It seems that AGODA has mistakenly processed my booking request as a reservation, booked a hotel room at Livinghotel in Berlin-Weißensee, and charged me for two nights using my credit card. The booking process was incomplete, and I did not receive any confirmation or reservation number from AGODA or Livinghotel. Unfortunately, I am unable to proceed on AGODA's website without the missing reservation number. I have been unable to cancel it, the chat feature is not available, and the phone number requires a booking number I do not possess, leaving me stuck in this situation. I would like to cancel this "phantom booking" that seems to involve wrongful actions and receive an immediate refund of the charged amount, but I am struggling to make any progress here.

Hello, I made a flight reservation from Bali to Singapore two hours ago, but it is still showing as "pending confirmation." I am concerned as I am traveling to Indonesia today, and worry that without a confirmed booking, I may encounter issues with immigration. My name is DURET Pascal, and I made reservations yesterday for August 25 and September 17-18 at LUX Hotel Reunion Island with multiple reservation IDs. However, I received the same email stating that my booking was not completed, and no reservation was made. I was informed that all charges would be refunded, and any amount held on my card would be canceled without any fees. After contacting my bank, I learned that the transaction of [redacted] euros and 0.7 cents was refused four times but accepted twice. This means I was charged twice without securing a reservation. I am requesting a refund for the double charge of [redacted] euros and 0.7 cents as soon as possible.

Subsequently, I received an email notifying me of two bookings. Due to language barriers, I struggled to address this matter promptly. Consequently, I halted the payment and canceled the initial booking (ID [redacted]75). However, the bank now requires your confirmation. I was searching for affordable deals for a trip to Blackpool with my husband and friend on Agoda's website. I set the dates for Friday, September 2nd to Monday, September 5th with 3 adults and 2 rooms. I found a great deal at Liberty Hotel for £[redacted].90 in total with a sea view. Unfortunately, when I tried to make the payment, the amount didn't go through due to a network issue and I had to contact my bank to resolve it.
After finally making the payment, I was shocked to discover that the booking was for the wrong dates and only for one night, Sunday to Monday. This was not what I had selected, and to make matters worse, it was marked as non-refundable. I have responsibilities at home and cannot stay until Tuesday as indicated in the booking.
I believe this was a technical error on the website, as I have screenshots showing the correct dates I inputted. I am a loyal customer to Agoda and Booking.com, almost reaching a higher status on both platforms. Considering my history with these sites, I am requesting a full refund due to this mistake that was not my fault.

I booked a hotel room for $11,[redacted].82 pesos, but my card was charged $87.89 USD, which is significantly more than the agreed amount. If converting to USD, it should be around $40 USD, so I believe I was overcharged. The final cost of the room ended up being much higher than anticipated. I kindly request to be billed the total amount in pesos and receive a refund for the difference.

I made a booking for Setia Alam SCCC Swimming Pool Projector House with Booking ID: [redacted]25 on September 1, [redacted]. I made the payment using Atome and received a confirmation email from Agoda at 6:03 am (Malaysia time). However, at 7:38 am, I received another email from Agoda stating that my booking could not be confirmed. The email mentioned that the booking I attempted was not completed, resulting in no booking being made.
I contacted the property owner, who confirmed receiving my booking but has yet to receive a confirmation letter from Agoda. I would appreciate it if you could investigate and resolve this issue promptly. If the booking cannot be fulfilled, I urge for a swift refund as I need to make alternative arrangements. Hello,
We made a reservation at Fisherman Koh Tao hotel for 3 nights. The room does not match the description and photos on the Agoda website. On your site, it states and is clearly shown in the photos that there is a safe in the room. When we arrived, there was no safe. When we inquired at the reception, we were told that it had been broken by another guest and that it was not their problem, suggesting we should cancel if we were not satisfied. Additionally, the rooms smell of dampness and are very dirty (photos available if needed). The view from the balcony is disappointing, and it is not mentioned anywhere, even though the room was supposed to overlook a garden.
We canceled our stay because the hotel does not match the Agoda description. It is impossible to cancel or request a refund. Therefore, I am contacting you to find a solution to this issue and to be reimbursed.

