I confirmed booking id [redacted]13 two days ago before my arrival at the hotel. However, upon reaching the hotel yesterday, they denied my booking and refused to accommodate me and my family. The Duty Manager mentioned they were overbooked and advised me to contact Agoda, stating they were not responsible for my reservation. Despite having paid in advance and having confirmation, I was left frustrated as I was unable to get the rooms I had booked.

Hello, I am reaching out to agoda regarding a refund I am seeking. I am unable to find a phone number to call for assistance. I mistakenly booked a reservation on the 24th of December when I intended to book it for the 31st of December at Milford Suites Budapest. Realizing my error promptly, I contacted the hotel within an hour, and they canceled the booking, assuring me of a full refund in accordance with their policy of a 4-hour grace period for free cancellations. Hello, I have been using your website a lot lately, and I appreciate it because I have never been disappointed. It always meets my expectations, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the great value several times. Right now, I am staying at the "Voyage Hotel" in New York, United States, on 11th street, [redacted]. It's a disaster. I don't understand why this hotel is still being advertised. Anyone who reads this ad and works for Agoda should come and stay here to truly see. I paid $[redacted], which is 89 euros, for one night here. It's ridiculous. Please refund me or provide a proper financial compensation for a future trip (not 8%, I get that in my emails every day), and I will continue to believe that you are better than Booking.com and the rest, and recommend you to my friends. Check my booking history; I mostly use your site for my reservations. This hotel on your website does not match my previous travel experiences, so I suggest you remove it. I arrived at the Skama Residency in Pattaya for booking [redacted]09 only to find the place closed down. I am currently stranded without a place to stay, exhausted, and in need of a refund. I located a nearby accommodation for bhat [redacted] per night, which is more than what I had budgeted for. This situation is a first for me after much traveling. I had a hotel booking in Dubai with a reference no: [redacted]01. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the hotel on 29.12.[redacted] due to a visa issue at the Hatta & Hatmalmalah land borders. The confirmation on the hotel's channel management system only shows my arrival on December 29, [redacted], departure on January 4, [redacted], and a Standard Double room type. I made 3 bookings under the name of Concetta Basile and provided my credit card information. Unfortunately, I mistakenly gave the wrong email address for one of the bookings, so I did not receive a confirmation for it. I have already canceled one of the bookings and kept one, but I am uncertain about the status of the third booking with the incorrect email address. I can be reached at [redacted]. The booking was for the Whitsunday Apartments on Hamilton Island, Australia, for a sea view room for 2 people from 1/10/22 to 8/10/22. Could you kindly verify that only 1 booking is confirmed under Concetta Basile?

I reserved a room with access to a rooftop, jacuzzi, and air conditioning. Unfortunately, due to the New Year's celebration, I was unable to use the rooftop unless I purchased their $96 special package. Additionally, the air conditioning units were not functioning properly. Despite these issues not being disclosed in the booking policy, I am being asked to pay the full amount. I believe I should either receive a discount or be given the choice of a free cancellation due to these discrepancies.

I was double-charged for my flight at $[redacted].45. The first transaction didn't go through, so I tried again, resulting in two charges. I need a refund for one of them. Good evening, everyone! I wanted to share my experience with booking on Agoda. On 20th November [redacted], I tried to make a booking, but it didn't go through and was automatically canceled even though I had already made the payment. I got an email saying the amount would be refunded within 30 days, but it's been over 30 days now, and I still haven't received the refund. Agoda hasn't contacted me about it either. Regency Grand Suites Manila, Philippines January 3 to January 10, [redacted] Booking Number: [redacted]07 This is my booking. I am unable to reach the accommodation by phone or email. They have not responded to my inquiries. I need to confirm today if this is a DOH-Accredited Quarantine facility as I cannot leave the airport in Manila without this information. I recently stayed at the Marseilles Beachfront Hotel from 12/21 to 12/28, which I booked through Agoda. Unfortunately, on 12/23, there was a power outage that lasted several hours, resulting in inconveniences due to no access to the elevator and lack of sleep as I rely on a CPAP machine. I spoke to the desk clerk and was assured a refund for half of the day affected by the power outage. However, this refund did not reflect on my final statement. The hotel staff mentioned that I needed to seek the refund through Agoda. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to request a refund through the Agoda app and their customer service options are limited. I tried the Agoda contact number provided on GetHuman, but it did not work for me as I reside in Canada. How should I proceed to resolve this matter?

Yesterday, I made a booking on Agoda with the booking number [redacted]83. I realized there was an error as I meant to book for Dec. 29 to Dec 30. Unable to modify the booking on Agoda, I ended up rebooking the same hotel for the correct dates with the new booking number [redacted]67. Now, I have an extra booking and have paid for a room I don't need. I kindly request the cancellation and refund of the incorrect booking amount to be credited back to my credit card. My booking history with Agoda shows I have made multiple reservations with them. If the 95€ is not refunded, I will have to reconsider booking with Agoda in the future. Thank you. Best regards, F.A.

I made a booking at Mena Hotel Riyadh, a supposedly 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, the room was dirty and unsatisfactory, leading us to leave within a few hours. My initial reservation for Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres with Booking #[redacted]50 was for two people at a discounted rate of $[redacted] per night ($[redacted] for two people). Regrettably, my card did not initially process the payment on December 12th and 13th. After informing Singapore that the funds would be available on the 14th, the transaction went through. The issue now is that only one guest is listed in the booking, and we are awaiting a response from your team to update this information. We are unable to check in until this matter is rectified.

We have decided to leave the hotel early due to safety concerns. Unfortunately, there was a disturbing incident nearby involving the police, making us feel uneasy. The room does not meet our expectations as it is small, unclean, and has unreliable internet. Additionally, the presence of stray cats inside the hotel is problematic for me as I am allergic. We are looking to check out tomorrow and request a refund for the remaining nights of our original booking, which was for four nights.
