Unfortunately, due to a bank error, the full amount was charged instead of the requested sum, resulting in an overpayment of €21.40. I have an order marked as "address failed," which I don't understand because I have used the same address for all my orders. I have contacted the courier company, and they informed me that the package has been returned to the seller. I am requesting a full refund for the purchase that was not received. On January 30th, I placed an order that the seller recently informed me is out of stock. Despite requesting a refund multiple times, they have failed to comply. They falsely marked the item as shipped on AliExpress, although it hasn't been dispatched due to unavailability. No tracking number was provided either. Despite contacting them again, the only solution suggested was opening a dispute refund, but this isn't possible as the order erroneously indicates it has been shipped. I am feeling exasperated and simply want a refund.

Subject: Dispute Regarding Order #[redacted][redacted] Hello, I received non-functional items and am unable to use them. To resolve this, I believe we can explore better options than having to return the defective goods to China at a cost of €43, just to be reimbursed €30. I have performed tests, recorded videos, and still cannot charge my battery. It seems unreasonable to me that I should bear the burden of returning the faulty charger to China, incurring additional expenses. I hope we can find a more customer-friendly resolution to this issue.

I have been trying to contact specific Sellers on AliExpress multiple times through messages to obtain manufacturers' information such as names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers, or the Sellers' contact details, but I am either met with no response or unrelated answers, questions, or automated responses. Despite translating my messages into Chinese, I am still not receiving the required information. The Sellers who have been unresponsive to my requests are Rimu Toy Store, TaoToys, Anime Fantasy Store, Jokej Dream Store, Si Ting, and Everything Store. This information is crucial for my online selling purposes. I have attempted various communication methods on AliExpress without success. I am seeking advice on how to prompt these sellers to provide the necessary information.

Hello! I hope you are well. I canceled an order shortly after placing it because I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I received a refund, but the money was still deducted from my account, and I have not received the proper refund yet. I see the refund listed under "bonus" as virtual funds for AliExpress, but I would like the money to be refunded to my account instead of as a bonus or virtual credits. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently bought some shoes that ended up being damaged after wearing them just once. I requested a refund from AliExpress, but only got half of the total amount back, which was €15 out of €31. Now, I'm having issues with Klarna because the payment is still pending. I want my full refund back and I refuse to pay for damaged shoes. While I could return the shoes, I had a bad experience in the past where I had to pay €23 for return shipping, was told I would be refunded, but then the seller claimed they never received the return, and I was out €50. I don't want to go through that again. Plus, the seller can't do anything with the shoes as the seam is completely torn. You closed this case for me, but I strongly disagree with having to pay for half of the damaged shoes. This is not customer-friendly.

After a week, I noticed on the Ali Express app that the order had not been shipped and no tracking information was available. Upon reaching out to the seller, they initially claimed that the carrier used did not provide online tracking. Subsequent messages seeking updates and tracking information received delayed responses citing logistical issues and the Spring Festival holiday causing delays. Eventually, on February 4th, [redacted], I oddly received an email at 3:59 am stating the order was complete, contradicting the lack of tracking details on the app. This experience, combined with reviews showing a trend of non-delivery after payment, leaves me feeling cheated and unable to dispute the completed order on the app.

I am writing about my issue with your seller Shop[redacted] Store regarding order [redacted][redacted] (SDXC card costing 5.68 €) from 12/10/[redacted]. The SDXC card I received was faulty, and after filing a complaint requesting a refund, the seller agreed on the condition of returning the SDXC card. To send it back, I had to cover the postage costs (8.40 €) which exceeded the item's value. I believed these costs would be refunded. Unfortunately, despite my multiple requests shown in messages exchanged since February 3rd with Shop[redacted] Store, the response has been negative. I believe I am entitled to a refund of the postage costs since it was Shop[redacted] Store who sold me a faulty product and imposed the condition for a refund upon the return of the defective item. Therefore, I ask AliExpress to intervene and urge Shop[redacted] Store to refund the 8.40 € postage fees I paid to return the faulty merchandise they sold me.

Am 22.12.[redacted] habe ich einen Katzen-Transport-Rucksack bestellt, der jedoch bisher noch nicht angekommen ist. Obwohl der Empfang angeblich bestätigt wurde, ist die Ware nicht eingetroffen. Dezember [redacted] habe ich bei einem Händler das Produkt "3,5 Zoll IPS LCD Monitor Display AIDA64 USB Dynamische Anzeige Sub-Screen-TYPE-C [redacted]*[redacted] Unterstützung Vertikale Bildschirm für Raspberry Pi" gekauft. Das Produkt wurde geliefert, jedoch war die Installation herausfordernder als erwartet. Ich habe mich an den Verkäufer gewandt, aber die Kommunikation und Hilfe zogen sich verzögert hin. Nach zwei bis drei Tagen habe ich mich entschieden, das Produkt zurückzuschicken, worauf der Verkäufer zugestimmt hat. Am 7. Januar [redacted] habe ich das Paket mit der Sendungsnummer [redacted]38 an die Absenderadresse DE Kunden-CBPDDS, Am Grünen Weg 5 in [redacted] Kelsterbach, Deutschland, zurückgeschickt. Nun behauptet der Verkäufer, dass es nicht sein Fehler sei, da ich das Paket an die falsche Adresse geschickt habe. Der Versand erfolgte mit Deutsche DHL.

Good morning, I received the order on time, but I am having many issues with the disk as it keeps disappearing and disconnecting from the computer I connect it to. I have tried it on 3 different computers, all running Windows 10 Pro, and I can't seem to get it to stabilize. Initially, I thought it was because it was in Fat format, hindering its performance. I defragmented it to NTFS completely, which took over a month, progressing at a speed of 2.4% per day. Now, even in NTFS format, it keeps getting lost and disconnecting constantly.