I did not receive a cancellation confirmation for my reservation. The hotel staff informed me abruptly that it was canceled, although I received an email from "The Property" just three days before my scheduled arrival. The email expressed anticipation of my visit but did not mention any cancellation. I had booked the room over two weeks ago, and with no available rooms elsewhere due to the busy night in Vancouver, I cannot return home on the ferry. Unfortunately, my partner and I are now forced to sleep in our vehicle for two nights, making our vacation challenging. Had I known about the cancellation earlier, I would not have traveled. I only received a notification of cancellation 7 minutes after the check-in time, causing considerable distress. I am seeking communication from a manager and appropriate compensation for this situation.

Good evening, I would like to complain about my stay at the Litte Prince Hotel! We arrived at 8 a.m. and were told we couldn't check in until 2 p.m. We were fine with that and returned after 6 hours, but still couldn't check in. Finally, 1.5 hours later, we were able to get a room. Although we didn't book a luxury hotel, this is unacceptable! The room is dirty, with broken furniture, a non-functional TV, outdated and junky. The pictures on your website do not resemble the actual hotel at all! I will send the pictures as a reply to your email. Our booking number is [redacted]59. We have already complained to a staff member who said they would check if we could get another room, but we haven't heard back. During my stay at Hotel Sunny Saigon, I was unable to sleep due to loud music from nearby nightclubs, a common complaint among guests. I requested a refund the next morning due to the noise disturbance, but was informed by the hotel that Agoda was holding the funds and they could not process the refund. Additionally, there were issues with the TV not working, which was not isolated to just my room as other guests experienced the same problem. The window blind in my room was also faulty, and the hotel charged for water, which was unexpected. I discovered other hotels nearby that were more affordable and had better amenities. On the morning of September 7, [redacted], I made a hotel reservation which claimed to be refundable. I provided my debit card information, understanding that I wouldn't be charged immediately, and that I had until September 9th to cancel. Despite this, my card was charged, causing frustration as this isn't the first time it has happened with the booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The hotel staff were confused about the non-refundable status. Upon attempting to cancel within the specified timeframe, the system wouldn't allow it. After receiving a confirmation email for a paid booking, I managed to cancel but was informed of zero refund. This experience has been unacceptable and feels like fraudulent activity. I demand an immediate refund of $[redacted].57 USD.

My name is André Ducatel, and my booking ID is [redacted]03 for the Central Park West Hotel in New York from 7/9 to 9/9/[redacted]. I had reserved, paid for, and received confirmation for a "standard king room with a private bathroom." However, the reserved room was not available, and instead, I was offered a room with two bunk beds, no bathroom, and not even a chair. They asked for an extra $60, claiming that Agoda would refund the difference for the "King room"! Despite being charged €[redacted].78 on 5/9/[redacted], my account clearly states that the room was non-refundable after 3/9/[redacted], and cancellations were not possible. I have a booking with a confirmation number for our trip to Bali. Our reservation is for a 2 bedroom pool villa. We need to adjust our booking dates because of flight changes. When we attempt to make changes through the 'manage booking' feature, the system indicates that the pool villa is not available for the new dates and suggests a deluxe room. We would like to use our cashback rewards from our stay at the Taaras Beach & Spa Resort in August [redacted]. We checked out on the 23rd of August [redacted]. Booking ID: [redacted]. The pending amount is RM [redacted].61 with a note stating "Pending" - Your cashback rewards are pending stay confirmation from the property.
We contacted the property for clarification, and they confirmed our stay is in their records. How can we apply for the cashback rewards in the app since it currently does not allow us to do so, even though we have finished our stay at the resort?

After contacting the number in my email, the landlord mentioned they had not received any booking from Agoda, and the room was already occupied by another client.
