I want to address the temporary hold on my Mastercard ending in [redacted]. This does not constitute permission to withdraw money from my bank account. Please ensure for future reference that my card information is not used for withdrawals. I did not authorize any funds to be taken. I provided information that my booking with you would be settled upon my arrival at the hotel. Please refrain from making decisions on my behalf about where to withdraw money from. The hold on the Mastercard ending in [redacted] should not have been approved for withdrawals. If the issue with the self-service option on your Agoda website occurs again, there will be consequences. As a booking agency, I will take action against you. Without knowing the details of the hotel room I booked through you, I may not want to stay there for the duration I reserved. I did not consent to any withdrawals from my account. Please be cautious; otherwise, further action will be taken. I do not find you trustworthy and appear more like thieves. Be careful.

When I booked the hotel, I aimed to find a location close to the city, and the map indicated the hotel at No. 7, SH 49, Muthialpet, Pondicherry. However, after confirming the booking, I discovered that the actual location was 16 km away at No. 7, Manjakuppam, ECR. This discrepancy has caused significant confusion for my stay. I request to cancel my booking at the stated place and receive a full refund due to the impact on my overall planning and business requirements near Pondicherry, including transportation logistics. I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter since the booking date is approaching on 8th Aug [redacted].

I have two reservations through AGODA.com with booking numbers "[redacted]19" and "[redacted]75." I am trying to ensure smooth payment to avoid losing my reservation. The system is set for automatic billing today, but I am concerned about payment failure due to my non-credit card. I have a credit card saved in my profile for payment, but I cannot change the payment method for the reservation. There might be an SMS code verification during payment, and I am unsure when the automatic billing will take place. Do I need to be on standby for 24 hours? They claimed the price did not include VAT, even though your reservation email stated it did, with a payment of U$S455.68. However, the hotel charged me U$S551.37. Today I discovered that the hotel does not have my reservation on record and there is no room under my name. Hello, I made a reservation at the Melia Paris La Defense through Nustay last year. The reservation was non-refundable, but due to Covid, the hotel allowed me to reschedule for July [redacted]. However, a few days before my stay, the hotel notified me that they were closed until September [redacted]. They instructed me to reach out to Nustay for a refund. I've attempted to contact Nustay through their live chat multiple times, but the chat does not recognize my Booking ID. The hotel has confirmed that Nustay has canceled my reservation. Can you please assist me with this matter?

We booked a room at the Zenitude Hotel in Begles, but we made a mistake in the reservation dates. We reserved it for August 16th to August 17th when we actually wanted a room for the night of August 9th to August 10th. Unfortunately, the hotel is fully booked for August 9th to August 10th and cannot accommodate us. Good evening, I have a reservation booked for August 10th, but I need to get tested for COVID-19 tomorrow, and my car has broken down. I'm unsure what can be done with the reservation in case I test positive or if the car isn't repaired on time. The email I received mentioned that I won't receive a refund if I cancel the reservation. If I test negative for COVID-19 and the car is fixed tomorrow, I'd be happy to keep the booking for the 10th. Upon arrival with my wife, I was disappointed by the misleading photos and details of the property on Agoda. Accessing the place required navigating through a maze of back alleys with clotheslines and kitchen smells from nearby cafes. The lack of a front desk added to the confusion with keys left in a locker by the door. The actual room differed significantly from the photos, featuring an additional dark hallway and multiple doors not shown online. Despite the promised sea view, the overall cleanliness and ambiance fell short. We had to seek alternative accommodation through booking.com for the night. I am requesting a refund for this booking due to the disparity between the description and the actual conditions of the property. I accidentally booked the same accommodation for the same date twice. I tried to cancel the first booking, but the tech support says my booking ID [redacted]96 is invalid. I didn't receive a confirmation email for my initial booking, which made me anxious it didn't go through. To be safe, I made a second booking on the Agoda app and got an immediate confirmation email. I am requesting a refund as we left the room shortly after check-in due to several issues. The negative reviews were accurate - the room was dirty, with a broken smoke detector and no kitchen equipment as advertised. The lack of basic items like cups and glasses was unacceptable. The lamps only had an on/off switch, hidden behind the bed, making them difficult to operate. Additionally, there was no ice machine onsite. The front desk staff did not address our concerns effectively. Despite booking a non-smoking room with one queen bed, we were given a room with two beds that had a strong smell of smoke. The neighbors brought in multiple cases of beer, creating a noisy environment. When requesting a refund, the front desk mentioned contacting Agoda as they couldn't assist directly. We left without taking photos of the room.

