I encountered an issue with a gear knob I ordered for my Renault car from TALHA INCELER in ILBADE MAH, Turkey. The product number is [redacted]11R. The gear knob did not fit my Renault Kadjar due to the base being too small, unlike how it appeared in the picture. I have initiated a refund dispute. However, I was disturbed when the seller, in response, sent me a harassing message on WhatsApp mentioning that Ali Express ruled in their favor. They suggested selling the part I received to purchase the correct one. This entire situation reflects poorly on Ali Express. I hope someone can look into this matter as I am open to exchanging it for the right gear knob.

I am dissatisfied with my experience on Aliexpress. I have placed multiple orders and either some items did not reach me causing a loss of money, or the items received were in poor condition. My attempts to open disputes and get refunds were unsuccessful due to judgments that do not favor buyers. I intend to cancel all current orders in progress to avoid additional fees upon arrival and the risk of receiving damaged items. The return process with a shipping cost of $15 for each item seems unreasonable as the value does not justify it. Therefore, I would like to cancel all pending orders.

Hello, I need help resolving an issue with a purchase I made on AliExpress. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G from the seller 24H Online-The Reliable Genuine Mobile Phone Store for €[redacted],83. The product was delayed at customs in the Netherlands. Despite assurances from the seller that I would receive a refund if the product wasn't delivered, a delivery mistake by post.nl resulted in my package being returned to the sender. I recently spoke with someone here to address the issue where money was deducted from my card, but was told the payment didn't go through. When I contacted online customer service, they requested an additional dollar to continue helping me. I am frustrated with this situation and demand my money back in my account. I am tired of the back and forth, and I find this automated service frustrating.

I purchased two jackets from the seller, Batmo Qualitätsläden. The first package arrived with one jacket, but the second one was missing, even though the tracking information indicated it was delivered. I contacted the seller regarding the missing jacket, who explained they didn't have the size I ordered and suggested I choose a different one. After the seller failed to send the replacement jacket, I paid for both jackets and customs duties (35€) and reached out to them again. The seller asked me to place a new order for the missing jacket, but I requested either the jacket or a refund instead. Since then, there have been no responses from the seller, and it has been over a month since this issue started.

I have not received my full order! I purchased three shirts, but only two were delivered. I am frustrated by the suggestion to contact the delivery company as the issue appears to be a misdelivery by your company. This is not a simple matter of checking with neighbors or reaching out to the delivery service. It seems like a mistake on your end, and I am disappointed by the incomplete delivery.

I recently purchased an SSD hard drive from an AliExpress seller. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the drive failed hardware checks. I returned it for a refund, despite the significant cost of postage compared to the item's price. I am unable to leave a review, possibly due to not confirming receipt before requesting a refund. My package with tracking number UB[redacted]74LV has not reached Georgia but was returned to Hong Kong from Latvia. The information on AliExpress's map is incorrect, as it still shows that the package is in Latvia when it has not crossed the Georgian border. Please update the map to reflect the correct location accurately. Thank you.

My delivery was unsuccessful and I have raised a dispute. AliExpress partially accepted my claim after some time, but only refunded a small portion of the amount I paid. The delivery failure was not due to my actions, and the lack of communication from the local delivery service added to the frustration. Despite being present at the correct address and contacting the delivery service multiple times, the parcel was returned to the seller without my consent. I was left uninformed throughout this process. I value the refunded money, as I did not intend for the parcel to be sent back.
