When you call QVC's customer service number, you're greeted by an automated message system which immediately presents a phone menu. There don't appear to be any other language options, which limits accessibility.

However, after presenting the main phone menu (which I will mention shortly), the system gives callers an immediate option to speak with a representative by pressing zero or just staying on the line. That's great; so many companies seem to give customers the runaround and have customer service lines that are threadbare and unnecessarily convoluted, seemingly hiding the option to speak to someone within multiple layers of phone menus. I applaud QVC for not doing that and instead having the option readily available!

Going back to the main phone menu, it's straightforward and detailed. Press 1 to check if your order has shipped, to cancel an item, or to verify that your check payment has been received; press 2 for information on returns or to check your status on EasyPay installments; press 3 for auto-delivery plans, Qcard account information, or to apply for a Qcard; press 4 to place an order, check stock availability, or approve shipment of a waitlist order; press 5 to change your four-digit PIN number and for all other services; press 8 to repeat these options; or press 0 to speak to a representative or, as previously mentioned, stay on the line.

My only critique would be perhaps the phone menu could be recited a little bit more slowly. As a native English speaker, I was a little frazzled by how quickly the options were rattled off, but that's being nitpicky.

I was connected to a representative very quickly, and she was able to assist me without issue. I wanted to check if an order had shipped; she did so immediately and gave me a current estimated delivery time. Overall, I'm impressed!
