What are the hours and when should I call?

Super 8 operates the call center for this 800-466-1589 phone number 24 hours, 7 days. The short answer is that you should call on a Wednesday. This observation and the following section are based on analysis of a sample set of 202 calls made in the last 90 days using our free, web-based phone (see above).

Automatically call when they open

When you use our free AI-powered phone to call and talk, wait on hold, or navigate for you, it will automatically wait until the Super 8 call center opens before trying to call. It will ask your permission before it places the call, so you can also further delay that scheduled call until you are ready. But that means you can "set it and forget it" ahead of time.
An important note: busy times vs hold times vs best time to call
When we refer to busy or less busy times, we are talking about the volume of calls. The busiest times are when the most people are calling this Super 8 phone number (least busy times have fewer people calling). This high call volume does not necessarily mean that you will have a long hold time when you call. Companies like Super 8 staff their call centers differently based on the time of day and day of the week, so you may experience a shorter wait on hold at the busiest of times. When we refer to the best time to call, we are referring to the optimal combination of lower call volume and shorter wait times.

The least busy time to call

The least busy day to call Super 8 is Wednesday. The most busy day to call is Friday, which averages 89% more phone calls by comparison. Again, this is based on a sample of 202 calls made with our AI-powered, web-based phone in the last 90 days.

The shortest wait on hold

We measured the shortest hold times to be on Monday. The longest wait in the queue on average occurs on Tuesday.
But if you use our free call and talk for me or wait on hold for me service, you don't really need to worry about average wait times.

The best time to call Super 8

In summation, the best day to call Super 8 is Wednesday. This is not the day with the shortest wait on hold in the phone system, but we still recommend it for its ideal combination of low call volume and short hold times. Plus we believe that Super 8 staffs the call center well on Wednesday.

Calling this Super 8 Customer Number

This does not appear to be an accurate number for Super 8 customer service. This might have been the number at one point, but a search of the number suggests that it is now the number to one location in Wisconsin. The number search does not turn up any results for Super 8's website, only older results that suggest it was once a Super 8 number but has been replaced by 1-800-466-1589.

When you dial this number, nothing happens. The first two times I tried to make this call, my phone got a busy notification. On the third attempt, I got an automated message saying that because of technical difficulties, my call could not be completed as it was dialed. At that point, the system automatically hung up.

Searching the alternate phone number does go directly to the Wyndham Hotels website, which is the parent company of Super 8. That tells me that this phone number is now totally outdated and the new phone number is the correct way to get assistance. There's nothing that tells you this was ever a Super 8 number from dialing; it might have been a totally unrelated number or it might have been a previous option that has been retired. In either case, based on this call, I would not use this number for anything.
