Hello, My name is Alex Hang, and my membership ID is [redacted]. My booking ID is [redacted]61. Today, I made a reservation at Hotel Route Inn Chitose Ekimae for my upcoming trip to Sapporo, Japan next year. I initially booked for 4 adults at a price of SGD [redacted].43. However, during the payment process, the page unexpectedly redirected me to the home page. When I rebooked, I accidentally only booked for 2 adults, costing me SGD [redacted].22. I am reaching out to see if it is possible to update the reservation to include 4 adults in the two double rooms I booked. This way, I can avoid any issues during my check-in next year. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with booking a Studio Balcony Double room at Hotel Vetiver. On September 22nd to the 27th, we were expecting to stay in the room we reserved. However, upon arrival, we were informed that there were no available rooms. After a 30-minute wait, we were directed to Canal Loft Hotel by taxi. Unfortunately, the room we were given was already occupied by other guests, leading to an uncomfortable situation. Finally, we were able to check-in 1.5 hours after our arrival around 1:45 am. While we are grateful for having a place to sleep, the experience was extremely inconvenient. Not only did we not get the room we booked, but we also missed out on amenities like the balcony and view, facing a lot of difficulties in the middle of the night. The payment was processed and charged to my credit card. However, I did not receive my confirmation email because I mistakenly entered the wrong email address: [redacted] The correct email address for sending the confirmation slip is [redacted] Please forward my confirmation slip to this email address. Dear Sir, I booked three double AC deluxe rooms at Raj Laxmi Guest House for eight people for one day through Kayak (via Agoda) on 3/12/18. Payment was successfully debited from my credit card. Unfortunately, I did not receive my confirmation slip via email because I had mistakenly entered the wrong email address as [redacted] My correct email address is [redacted] Please resend my confirmation slip. My booking ID is [redacted]61. I have also attached a screenshot of my booking for reference. Regarding the amount debited from my credit card, I received the following confirmation: "Dear Customer, Transaction on IndusInd Bank Credit Card ending in XX5003 for INR [redacted].29 on 22/09/18 13:48 at AGODA HOTEL RESERV is Approved." Regarding Booking ID: [redacted]79 and the last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment being [redacted]. Regrettably, the booking I made with your service did not go as planned. The apartment owners have confirmed that they are not affiliated with your agency, which led to them denying us access to the property. My pregnant wife and I were left without accommodation. I reached out via email last Thursday about this issue and attempted to call multiple times with no response or action from your end. This lack of assistance is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate explanation, a refund of the payment made for this booking, and some form of compensation for the inconvenience and challenges we faced. Dear Sir, I had planned a trip to Hong Kong and Macau from October 17th to 24th, [redacted] for 4 people, including my parents and my two brothers. While my parents were granted the Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR), my brothers and I were denied PAR and subsequently, our application for a normal visa was also rejected. We had made a non-refundable booking at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong through your website for the aforementioned dates. We had incurred bookings totaling Rs. 2 lakhs, covering airfare and hotel costs. Now, we face substantial financial loss due to circumstances beyond our control. I am very unsatisfied with my booking at Hotel Sentral Riverview Melaka. Booking ID: [redacted]77 (Check-in 17 Sep, Check-out 19 Sep) I discovered this hotel through Agoda, but the reviews were misleading. The room was not only dirty and smelly, but the pillows and bed were stained and covered in spider webs. Unfortunately, my skin became irritated after staying there for a short time, leading me to seek medical attention. The staff at the hotel refused to offer a refund when I raised my concerns. Despite the financial loss, I chose to leave and find another hotel at the last minute. This experience has been the worst for me. How can Agoda compensate for my trouble? While traveling, I made an online booking for a room at the Travel Lodge in Kanab, Utah. Unfortunately, the facility did not meet my expectations based on the misleading photos on the website. The premises were in poor condition, unclean, and in need of repair. The lobby was cluttered and dirty, with broken doors taped up. Additionally, the room was dark, musty, and unpleasant. When I requested a refund from the owner due to the unsatisfactory conditions, I was informed that the booking was done through Agoda. I am seeking a refund as the accommodation did not match its online description. The presence of homeless individuals was also concerning. I made a booking through Agoda with ID [redacted]95 for September. When we arrived, the location was closed and the contact number was incorrect. After waiting outside for over an hour, I contacted Agoda customer service. They couldn't find valid contact details after spending another hour on the call. Since we had plans and kids were cold and wet, we had to book another hotel. While I received an Agoda credit voucher, I'm still waiting for the refund. The booking in my profile shows as complete, and customer service asks me to send a message via the site. I have emailed multiple times but haven't received a reply. I need the refund for the booking as soon as possible.

