Go to the AT&T website.
Look for the AT&T menu on the homepage. You'll find it in the upper-left corner of the AT&T homepage, represented by three stacked horizontal lines.
To open the menu, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the AT&T homepage.
Browse the menu to find the "Support" section.
Within the "Support" menu, look for the "Bill & account" link. It has a right-pointing arrow to its right.
Click on the "Bill & account" link or the right-pointing arrow to its right. This will take you to the "Bill & account" page.
Scroll until you find the "Account" section.
Within the "Account" section, look for the "More account help" link. It should be the last option, below "Check trade-in status."
Click on "More account help," which will take you to the "Bill & account support" page.
Look for the "Payments" section on the "Billing & account support" page.
Within the "Payments" section, look for the "Sign up for AutoPay or paperless billing" link.
Click on the "Sign up for AutoPay or paperless billing" link. Doing so will take you to the AT&T sign-in page.
Sign in to your AT&T account to set up paperless billing.
