Click on the "Customer Service" link. Doing so will take you to the Amazon help page.
Look for the search box on the Amazon help page. It's below the "Search Help" header and above the "Help" header.
Click on the search box to activate it. Doing so outlines the box in gray, causes the cursor to blink, and makes your phone's keyboard appear.
After clicking on the search box, type "Reset password" and press the search button on your phone's keyboard. This will show you a page of relevant search results.
Browse the search results. Look for the one that best applies to your situation. For example, since you want to reset your password, find the link that says "Reset Your Password." Below the link, it says, "If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our password assistance process on our website."
