You can return an item at any Finish Line store. To search for the nearest store, use this tool. Just enter your address or zip code for a list of stores in your area. You can get directions to help you get there faster and store details, including opening hours and phone number.
Make sure the item is still in its original condition and unworn when returning it. If you no longer have the receipt of purchase, it's possible to get a store credit based on the lowest price at which the item was sold within the 45 days before the return.
Customers who prefer to immediately get a refund are advised to return the item in-store.
If you're not anywhere near a Finish Line store, start your return online and mail the item to Finish Line within 45 days. Enter your order number and email address to start your refund. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to start your return.
Make sure to print the return shipping label provided by Finish Line and ship the product along with the return label. When the warehouse receives the item, you will get a Return Confirmation Email as soon as possible. Note that the refund process begins when the item is received by the warehouse.
Did you purchase the Finish Line item at a Macy's store or via the Macy's app? You can't return that to any Finish Line store, but you can visit any Macy's department store to return the item. Also, note that Finish Line stores inside a Macy's don't accept exchanges or returns.
