If you haven't received your concert tickets, please check your email, including the spam or junk folder, for any messages from StubHub regarding your order. Ensure that you’ve provided the correct email address during the purchase. If you selected mobile delivery, your tickets should be available in your StubHub account or through the app. If the event is imminent, be sure to check if the tickets have been released yet. To have tickets resent to a different email, log into your StubHub account. Go to your orders, select the tickets you need, and look for the option to resend them. You can then enter the new email address where you want the tickets sent. Be sure to check that the new email address is correct before confirming the resend.