Hello, I am Tam Pham. I made a reservation at the Best Western PLUS Newark Airport West hotel in Newark, New Jersey from 09/28 to 09/29 for 2 adults using booking ID: [redacted]03. Unfortunately, my original companion cannot join, and my 13-year-old cousin will accompany me instead. Following up with the hotel, I inquired about needing parental permission for my cousin. The hotel informed me that a guest over 21 is needed for check-in. Despite this, I still wish to proceed with my trip. If a resolution isn't possible, I would like a refund due to the unforeseen age restriction since the booking did not specify an age requirement for check-in. Thank you.

Hello, I am Mona Trafimow, a 72-year-old Australian pensioner and cancer survivor on a tight budget. I made a booking at Swastika Guest House in Sanur, Bali for 21-22 Sept [redacted], but due to confusion, it turned into a no-show. The charge of IDR 1,[redacted],[redacted] is significant to me, and I am upset about it. I misunderstood the "pay at the hotel" system, assuming no credit card information meant no charge if not paid in person. After booking, I couldn't find it on the Agoda app or website, leading me to believe it didn't go through. The mix-up occurred because there are two 'Swastika' hotels in Sanur, and I chose the wrong one. The Guesthouse was below my standards, and the desk clerk was unaware of my booking, furthering my belief that the booking failed. Despite the error being partly my fault, I believe there were system and communication issues at play. I recently made a reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights at a resort in Phuket, Thailand (#[redacted]62) only to discover it is located on an island on the east side of Phuket, which is not what we wanted. I mistakenly entered Nai Thon Beach instead of Thong Nai Beach on the Agoda website. Sadly, I realized this after booking when reviewing the surroundings and transportation details. Our group includes a 1-year-old and 2 senior citizens, and traveling to this island is not feasible for us. I have attempted to cancel the booking, but I am concerned about receiving a refund. We had a live chat with someone yesterday and received a follow-up call about our cancellation for a hotel that we found to be extremely disappointing. During the call, the person mentioned contacting the hotel and promised to call me back, but I have yet to receive any updates. On September 23rd, I booked three rooms at Alsisar Heritage Hotel in Jaipur using your mobile portal. The payment was made with Booking# [redacted]42. Shortly after completing the booking, I noticed a mistake in the dates. Although I had intended to book for a check-in on October 20th and a check-out on October 21st, the booking was made for a check-in on October 21st and a check-out on October 22nd. I immediately tried to correct this error through the "Manage My Booking" option, but was surprised to see a significant increase in price to $[redacted].00 for the same hotel. Knowing the usual rates at the hotel, I found this sudden price change unreasonable. After contacting the hotel directly, they agreed to honor the original booking dates at the same price, pending approval from Agoda. I am seeking a refund for booking ID: [redacted]73 for a hotel in Melaka. We reserved 2 rooms at Gold Coast Melacca International Resort for 22nd-23rd Sept. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we found the rooms to be extremely dirty. The bed sheets were yellow, the air conditioning was not working, and there were numerous cockroaches and ants in the corridor and bedrooms. We requested a room change, but the new room was also unsatisfactory, with the bathtub filled with cockroaches. The bidet spray was clogged with cockroaches, making the situation even more unpleasant. We promptly checked out and are now requesting a refund. I visited MH Hotel in Ipoh, Malaysia on September 18, [redacted]. I previously expressed my dissatisfaction with the hotel services just after an hour of checking in. The experience was extremely disappointing as the air conditioning was not working properly, the hotel was unclean, and the door lock was broken.
