I have been patiently waiting for the full refund as promised in the cancellation email I received from your team. However, I have not received the refund yet! Upon checking the online customer service, it appears they do not facilitate online cancellations. The email clearly states that my booking is fully refundable with no cancellation charges! I am seeking a refund for my booking as I paid in advance, but upon arrival at the hotel, there were no rooms available, leaving me to sleep in my car due to the hotel's mismanagement. The hotel directed me to contact Agoda for the refund since the booking was done online. This is the second time this has happened, and I am frustrated. Communication between your company and the hotel needs to improve to prevent bookings for non-existent rooms. It is a waste of time and money. Additionally, contacting customer service in Malaysia has been challenging as I have experienced long waiting times on the phone.

This morning, I received an email about a booking at Logan City Motor Inn for today, the 22/12, which was paid for. After checking my bank account, I confirmed the payment was deducted. When I tried to cancel the booking as I did not make it, the hotel refused due to the timing. Feeling I had no choice, I decided to go, but upon arrival from Gatton, I was unexpectedly asked for a $[redacted] deposit which I couldn't afford. Hello, I am Kelly Thian and my booking number is [redacted]77. On December 4, [redacted], I made a reservation at Amigo Hotel in Miri through Agoda. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to change my stay dates from December 10 to December 12 for 2 nights, to December 11 to December 12 for 1 night, within the free cancellation period. I made a hotel reservation on 12/11/[redacted] using Agoda. When I got to the hotel, they didn't have my booking and were fully booked. Showed them my Agoda confirmation, but they mentioned that 3rd party sites often overbook. I've been attempting to reach Agoda to resolve this for 10 days now with no luck.

Hello, I made a reservation through AGODA for the Tesoro Los Cabos hotel from the 12th to the 18th of March [redacted]. When I made the reservation, I saw a note while entering my banking information that stated the charge would not be made to my credit card until a few days before my vacation. However, the charge went through and is reflected on my statement for payment on the 5th of January. Could you assist me with this situation? I made a reservation for Dec 9-11. The room was extremely dirty and in poor condition. It had a foul smell, rotting baseboards in the kitchen, a loose faucet in the bathtub, and a towel bar that fell off the wall. The carpets, mattresses, and pillows were unclean, and there were no convenient outlets near the bed. Additionally, the top safety latch on the door was broken. I asked for a different room, but none were available. I reached out to Luis, the Manager at Seralago, who advised me to contact Agoda for a refund, which he assured me he would approve.

I made a reservation at Key Inn in Tustin, CA, for a one-week stay and prepaid for it. Unfortunately, I only stayed for two nights as the place seemed to be plagued by issues like drug dealers and prostitutes. I had my 12-year-old daughter with me, so I left promptly. The General Manager, Armando, was understanding and approved a credit for the remaining five nights. He advised me to contact Agoda to verify the credit/refund. However, I've been having trouble reaching Agoda through phone and chat, and I can't find an email for support either. Priceline mentioned Agoda is their "partner co," so they couldn't assist much either. Returning to the GM at Key Inn, he reiterated the two contact numbers, but reaching Agoda has been elusive. I expected better customer service and integrity in handling this situation.

This morning, I booked a room at Hotel Chulia in Penang. However, I accidentally canceled the booking after the money was deducted.
