How do I exchange an item from Nordstrom?

Nordstrom is a popular store and online shop that supplies big brand clothing at a discount. You'll find many popular brands at Nordstrom for up to 70% off. There are many Nordstrom stores across America and Canada, and you can also purchase clothing, accessories, and home wear online.

Nordstrom provides excellent customer service, and if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can ask the company for an exchange or a refund. Perhaps you've bought an item of clothing, only to find that it doesn't suit you, simply return the item to any store where you can ask for an exchange.

How do I get an exchange?

You can get an exchange from Nordstrom by returning the item you've purchased to any store. Look for a member of staff and ask for an exchange. They will probably ask you if there is anything wrong with the item. You'll be able to exchange the product for something else of the same price. If you choose something that costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. Likewise, if the product you choose is less, you'll be refunded the difference.

Alternatively, you could ask Nordstrom for a refund. If you cannot visit your local Nordstrom store, you can also post the item back to be issued with an exchange or refund. Items that are marked final sale or non-returnable cannot be exchanged or refunded.
