Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent booking with Agoda, using booking number [redacted]78. This is my first time using Agoda for a hotel reservation, and unfortunately, it has not been a positive experience. The Wyndham Garden Houston Willowbrook, where I am currently staying, has been a disappointment. The hotel seems far from the 3-star rating it was advertised as. Upon check-in for a 5-day vacation, I encountered issues with the non-functioning wifi and TV, which the staff mentioned were due to a dispute between the previous and current hotel owners. This ongoing problem has greatly affected my stay and left me feeling frustrated. The closure of amenities like the pool and restaurants, along with subpar cooling systems, has added to the discomfort. My vacation is precious to me, and the current situation at the hotel is far from what I expected, causing unnecessary stress. I have always trusted Hotwire for bookings in the past, where they have promptly addressed such issues. Hello, I made a reservation for a SUPERIOR WITH VIEW ROOM at BW PREMIER COLLECTION CHC CONTINENTAL in Venice, Italy for tonight, July 30th. My booking reference number is [redacted] and my booking ID is 5[redacted]4. However, upon check-in, the hotel stated that they only have a STANDARD ROOM booked for me instead of the room I paid for. This mistake is very disappointing, especially since I have planned this trip for my anniversary for over a year. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this issue. Hello, I made reservation number [redacted]11 on Agoda. When I arrived at the establishment this afternoon, they refused to accommodate me because Agoda collects money from customers and does not pay the hotel. The hotel owner refused to refund me and directed me back to Agoda. Thank you for refunding my money and resolving your issue with this hotel that refuses to receive your customers. A complaint will be filed by my lawyer against this hotel and the Agoda platform if my money is not refunded promptly.

Dear Sir, I want to bring to your attention that I made three separate bookings at Le Khalifa Hotel Hammamet. However, I realized the transactions might not have gone through as I didn't receive a usual confirmation message from my bank. Due to being in Tunisia without mobile roaming, I attempted two more bookings. It turns out my credit card is Wi-Fi enabled, which caused the confusion. Kindly, keep one booking intact and cancel the other two. I kindly ask for a refund of the total amount of $[redacted] ([redacted] JD) for the duplicate bookings. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with booking number [redacted]75 at Chinawat Hotel in Sukhothai. I reserved a room for two people from 27/07/[redacted] to 31/07/[redacted], paying THB [redacted].73 with a Thai Debit Card from KrungSri Bank. Upon arrival on July 27th, [redacted], we were given a staff room that was in poor condition. The walls were covered in black mold, the room had a strong mold smell, and the windows couldn't be opened. We quickly found alternative accommodation within an hour and were promised a full refund by the owner, which was confirmed in Thai to avoid any misunderstandings. This is not a no-show or cancellation but a request for a refund due to the hazardous state of the room. Agoda should not list such properties, as it puts guests' health at risk. We are seeking an immediate refund of THB [redacted].73 to the KrungSri Bank Thai Debit Card. Thank you.

The experience at the property was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly charged for AC, not mentioned during the Agoda booking. The room had dirty linens, a smelly atmosphere, and stale food, including raw ingredients and incorrect items in the order. Some facilities were under construction. Breakfast items were not as described and overpriced. Additionally, the GST was applied to uneatable food. When I raised these issues with the staff, they tried to dissuade me from writing negative reviews. Despite previous positive reviews, the place was poorly maintained and not worth the cost.

Agoda Booking ID [redacted] To whom it may concern, Attached is the letter regarding my reservation at 5 Canto Palermo hotel. On June 28, I received a cancellation from Agoda with a promise of a refund. I later booked the same hotel through Booking. However, upon my arrival on June 25, I discovered two rooms under my name - one booked with Agoda and the other with Booking. It appears to be an error on Agoda's part, and I cannot pay for the same service twice. I am eagerly awaiting the refund of €92.83. Thank you, and I look forward to using your services again soon. Good morning, I wanted to share my experience with a reservation I made through Agoda. Upon arriving at the property, I discovered that there was no reservation under my name. After contacting the provided number from my booking confirmation, I was informed that I was required to send an ID a day before my stay, which was not mentioned on the booking site. Interestingly, I was initially directed to the wrong address before being redirected to the correct one. However, upon arrival, I was given a dirty apartment at 77 Graystone Drive when I was supposed to stay at Hydro Opposite. The situation worsened when I found out that there was already someone occupying the apartment I was assigned to. After confronting the agent, I was asked to share the apartment with the current occupant, who was instructed to change the sheets and blankets. Due to the unsanitary conditions, I declined the offer. I urge for urgent assistance regarding this matter, as I fear that more individuals might fall victim to this misleading advertising tactic utilizing your apartments as a front for potential scams.

