Finish Line accepts returns and processes refunds using the original payment method as well as a few alternatives. Customers can choose to receive a refund to their original form of payment, including credit or debit cards, gift cards, and PayPal. For online purchases made using PayPal, refunds can only be issued to a credit or debit card or a store credit. However, if the original payment method is no longer available or the refund is processed in-store, customers will receive a refund in the form of a merchandise credit. It is important to note that cash refunds are not provided for online purchases, and any merchandise credits can only be used for in-store purchases.
