Remember that canceling one hotel does not automatically cancel the other. To cancel the entire booking, all hotels need to be canceled individually.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent booking experience. I had planned a trip to Nanital from 12th to 15th August and booked a guest house called The Sukoon through Agoda, paying INR 19,[redacted].32. Upon arrival on the 12th at 10pm, I was met with a completely different reality. The guest house's location was extremely inconvenient and lacked the promised parking. The actual condition of the property did not match what was displayed on the app, leading me to believe it was a scam to deceive trusting customers like myself. Due to these circumstances, my family and I had to spend the entire night searching for alternative accommodations.

When I booked the hotel through the app, the price displayed was Pol [redacted], approximately €[redacted] in Mastercard currency on 15/08/[redacted]. However, my Master credit card was charged €[redacted] on the same day. The chat agents keep explaining that the price difference is due to the currency conversion from Polish zloty to Euro, with a 5% fee added, but this does not explain the €30 discrepancy. I have booked hotels in different currencies before, typically experiencing up to a €5 difference, but €30 seems excessive. I am seeking a clear invoice outlining how the total amounted to €[redacted] instead of €[redacted] or a refund for the overcharge. I am looking for a satisfactory resolution and explanation beyond the standard company policy explanation on currency conversion. Agoda advertises price-match guarantees and refunds for incorrect payment amounts, and I hope these promises are upheld in my case.

I made two hotel bookings through Agoda - one for myself and the other for someone else. I received confirmation for my own booking but not for the other person. On checking my credit card statement, I noticed both bookings were charged to my account. Despite sending three emails to Agoda, I only received one unhelpful response. Following up with another email brought no clarification. Eventually, the other person had to make another booking and pay in cash due to time constraints. At the hotel, we found out the Agoda booking had gone through without any notification despite my repeated inquiries. I then sent five more emails requesting a refund of the charged amount but received no response, leaving me in the dark. It is disappointing to be treated like this as a loyal Agoda customer. Agoda should live up to the service standards they boast about and at least provide a respectful response to customers.

Two hours later, at 11:01 a.m., I received a second email canceling the previous booking. However, my credit card was charged €[redacted].70 in the meantime. I always rely on Agoda for my hotel bookings. However, after the recent experience with Mozio for transportation, I am considering using a different service provider.
During my stay at H10 Universitat in Barcelona, booked through Agoda with confirmation number [redacted] and booking reference [redacted], I encountered issues with the transportation service booked via Agoda. Despite notifying Mozio 24 hours in advance about my flight delay, they never showed up for the scheduled pickup. They had charged $37.44 in advance for the service.
After reaching out to them upon my return, I received a disappointing response from Jeremias Padilla of Mozio, dismissing any responsibility for the inconvenience caused by their no-show. The tone of the email was unprofessional and unhelpful, which led me to seek a refund.
Moving forward, I hope for better customer service and accountability from the transportation services recommended through Agoda.

I am currently at the Holiday Inn Express Manhattan Midtown West. Due to an unintentional error, I booked the wrong dates (which are already paid for). The correct dates are from August 16th to the 20th (checking out on the 20th), but I mistakenly booked and paid for until the 22nd, when I will no longer be here. I would like to make a hotel reservation through your app. I had some questions, so I contacted Kumaragiri Cottage in Kodaikanal using the Google Maps number [redacted]1. Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to was very disrespectful. Even though online it was mentioned that the cottage operates 24 hours, when I called at 12:30 am, the response was quite rude, making me feel unwelcome. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and in response, the person used offensive language towards me via WhatsApp. I have recordings and screenshots of the conversation.
Conversely, I had contacted two other cottages prior to this experience, and they were very kind and even shared photos of their cottages promptly over WhatsApp.
This negative encounter has left me with a bad impression of using Agoda for future bookings.

It seems unfair to withdraw funds two days after the cancellation and then have to wait over 50 days for the refund, this delay could have been avoided. I am writing to request a refund for my recent stay at Hotel C Ambasciatori in Firenze from 19/07/22 to 21/07/22. Throughout my stay, the air conditioning was not functioning on both nights, leading to uncomfortable conditions. Despite multiple requests and complaints to the staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue.
Upon check-in, we realized the air conditioning was not working and even after trying various adjustments, it remained ineffective. Despite reporting the problem to the reception the next morning, our concerns were dismissed. We attempted to follow their instructions and settings, but the room remained hot and stuffy upon our return later in the day.
Despite assurances from the reception that a technician would be sent, no one arrived even after a lengthy wait. Our repeated complaints led to only a temporary adjustment made by a staff member, but the issue persisted. We were then informed that all rooms were occupied when we requested a change. Subsequently, when we asked for a refund to seek alternative accommodation, we were directed to contact Agoda where the reservation was made.