I recently made a booking with ID [redacted]43. I thought I selected the refundable option, but it turned out to be non-refundable, which was unexpected. I'm confused about what happened during the reservation process. Additionally, I received an email from Agoda stating that the booking I tried to make was unsuccessful, and no confirmation was sent to me. They mentioned that any charges will be refunded, and any held amount on my card will be canceled without any fees. They also noted that it might take up to 30 days for the bank to release the held amount. This situation is quite unusual, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I have experienced issues with Agoda twice recently. Firstly, I booked a hotel online, received confirmation, then got an email stating the booking was not completed, only to have my credit card billed. When I called Agoda for a refund, they attempted to waive the cancellation fee but were unsuccessful. This happened for a booking in Portugal last week and again this week for a San Francisco reservation from June. Agoda does not provide a customer service number for assistance.

I recently canceled my reservation at Vanilla Hill (reservation number: [redacted]) through Agoda. Despite contacting an Agoda employee to request the cancellation, it was not processed. My disappointment peaked when I arrived at Vanilla Hill and found that it did not match the description provided on Agoda. 1. The location was much farther from the city center than indicated on Agoda. 2. The promised intercontinental breakfast only consisted of one egg and a juice. 3. Upon arrival, there was no receptionist present, leading to a long wait for assistance. 4. The lack of security made me feel unsafe during my stay. 5. The accommodation was not up to the standards of a 4-star rating as advertised on Agoda. I chose to book another hotel due to these discrepancies and now seek a prompt refund from Agoda for the inconvenience caused. Despite assurances from an Agoda representative, I have yet to receive the refund after 6 days. As I am currently on vacation, I urge Agoda to expedite the refund process to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently cancelled my reservation # [redacted] with Agoda through a phone call with one of their employees. Despite being assured a refund by the employee, I have yet to receive it. This experience has left me very disappointed and dissatisfied with Vanilla Villa for several reasons: it was advertised as 4 stars but did not live up to that rating, there was a lack of reception, security, and promised amenities like an intercontinental breakfast and available staff. Due to these issues, I did not stay at the property and had to book another hotel, incurring additional costs. As I am currently on vacation with a set budget, I urgently require my refund to be processed promptly.

I made a reservation through Agoda for a hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the location was incorrect. After contacting the property owner, I managed to reach the correct place. I booked two rooms at Hotel Hill Rock, Goa, for August 13th to 14th. My booking was confirmed as rooms were available at the time. However, I have now received an email stating that the rooms are no longer available. The amount has already been debited based on the available rooms. Unfortunately, the time zone difference between the UK and Las Vegas made it challenging to reach you by phone, so I am reaching out via email first before I attempt to call again to address my concerns. Upon arriving at the Artisan Hotel Boutique today, I booked a room for August 9th - August 14th. However, the room did not meet the expectations set by the advertised photos. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, a damaged carpet, a dark and unwelcoming ambiance, and a view of exhaust vents with loud noise. The bathroom had a cracked sink, a dirty shower curtain, and water stains on the silver surfaces. Additionally, essential items like a hairdryer and conditioner were missing, despite a $[redacted] deposit upon arrival. The pool area was also disappointing, being much smaller and in worse condition than depicted. The poolside amenities were closed, and a staff member mentioned that what we saw was all there was to offer. I am reaching out to clearly express my dissatisfaction with my stay with a check-in on August 9th, booking ID [redacted]34 at CINQUE LUSSO HOTEL, and the various unfortunate circumstances during my stay. We were shocked to find that the rooms had no towels or pillows. Furthermore, we were allocated a room that was not the one requested on the website, it was run-down, and to top it off, the bathroom was DIRTY, there was a toothbrush from the previous guests in the sink, and the bathroom curtain was filthy. Given the aforementioned issues, I spoke with Eduardo at the hotel, who informed me that the manager will authorize a full refund for my stay due to everything that occurred. I await a prompt and positive response.
