Dear Agoda Support team,
I am the property manager of Villa Nada in Drvenik, Croatia, which is listed on the Agoda page without my consent. I understand that you are connected to Booking.com, with whom we have a rental agreement. The issue with the unauthorized listing is that the information displayed is inaccurate and outdated. The reviews and property score from [redacted] are not valid, and I believe they are misleading. If the reviews are verified by Booking.com, they should be visible there, which is not the case. I request that you either remove the profile created without permission or update the information to align with Booking.com and reflect the current year, [redacted].
I anticipate a prompt response and a resolution to this matter, or I will have to terminate all rental agreements, resulting in the loss of revenue for all parties involved. I have informed Booking.com about this issue and am awaiting their response before taking further action.

Last night, I attempted to book a hotel room with booking ID: [redacted]15. Unfortunately, after entering my payment details, I received an error message and did not receive a confirmation. I repeated the booking process, and the second attempt was successful. However, I have now been charged twice and received two confirmation emails. I only wish to proceed with the second booking as the first one was not confirmed on my end. The hotel room we were offered was extremely disappointing. We decided not to stay and requested a full refund. AGODA assured us that the refund would be processed, but we have not received any communication or reimbursement yet. Despite multiple attempts to contact AGODA via phone and email, our concerns have not been addressed. Our customer experience has been frustrating, and we expect a higher level of service. The booking reference is [redacted]44. The room in question had several issues including a faulty air conditioning unit, uncollected garbage bags outside, non-functional amenities like TV and wifi, lack of basic room essentials, a malfunctioning fridge, substandard towels, broken cabinet drawers, and an unconventional check-in setup at a picnic table in the parking lot.

There was a booking issue with Agoda where my wife, E.A. P., reserved a guest house named Runaway Bay Guest House that turned out to be non-existent. After arriving at Limetree Waters instead, a secure residential complex, we discovered that the property listed wasn't real. The property manager verified this by checking Google and the photos on Agoda's site, which matched a unit within the complex. The supposed guest house was actually a private residence, leaving us stranded without a place to stay. The manager even mentioned ongoing problems with guests falling for the same scam. We had to find alternate accommodations, a stressful ordeal caused by Agoda's lack of verification. We are seeking a full refund for this misleading booking. Hello,
I attempted to make a reservation at the INNperfect Room Central Station via Agoda. However, as I paused at the payment stage to gather more information, my session timed out. By the time I tried to proceed, the room was no longer available, leading me to book a different hotel elsewhere.
Despite not completing the booking, I later discovered that Agoda had charged me for the INNperfect Room Central Station (Booking ID - [redacted]39). My attempts to cancel with the hotel directly were challenging due to language barriers. I contacted Agoda's customer service in Brazil, who assured me they would contact the property to address the issue, but there have been no developments.

I would like to bring to your attention that despite making a reservation with AGODA on 23/09/[redacted], I have not received any confirmation from them. I have attached a screenshot at the end of my booking that shows the reservation details and the amount charged to my card.
After completing the reservation, as mentioned in the attachment, they promised to send a detailed confirmation email and an apartment voucher within 10 minutes. I waited all day but received nothing. I contacted them via email, but got no response. The next day, I received an email stating that the reservation was canceled due to a system issue.
I am happy to provide my bank statement showing the transaction number, confirming the amount charged by AGODA.
Please resolve this matter promptly by confirming the reservation or refunding the charged amount so I can make a new booking before my flight. This is my first experience with Agoda, and I hope it will not be my last.

I made a booking with Agoda on September 20th. Soon after, I noticed a price discrepancy between the rate I was quoted and the actual charge. Despite my numerous emails to Agoda regarding the issue, their response indicated they couldn't assist and suggested I submit a claim for their "best price guarantee" or simply ignored me altogether. This behavior feels deceptive - displaying one rate but charging another, and now, not responding to my concerns.
As a result, the delay in resolving this matter has caused flight prices to surge, leading to the cancellation of my trip to New York. The hotel agreed to cancel my booking without a fee, pending approval from Agoda, the third party involved. I kindly request the hotel to cancel the reservation without any charges and appreciate if someone can reach out to me via phone to address this issue promptly.

I found a hotel online and it redirected me to agoda.com for my stay in Cebu on September 22, [redacted]. I completed the form and proceeded to payment. However, the page expired during the payment process, forcing me to rebook. I later discovered my bank balance was lower than expected and found two booking numbers in my email. I contacted a friend who works at a hotel for help. Despite emailing Agoda two days before my stay with no reply, Azia Suites Cebu informed me they would wait for Agoda's response by 11 pm. I would like a full refund for booking number [redacted]64 and [redacted]92.

While in the Philippines on Siargao Island on April 24, [redacted], I mistakenly booked a hotel through Agoda. Shortly after, I tried to cancel my booking via phone but realized I had no phone service. I then promptly sent cancellation emails. The next day, after leaving the island, I contacted American Express, and they advised they would assist. Despite sending emails and receipts showing the cancellation time, I was informed there would be no refund. I attempted to cancel immediately after booking. I am Patrick Pascual, a loyal Agoda customer for my hotel bookings in Asia. I have always been satisfied with the prices and service provided. Unfortunately, due to a 16-hour flight delay caused by Typhoon Trami, I will be arriving in Tokyo a day later than planned, resulting in the loss of my prepaid reservation (Booking Reference: [redacted]02). We reserved a room for 4 nights from September 29th to October 3rd, [redacted]. Upon arrival yesterday, we were disappointed with the room due to its small size, lack of cleanliness, incorrect bed arrangement, and not being child-friendly as shown in the Agoda pictures. We informed the receptionist of our decision to check out early and move to another hotel. Initially, we were told the hotel would refund us for 2.5 days. However, during our check-out at 10 am today, the hotel changed this to only refunding us for 1.5 days. We believe this decision was unfair and misleading. I accidentally double booked because I did not receive a TAC number for the first booking using RHB Bank. I didn't notice the lack of a TAC number in the confirmation email for the earlier reservation, so I made another booking using a different account since the first one didn't show any transaction. Afterward, I realized I got 2 confirmation emails, each deducted from both my RHB and Maybank accounts. I believe a booking should not be confirmed without the TAC number from the bank.
