Order status definitions:
Submitted - You successfully placed the order and it will be sent for processing. You can no longer modify, change or cancel after this phase.
In Fulfillment - Kohl's team is processing your order. See their delivery methods to determine when to expect your items to arrive.
Partially Shipped - Applicable when you order two or more items. Some items have been shipped and the rest will be shipped soon.
Shipped - Order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Canceled - You will no longer receive the items billed for the transaction. There may be a temporary hold for the order amount but it will be reversed by your bank.
Returned - Kohl's has received the items returned and credited your account.

4. Verify the order and check if the status shows Canceled.
Customers can return items up to 180 days after the purchase date, with or without the receipt. However, note that premium electronics and watches should be returned within 30 days only while beauty purchases must be returned within 60 days from purchase.
