I made a booking on Agoda on December 22, [redacted], under the name Reyhana Sali. However, the transaction failed. I attempted again but failed once more. Surprisingly, I received messages saying that the money was deducted from my credit card with the last four numbers [redacted] for two reservations. The first reservation is from December 22 to December 31, and the second is from December 23 to January 1, both under the name Reyhana Sali. I have contacted the hotel, and they advised me to ask Agoda to cancel the second reservation. My email is [redacted].

I made an online hotel reservation on November 17, [redacted], for a one-night stay at the Grace Hotel in Bangkok. The booking ID is [redacted]70, with a payment of $[redacted].88 CAD, charged on my Visa statement. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation for this booking, leading me to believe there was an issue with the online process. To rectify the situation, I rebooked on November 19, [redacted], and successfully received a confirmation for booking ID [redacted]86 with a payment of $[redacted].58 CAD. The initial booking was made using my email [redacted], while the correct email [redacted] was used for the second booking. I am concerned because I am now being charged for two nights instead of one. I kindly request either a refund for the first payment of $[redacted].88 or a credit for a future booking. Hello! I couldn't fly to Phuket because the Thai government now requires an additional application that must be completed and sent before traveling there. This process takes 3 to 7 business days to get approval. Unfortunately, I found out about this requirement only at the airport, leaving me with no time to apply and receive official approval. As a result, I couldn't check in at Impala Hotel on the 22nd. I had reserved a room for 8 days and paid $[redacted].08 AUD.

Hello, I recently made a reservation through Agoda for a hotel with my debit card. Upon entering my card details and validating the OTP on the payment page, INR [redacted].00 was deducted by AgodaCompanyPTELTD on [redacted]-12-24 at 00:15:28 (Indian Standard Time). However, after the payment went through, the browser refreshed with a message saying "The room is unavailable, please try again later" and the payment page (Ayden website) displayed an error. Unfortunately, I did not receive a booking ID or confirmation number on the Agoda app to request a refund. As a VIP Gold member of Agoda, I kindly request a refund back to my original bank account. I am willing to provide proof of transactions made to Agoda from my bank via email. Thank you, K.

I attempted multiple times to cancel my Agoda booking via the app, the website, and by phone well before the 11:59pm EST deadline on Dec 23rd, but to no avail. Due to the poor customer service and deceptive advertising claiming "risk-free booking" and "free cancellation," I will not be using Agoda again. I informed my bank that I will dispute all charges made through Agoda merchant.

Dear Customer Service, I require assistance regarding my Agoda cash balance issue. I was informed by a previous colleague that I have around RM20++ in Agoda cash, valid until the end of December [redacted]. This amount is a carry forward from my Booking ID [redacted]81, as I was unable to travel during the pandemic. However, when attempting to book a hotel today, I noticed that the balance is now showing as RM0. I can still view the balance in my account recently. Thank you, Wilson

Hello, I recently made a reservation at Hotel President using the Agoda app. During the payment process, I encountered an error with my debit card twice, but the payment went through via UPI eventually. However, Agoda canceled my booking. Although the amount debited through UPI was refunded, the double debit from my debit card has not been refunded yet. I kindly request your assistance in returning the extra charged amount.

