presence of such deceptive companies on AliExpress and have decided not to make any future purchases on the platform. I intend to caution my friends and acquaintances about the deceptive practices I encountered on AliExpress. That sums up my experience.

Hello, I returned my order the day after it arrived, and I was informed that I need to pay for the return shipping. The cost of shipping is actually higher than the item I purchased. Could you please advise me on how to proceed with returning the product I bought from Alex Express? Thank you. I can send photos of the item with the seller if needed. I also wanted to mention that I am having trouble setting the language to Italian in the customer service, it seems like I am stuck. I used to have it set to Italian before.

I bought a jacket with the order number /[redacted][redacted]/. After tracking it on the km application, I realized the last update was a month ago. The local post office confirmed it was lost, advising the seller to claim compensation. I don't have a direct link with the sender or the shipping company. Since I paid through Ali Express, a trusted platform, I prefer a speedy refund to my account. The shipping company should be responsible for the delay.
