I have already contacted customer service on another platform regarding this matter. I made a booking with the ID [redacted]36 and mistakenly paid twice for it. Initially, the transaction on my Barclays debit card ending in [redacted] was refused, so I used my Bangkok Bank card ending in [redacted] instead. Although the booking confirmation was sent for the first card, I later discovered a charge on my Bangkok account as well. As a result, I have paid for the same booking twice. I would appreciate guidance on how to recover the funds from my Bangkok account. Best regards, Trevor A.

I have a reservation at Atlanta Marriott from June 28th to July 5th, but due to a change in my business schedule, I now need to leave early on July 2nd. Unfortunately, my booking is non-refundable. I would appreciate it if I could change my booking dates at no additional cost. As a VIP Platinum member, I hope for your understanding. I made a reservation at Fox Ridge Resort months ago, but they canceled it. Unfortunately, I lost my card in the meantime. I contacted the resort three times to update my card details, and they advised me to pay upon arrival. However, I discovered that my reservation was still canceled. I attempted a live chat regarding the cancellation, only to be canceled again. I received an email from Agoda confirming payment on July 2nd. I am scheduled to arrive tomorrow for a three-night stay and am confused as to why my booking was canceled.

Yesterday, June 29th, I was browsing Agoda to book a hotel in Perth, Western Australia. I came across Rube Haven Motels listed under the Perth location for a stay from June 30th to July 4th. After booking, I realized the actual location was in South Australia. I reached out to the hotel to request a refund due to the error in location. Unfortunately, the receptionist hung up on me, possibly due to a language barrier. Can I receive a refund for this booking since the hotel was advertised incorrectly under Perth when it is actually in South Australia?

The host's behavior was disappointing and not in line with the standards I am accustomed to after 20 years of renting properties. This experience was by far the worst I have encountered. Good evening, I had made a reservation for 1 night for 2 people through your website at the Savina Hotel in Rimini from July 8th to July 9th. The charge was processed on my prepaid card by you, but when I called the hotel, they informed me that they had no affiliation with your company and could not provide the room for that night. Therefore, I opted for the free cancellation of the reservation as I didn't want to lose money and be left without a room. This incident was very unpleasant, and it's the first time something like this has happened to me. I request a prompt refund of the amount charged to my card.

I previously contacted the Savina hotel in Rimini after booking through your platform with booking number [redacted]95 for 1 night from July 8th to 9th for 1 room for 2 people. When I called the hotel, they mentioned that they had no record of my reservation and did not offer rooms for just 1 night. I subsequently made a free cancellation because I do not want to lose money or the room. The incident was very unpleasant, and it was a waste of time to call the hotel. Therefore, I ask for a prompt refund of the amount charged to my prepaid card and to address the hotelier's inappropriate behavior.

Despite the system indicating that I would receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, we have not received any communication at [redacted] I kindly request that the booking confirmation be sent to [redacted] instead. Reservation reference number is [redacted]63. Dear Sirs, You confirmed 1 room with two queen size beds, of 18 sqm and with a sea view. None of this was found: the room of 10 sqm, maybe, had 1 DOUBLE bed and NO sea view. The property DOES NOT HAVE rooms of that size or with two beds, nor with a sea view. The room description DOES NOT MATCH AT ALL. You did not mention that breakfast is NOT provided on-site but has to be done 3 km away in a bakery in the village!!! We request a refund for this NON-COMPLIANT offer! We await your response, otherwise we will file a complaint through other channels. Best regards P. Heidrun

I recently used a price freeze option for the Macau Golden Crown China Hotel on September 28-29. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in my email address and now I can't access the booking details. When I reached out to Agoda, they mentioned they need the booking ID to help, but I don't have it due to the incorrect email I provided. I find it confusing since I was already logged into my account when I made the reservation, so I'm unsure why they required my email again, leading to this issue. I visited a hotel in person, and they suggested I book online for savings. Trusting their advice, I used agoda.com to make a reservation. Upon arrival, I realized the hotel I booked wasn't the one I desired. I had paid in full via gcash. The staff directed me to the unwanted hotel, but shortly after, agoda emailed me stating that my booking using gcash was not completed due to a payment error. I am hopeful for a refund as the money used was hard-earned. My only wish is for a resolution to be promptly made.

On July 1, [redacted], when I tried to book a room at the Grand Hyatt DFW airport, I encountered issues after entering my credit card details ending in #[redacted]. Despite the website freezing and the lack of confirmation, I called and secured a room for $[redacted].45, even though the online price was below $[redacted] as advertised. On reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered a charge of $[redacted].29, likely from the initial unsuccessful booking. Surprisingly, no emails were received regarding this charge or the room. The hotel advised me to contact Agoda Booking for a refund, with the possibility of them approving it. Kindly process this refund promptly, as I have already paid for my stay directly to the hotel. Hello, I am inquiring about a booking we made through a third-party site for July 6-7 at the Hyatt Place in Chester VA, USA, which we were informed went through Agoda. Unfortunately, I never received a confirmation email, so I don't have the booking number. Our stay at the property was highly disappointing. The hotel was in poor condition, with our room being dirty. The touch lamps and toilet were not cleaned properly, the closet and curtains were broken, and paint was peeling off the walls onto the floor. The breakfast was unsatisfactory too, with cold and poorly replenished food, and even a glass with lipstick still on it. As loyal Marriott customers, we expected better from Hyatt. The only positive was the desk manager, Christina, who was understanding and kind. We would like to know the process to request a refund for our stay. I encountered an issue while booking through the Agoda app. Yesterday, I attempted to reserve a room at the "Fortune Select JP" hotel in Bangalore, India for July 12, [redacted], to July 13, [redacted]. However, I received an error message stating, "Sorry, we have encountered a technical issue," and the "slide to book" button was unresponsive. I then tried booking through a different third-party app which redirected me to Agoda and successfully booked the same hotel for those dates at a higher price. Now, I am looking to book the same hotel from July 13, [redacted], to September 1, [redacted], using the Agoda app, but I am encountering the same error message. Hello, I would like to inform you that on the 10th of July, [redacted], I made a reservation for two nights at the Cape Town Lodge Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. The check-in date is the 14th of July, [redacted], and the check-out date is the 16th of July, [redacted]. I booked this through Agoda.com using a credit card. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any confirmation via email at [redacted], and the booking does not appear under 'My Bookings' on my Agoda account. Dear Sir/Ma'am, I, Uttam Ghorai, had made an air ticket booking (PNR: J15LM8) for my brother, Nitai Jana, from Kolkata to Guwahati on May 19th for May 20th. Unfortunately, I mistakenly selected the wrong travel date (July 20th). I promptly contacted Alliance Air to cancel my booking as I intended to rebook. After the airline confirmed the cancellation and mentioned they fully refunded the amount as per DGCA policy, my broker, Agoda Pvt. Ltd., requested proof of the refund. I made a booking for a flight from Sydney to Brisbane on Saturday, July 1st with Jetstar for Robyn & Brian Goodall. The return flight from Brisbane to Sydney on Sunday, July 2nd with Jetstar (JQ813) was canceled by the airline, and they could not offer an alternative on the day. I had to book a flight back home with a different airline at my own expense. Jetstar sent an email to Agoda about the credit on Sunday, July 2nd with the reservation code TWV9YA. Could you please refund the total amount of $[redacted].79 back to the account used for payment on June 27th, ending in [redacted]?