Hello, I recently canceled a booking (Booking ID [redacted]82) due to changing Covid rules. Mandarin Orchard Singapore has confirmed the free cancellation directly. As the booking was made through Agoda, they are asking for the cancellation voucher to be sent. I'm wondering how to proceed and if you need the confirmation email from Mandarin for verification. I, Avlok Shukla, have made a payment for Hotel Palace on Ganges for check-in on December 28th, [redacted], to check out on December 30th, [redacted]. My mobile number is [redacted]. I received an email stating that accommodation was not available. After a personal conversation with the hotel, they assured me a room and other facilities as initially promised. Hello, I reserved a room for December 18th, checking out on December 19th at Asiaten Hotel. I was charged for the booking, but upon arrival, they requested an additional payment of [redacted] pesos. As I chose not to stay due to this, they assured me no charges would apply. Surprisingly, upon checking my card, the amount was deducted. I contacted the hotel, and they mentioned that Agoda handles the payments as they did not receive any from me. My booking number is #[redacted]37, and the card used ends in [redacted]. Hi Agoda, I am seeking a refund for my recent booking with Booking ID #[redacted]57. I encountered issues upon my arrival at the property on Thursday, December 23, [redacted], at around 11:30 pm. The host informed me that there was no key for the rented condo I had booked. Though the host arranged for an alternative condo, they requested a photo of my ID and vaccination certificate before providing access. I requested the access code to charge my low phone battery first, but the host insisted on receiving the attachments beforehand. Despite explaining my situation, I was not given the code until my phone died. This experience was disappointing, and my husband and I decided to leave. I am unable to locate a hotline number to contact Agoda but hope to receive a refund or convert the amount paid into Agoda cash for a replacement booking. Thank you, Agoda.

I have already made a payment and cancelled my hotel booking myself. Agoda then informed me via email that the cancellation was due to technical errors. How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda. Unfortunately, my stay was canceled by the hotel, and I've been advised to contact Agoda for a refund. However, I have been unable to reach them. When I check my Agoda account, it still shows my booking as confirmed. I am concerned that if I don't receive a refund promptly, Agoda might claim that I didn't show up for a canceled booking, resulting in no refund being issued. The hotel has confirmed that they have informed Agoda about the cancellation.

I made a reservation with La Vaca Manali, but I have been experiencing payment issues despite multiple attempts. I am unable to find a contact number for customer support, and when I tried chatting with Joy Chat, it mentioned there was no online confirmation request. I do have an email confirming my booking with ID [redacted]. Kindly investigate this matter and refrain from canceling my booking. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at the Pune hotel I had reserved, OYO Marvel Bliss. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that they no longer had a partnership with OYO and could not honor my booking. When I contacted OYO customer service, a representative named Miss. Heena confirmed my reservation in their system. However, when I handed over my phone to the hotel staff to speak with her, they still declined to provide a room. Miss. Heena advised me to reach out to the booking agency to arrange a refund. I have a recorded conversation of my interaction with her regarding this matter.

I currently have a reservation at the Radisson Blu Toronto Hotel for January 9-10. Due to the rising Covid cases in Ontario, my guest and I do not feel safe staying at a hotel at this time. When I initially made the reservation, a refund option was presented on the purchase page. However, upon checking Agoda's website now, it states that refunds are not possible. I find this discrepancy to be misleading and borderline fraudulent. I respectfully request to cancel my reservation and receive a full refund.

Hello, I recently made a booking and completed the payment process; however, there seems to have been an issue with entering my email address correctly. Unfortunately, I have not received the confirmation email or any details regarding the booking. I intended this booking as a Christmas gift for another person. I contacted the hotel, and they informed me that my booking has been registered but not paid for; interestingly, no money has been deducted from my account. Additionally, the booking ID provided isn't functioning, but I do have a screenshot of my payment.

I made an online booking through Agoda at 11:49 pm last night for a room at the Beenleigh Yatala Motor Inn. I completed the payment and arrived at the motel at 12:30 am to check-in. Despite trying to contact them over 20 times and waiting at the reception bell for over 30 minutes, we had to leave without being able to check-in. It's understandable that it was late, but the motel shouldn't accept bookings for that night if they can't accommodate after-hours check-ins. I urgently request a refund for this situation. I booked a hotel with you under Booking ID [redacted]75, which was canceled by your company. I do not understand why it was canceled. Additionally, I reserved a room for my friend, Mr. Jamshid Haji-Akbari, two weeks later under Booking ID [redacted]39, and it was paid for using my credit card. I reserved a room at Swiss Garden Resort and clearly indicated 3 adults and 4 children, which Agoda accepted. However, when the hotel management contacted me, they informed me of their new regulation allowing only 6 guests due to COVID-19 SOP.
