The cable and broadband internet provider allows customers to take control of their TV and internet through online service, saving people heaps of money and time. You are guaranteed to get all the fine print regarding your mobile, internet, and TV service at your comfort.

But how do customers stay organized on billing Charter Communications?

Onboard Spectrum

Charter Communication users looking to stay on target with their bills and settings have to enroll for the online access service. For this reason, each customer needs a Spectrum username and password for eligibility. To get one;

  1. Sign-in to Spectrum.net using your account information
  2. Click on the Menu icon then pick Create Username.
  3. Proceed to the Account Info section and enter the prompts. Here you will need to have your account number and security code found on your bill
  4. Confirm the reCAPTCHA and select Continue
  5. You will receive a verification code depending on your method-email, text, or phone call.
  6. Proceed to enter the code on the next screen
  7. Spectrum will then prompt you to check and confirm your information one last time: Names, phone number, and email address
  8. Proceed to create a username. You can skip this and use your phone number or contact Charter Communications instead
  9. Enter your preferred password.

After, you can select your security question and answer. This would be necessary periodically in the future.

Keep in mind that, the username you create here is the Primary Account and will, therefore, have the account's full privileges within Spectrum.

Getting your bills

Now, after account registration, you may want to access the statements present within your Spectrum subscriptions. Here is a walkthrough on how to find them.

  1. Sign in to Spectrum.net
  2. You will land on the Account Summary page
  3. Navigate to the top of the screen to Billing
  4. Under the Billing tab, choose a category you want. You can opt for Pay your bill to settle any due on your TV, internet, voice, or mobile account.

You can also check the balance under the ‘View your amount due' tab. Currently, four methods of payments are available online- American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.

Another core function under Billing Charter Communications is the Download your statement option. If you wish to access a record, click on the tab and enter the prompts accordingly to receive the file in your account email. Just make sure you are the primary user.