Ref: [redacted]03 Hello, I am expecting a full refund for my stay. I was only refunded 8 euros out of the [redacted] euros paid for the rental. I am entitled to a [redacted]% refund because I was present on the day of check-in, even 20 minutes early, and the dishonest owner was unavailable. We were made to wait under the sun for over an hour with children, and witnesses confirmed the owner's habit of such behavior. If I do not receive the full refund promptly, I will take legal action and report this dishonest owner to the Marseille city hall.

I stayed at Delphi Art Hotel in Athens on August 6th and 7th, [redacted], and I have a complaint to share. AGODA advertises parking options with this hotel, but upon arrival, we didn't find a parking lot and were advised by the reception to park "anywhere," mentioning that street parking is risky. After driving around the city in search of parking, we ended up paying €8 for a distant private parking spot. The lack of proper parking caused stress and additional expenses, making our stay unpleasant. Upon arriving at the hotel and dropping off our bags, my children and I went for lunch. However, upon our return, we were shocked to find the room in unacceptable condition. I strongly advise against this establishment; the negative reviews were accurate. The room was dirty, with a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. Despite being advertised as an "extended stay" with a kitchenette, there were no basic kitchen items like cups, glasses, or even a coffeemaker. The bedside lamps functioned with a plug behind the bed, and the room phone was not working. Additionally, there was no ice machine available, and the front desk staff showed little concern for our issues. The room given to us differed from the one booked and had a lingering smoke smell; nearby guests were noisy as well. We opted to move to another location, as the hotel staff mentioned that they couldn't facilitate a refund due to booking through Agoda. I will be contacting Agoda for assistance. Unfortunately, we left too hastily to even take photos of the poor conditions. I am hopeful that Agoda can assist us in obtaining a refund for this disappointing experience.

I previously reported the room condition to AGODA, but unfortunately, it was still unsatisfactory. I highly advise against this place, given its poor standards. The room was dirty, with a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. Despite being labeled as an "extended stay" facility, the so-called kitchenette lacked basic equipment such as cups, glasses, or even a coffeemaker. The lighting in the room was inconvenient, with bedside lamps controlled by plugs behind the bed. Additionally, the phone did not work, and there was no ice machine available on the premises. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed disinterested. I initially booked a room with one queen bed, non-smoking, but was given a room with two queen beds that clearly had been smoked in. The noise disturbances from adjacent guests made the situation worse. When I requested a different room, my concerns were dismissed. The front desk staff mentioned that since I booked through Agoda, they couldn't assist with a refund, hence my reaching out to Agoda for help. After a lengthy call with AGODA, where I was transferred between representatives and eventually got disconnected while trying to speak with the General Manager, my issues remain unresolved. We had to find alternate accommodation due to the unacceptable room provided. I'm now seeking a refund, as this experience was unacceptable.

I made a reservation at the Mulberry Inn in Savannah for August 10th, [redacted]. The check-in process required me to arrive before midnight to receive my room key. Despite working night shifts, I had to interrupt my job to pick up the key at 11:35 PM and then go back to work. Upon returning to the hotel around 1 AM and entering room #[redacted], I was appalled by the poor quality of the accommodations. The walls were filthy, several lamps were bent and coated in dust, lampshades were stained, and the bathroom floor was dirty, cracked, and moldy. The hairdryer and cabinet shelving were grimy, and the microwave and fridge showed signs of wear and grime. Additionally, the bed sheets had multiple dirt spots. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and inconvenienced. I contacted Agoda about the condition of the room but have been unable to reach the front desk. I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions of the room.
