Sprint provides resources for customers who may have questions or issues with their bills. Customers can call customer service or use online methods to seek resolution. however, if a satisfactory resolution hasn't been reached for the customer, there are measures that customers can take to escalate their billing dispute.

Call the Customer Service Dispute Center

Sprint customers who have a charge to dispute can call customer service and provide supporting information for their dispute. A customer service representative will work with you to reach a resolution. Be sure to begin with the end in mind. What resolve are you seeking? Ask for what you want.

Email Customer Support

Sprint customers also have the option to email their billing issues or dispute to Sprint customer support. They can detail why they have an issue with a bill or charge and attach any supporting documents.

Fill Out a CLEC Billing Dispute Form

Sprint also provides a billing dispute form for customers who want to take their billing dispute beyond a customer service representative. Customers can fill out this form and either fax, email, or mail it to Sprint. A representative will look over the document and find ways to resolve the issue. You should be able to attach or upload supporting documents.

Still Not Satisfied?

If you're still not satisfied with the results of your billing dispute you can seek arbitration. Although arbitration doesn't involve a judge or jury, there will be an impartial person involved to help resolve the billing dispute in a way that should be mutually satisfying to both Sprint and the customer. The neutral individual will be familiar with Sprint's terms and conditions. Plus, you may be able to recover damages and attorneys fees through arbitration.

What if Arbitration Fails?

If arbitration fails, customers can take their dispute with their SPrint bill to small claims court within sixty days of notifying Sprint. Make sure to bring all of your supporting documents to the court to support your dispute. You will not be required to have a lawyer to seek resolution through small claims court. However, once SPrint receives their court summons, they will more than likely settle with you.
