If you booked a trip with W Hotels and wish to cancel, make sure you read the cancelation policy found in your confirmation email. You'll find details about the terms of your reservation and if there are fees should you wish to cancel.

Canceling Your Trip

Below are the detailed steps to canceling your reservation on the website.

Marriott Bonvoy Member:

1. Log in to your Marriott Bonvoy account and click My Trips to find your reservation.

2. Hit Details next to the reservation you want to cancel.

3. Click Cancel and hit Yes to confirm your cancelation.

3. Wait for the cancelation number on the next screen.

If you wish to edit instead of cancel, just click View/Modify in the dropdown menu next to the reservation and click Edit Room. Make the changes and click Update.

Guest (Non-Marriott Bonvoy Member):

1. Go to Marriott.com and hit My Trips, found at the top of the screen.

2. Enter your reservation information on the Look up a Reservation.

3. Click Cancel room and hit Yes to confirm.

4. Wait for the cancelation number on the next screen.

You can also edit your reservation by clicking Edit Room and making the necessary changes. Don't forget to click Update to confirm the changes. Click Submit Changes.

Marriott Bonvoy Member:

iOS

1. Sign in to your account and tap Trips.

2. Tap on the reservation you want to cancel and hit Cancel Reservation.

3. Tap Yes to confirm and wait for the confirmation number.

Android

1. Open the app, and tap Trips found at the bottom of the screen.

2. Select the reservation you want to cancel and tap Reservation Details.

3. Tap Cancel Reservation. A pop box will appear asking if you wish you cancel. Tap Continue to confirm your cancelation.

4. Wait for the cancelation number.

Non-Member:

1. Open the app and tap Trips.

2. Tap Look It Up and enter your reservation number.

3. Tap Continue and Reservation Details.

4. Tap Cancel Reservation and hit Yes to confirm your reservation.
