“AFTER 5 ATTEMPTS TOTALLING 30 MINUTES I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT BE HELPED OVER THE PHONE-NOW NEED TO FAX. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM EVER.”
